Terjadi peningkatan pembelian mobile phone melalui e-commerce mobile applications. Faktor perilaku dari konsumen seperti Manfaat Aplikasi, Kemudahaan Penggunaan, Kompatibilitas, Sikap Konsumen terhadap Pembelian Handphone melalui Mobile Apps mempengaruhi Kepuasan Konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan perilaku konsumen terhadap pembelian handphone melalui e-commerce mobile application. Metode yang digunakan adalah integrasi TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) dan IDT (Innovation Diffution Technology) yaitu menghubungkan Kegunaan, Kemudahan Penggunaan dan Kompatibilitas dengan Sikap terhadap Penggunaan dan Kepuasan Konsumen. Teknik sampling menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan cara purposive sampling dan snonwbowling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 120 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dari Kegunaan, Kemudahan Penggunaan dan Kompatibilitas terhadap Sikap pada Penggunaan Mobile Application. Kegunaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Kemudahan Penggunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Kemudahan Penggunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kegunaan aplikasi Mobile. Sikap berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Kata Kunci: Perilaku Konsumen, e-commerce, Mobile Phone, Mobile Application

Fintech memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung kegiatan ekonomi selama pandemi COVID-19, tetapi juga memengaruhi penyedia fintech karena meningkatnya risiko pasar, perubahan proses bisnis yang memengaruhi operasi, dan penundaan banyak ekspansi dan rencana investasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari faktor makro eksternal dan dampaknya terhadap perkembangan Fintech di Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini mengambil pendekatan kualitatif dengan penelitian kepustakaan dan menganalisisnya menggunakan analisis PESTLE. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa faktor politik, hukum, dan lingkungan menjadi pendorong perkembangan fintech di Indonesia. Namun, banyak faktor ekonomi, sosial, dan teknologi yang dapat menghambat pertumbuhan fintech di Indonesia.

The objective of this study is to analyze difference of variable before and after of the impact ecotourism factor with dependent samples t-test. This research uses quantitative methods through field surveys of a sample size of 40 respondents taken from a population of 23.000 population I Thousand Island District of DKI Jakarta. This sample size uses the purposive sampling of resident live in Sepa Island before ecotourism and after ecotourism with variable Economic Sustainability, Social Culture Sustainability, Environment Sustainability and Quality of Life. Conclusion of the research are There are significant differences between Economic Sustainability, Socio-cultural and Environment factor with t-test and p-value significant on clusters without (before) ecotourism and with (after) ecotourism in terms of education, employment, and monthly income of respondents. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui posisi strategi, tingkat pertumbuhan pasar, dan pangsa pasar Prodi Magister Manajemen Universitas Pelita Bangsa. Alat analisis strategi yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT dan BCG. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara kepada pimpinan terkait di lingkungan Universitas Pelita Bangsa. Hasil analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa Program Studi berada di kuadran agresif dan hasil matriks BCG berada di kuadran sapi perah. Strategi yang sesuai berdasarkan kedua hasil analisis tersebut adalah penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan pasar. Penetrasi pasar dilakukan dengan cara memperkuat posisi sebagai Program Studi berkualitas dengan biaya terjangkau dan peningkatan kegiatan promosi yang menonjolkan kelebihan Program Studi. Pengembangan pasar dengan cara memperluas target melalui website secara konsisten, informatif, dan userfriendly. The aim of this study was to determine the strategic position, market growth rate, and market share of the Master of Management Study Program Universitas Pelita Bangsa. Strategic analysis tools used are SWOT analysis and BCG matrix. Data was collected by interview method to relevant leaders in Universitas Pelita Bangsa. SWOT analysis result show that the Study Program is in aggressive quadrant and BCG matrix result show the Study Program is in cash cow quadrant. The appropriate strategies based on both analysis result are market penetration and market development. Market penetration is carried out by strengthening its position as a Prodi with good quality and affordable costs and increasing promotional activities by highlighting the strengthening of the Study Program. Market development is expanding the target and managing the website consistently, informatively, and user-friendly.

