Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze and describe the effect of trust, convenience, and service quality on purchasing decisions at e-commerce shopee (study of management students from the Faculty of Economics and Business class of 2019). The population in this study were 598 undergraduate management students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, from the Management study program. Then, from this number, 86 samples weretaken using the slovin formula. The variables used in this study are purchasing decision variables (the dependent variable), while the independent variables are trust, convenience, and service quality.The results of this study concluded that partially there is an influence between the variables of trust, convenience, and quality of service on purchasing decisions. Keywords: purchase decision, trust, convenience, service quality

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions of AQUA brand Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) in Malang City. Sampling was carried out on active S1 students at the Faculty of Economics & Business, Islamic University of Malang for the 2019/2020 academic year using the Malhotra formula so that a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS analysis tool. This study shows that product quality, price and promotion have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. Tests carried out with partial tests, all independent variables have a significant positive effect on the dependent variable.Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Promotion, Purchase Decision, AQUA Brand Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK).

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and explain the effect of service quality, product quality and halal awareness on customer satisfaction of Murtiasih Frozenfood in Malang City. The sample used in this study was 60 respondents using the non-probability sampling technique of the Malhotra method. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is partial hypothesis testing (t test). The results of this study indicate that partially (t test) the service quality variable has a significant effect on Murtiasih Frozenfood customer satisfaction, the product quality variable has no significant effect on Murtiasih Frozenfood customer satisfaction and the halal awareness variable has a significant effect on Murtiasih Frozenfood customer satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Halal Awareness and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract Mobile banking is an application developed by banks to serve customers 24 hours a day. BRImo is a mobile banking application created by a bank from Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived security, and feature availability on interest in using the BRImo application. explanatory research with a quantitative approach is used as the type of this research. 90 FEB UNISMA students class of 2019 is used as sample. Methods of the data collection using a questionnaire. While the method of data analysis using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study showed that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived security have a significant effect on interest in using the BRImo application. Meanwhile, feature availability has no effect and is not significant on interest in using the BRImo application. Keywords: Perceived usefulness, Perceived ease of use, Perceived of security, and Availability of features

Abstract

Abstract In Indonesia the development of the fast food industry is increasing. Indonesia is one of the fast food enthusiasts, although not as high as in other countries. One of the benchmarks for fast food restaurants to grow rapidly is because of opportunities from consumers. One of these fast food restaurants is CFC (California Fried Chicken). The purpose of research with this type of explanatory research and quantitative approach is to find out and analyze product quality, price, location and service quality on customer satisfaction, either simultaneously or partially. Sampling using purposive sampling to determine the number of samples using the Malhotra formula and then found a total of 105 respondents. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS analysis tool. Based on the results of this study product quality, price, location and service quality simultaneously and partially have an influence on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Location, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract Determine the effect of managerial ownership on Dividend Payout Ratio in the consumer goods industry sector. Knowing the effect of institutional ownership on dividend Payout Ratio. Knowing the effect of profitability on dividend policy in consumer goods industrial sector companies. Knowing the effect of company size on dividend Payout Ratio in companies in the consumer goods industry sector. The method used in this research is explanatory research in order to find the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results obtained in this study are managerial ownership, profitability and firm size which have a negative effect on dividend policy while institutional ownership has a positive effect on dividend Payout Ratio. Keywords: Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Profitability, Company Size, and Dividend Payout Ratio

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to quantify and evaluate the impact of transaction security, e-service quality, and e-trust on customer loyalty among BRImo mobile banking users. The strategy used is a quantitative strategy. Using this kind of purposeful sample study. 96 respondents who completed a questionnaire to calculate the slovin formula made up the sample for this study. Multiple linear regression analysis was the technique employed in this study for data analysis. Partial hypothesis testing (t-test) examines the data that were used. The results of his research show that transaction security and e-service quality partially have a significant effect on customer loyalty for BRImo mobile banking users, while e-trust partially has no significant effect on customer loyalty for BRImo mobile banking users. Keywords : Transaction Security, E-Service Quality, E-Trust, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract  This study aims to determine "The Effect of Impulse Buying, Price, and Use of Shopee Paylater on Purchasing Decisions (Case Study on Students of the Islamic University of Malang, Faculty of Economics and Business, Class of 2019-2020)". This study is classified as quantitative research. The researchers employed purposive sampling, employing the Slovin formula to determine the sample size, resulting in 95 respondents. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms, while data analysis involved the use of multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Impulse Buying, Price and Use of Shopee Paylater had a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Keyword: Impulse Buying, Price, and Use of Shopee Paylater on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Brand ambassador variables, Discounts and Scarlett product reviews on Purchase Decisions on Tiktok Shop. This research uses a case study on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, class of 2019 who were selected by accidental sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the malholtra formula and obtained the results of 90 respondents. Data collection was carried out using Questionnaires. The data analysis methods used in this study are Instrument Test (validity test and reliability test), Normality Test, Classical Assumption Test (multicollinearity test and heteros kedasticity test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Statistical Test (t test), and Determination Coefficient Test (Adjusted R2) and Analysis process using SPSS 22. The results stated that the variables Brand ambassador, Discount and Review affect purchasing decisions. Keywords: Brand Ambassador, Discount, Review, Purchase Decision