Langkah awal Satgas Penanggulangan Dampak COVID-19 dalam menangani penyebaran COVID-19 ini adalah dengan pembuatan hand sanitizer. Ketersediaan produk pencuci tangan menjadi barang langka di tengah ancaman pandemi COVID-19. Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu memberikasn sosialisasi serta melakukan upaya pencegahan COVID-19 melalui penggunaan hand sanitizer. Metode yang digunakan meliputi beberapa tahap yaitu tahap persiapan yang meliputi permohonan ijin kegiatan, pengurusan administrasi, penyiapan alat dan bahan, proses produksi hand sanitizer (merujuk pada edaran WHO dan BPOM dengan komposisi etanol 96%, gliserol 98%, hidrogen peroksida 3%, dan air steril atau aquades) meliputi pencampuran bahan-bahan menjadi produk hand sanitizer, dan proses pengemasan yang meliputi memasukan hand sanitizer yang sudah jadi ke dalam jirigen berukuran 5 Liter dan botol 500 mL serta labeling merek hand sanitizer, dan selanjutnya proses pendistribusian ke Puskesmas Desa Sukamahi. Kegiatan kunjungan ke Puskesmas Sukamahi untuk pembagian hand sanitizer gratis telah terlaksana dengan baik, proses pendistribusian hand sanitizer berjalan dengan lancar, dan masyarakat puas dan terbantu dengan pemberian hand sanitizer secara gratis oleh Program Studi Teknik Lingkungan Universitas Pelita Bangsa.

The purpose of this study is to identify the use of technology and analyze the influence of technology and the internet on the use of social media on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the District Bekasi. The target to be achieved is to identify the use of technology and the internet on MSME actors and analyzethe influence of technology use on the use of social media on MSME actors. The Framework of Thought in this study proposes the development of the Technology Readiness Index (TRI) model consisting of Optimism, Innovativeness, Discomfort, as well as the Insecurity and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) consisting of the proposed Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness by Davis (1989) then combined by Putra (2017) and Rahman (2017) which influenced the use of Social Media by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bekasi Regency. The respondents in this study consisted of micro, small and medium enterprises in Bekasi Regency who used Social Media in their businesses. The results of this study indicate that the respondent's monthly expenditure in the Jababeka Industrial Estate is more than 5 million with 40.3%. Respondents were grouped into expenditures under 1 million, 1-3 million, 3-5 million and more than 5 million.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari data, informasi serta menganalisis mengenai Pengaruh pelatihan dan disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan dept. warehouse control PT. Indonesia Epson Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling yang berjenis simple random sampling dengan rumus slovin yang menghasilkan sebanyak 83 responden dari populasi 69 karyawan. menggunakan metode MSI dan bantuan software SPSS

Public Speaking Training: First Impression Starts with Words is a community service activity that aims to improve the verbal and non-verbal communication skills of student organization members in creating a good first impression through words. In the context of student organization leadership, effective public speaking skills are essential to influence, motivate, and lead organization members towards a common goal. This training was conducted using workshop methods, practical exercises, and evaluation sessions. The training participants were members of student organizations from various backgrounds, including core officers, active members, and prospective officers. They had an interest in developing their communication skills and wanted to learn how to make a positive first impression through their words. The outcomes of the training included an increase in participants' public speaking skills and confidence. Participants also experienced an increase in their understanding of the importance of positive first impressions in influencing audiences and building good relationships with organizational members. The training had a positive impact in improving participants' communication skills in the context of student organization leadership.

The development of Internet Technology in the business world and the industrial world took place very quickly in the modern and post-millennial era , namely after the 2000s. Technology has generally made our lives simpler and more practical with the term world in the palm of your hand just by mastering Technology and the Internet. . Several technological model innovations such as the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and technology readiness index (TRI), especially the development of social media technology for user, can help business development. The purpose of this study is to identify the use of technology and analyze the influence of technology and the internet on the use of social media on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the District Bekasi. The output of this research is the implementation of IoT-based technology on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Bekasi Regency. The application of technology and the Internet to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises can provide convenience and usefulness when running a business in the era of globalization and modernization. In order to be a sustainable solution, this IoT-based technology model will be patented to make it easier for user to adopt technology so that socio-economic improvements occur.
