Abstract

Abstract From export data obtained from data from the Ministry of Industry's Center for Data and Information in 2020, it is stated that during the Covid-19 pandemic, changes in furniture exports in East Java were very unstable. Furniture export activities also affect the business group with the Jati Aji, because most of the buyers from this group flee their merchandise abroad. The reason for this is to take a look at turned into to decide the impact of marketplace orientation and product innovation on marketing performance during the covid-19 pandemic (Case Study of the Jati Aji Joint Business Group in Geneng Village, Margomulyo District, Bojonegoro Regency. The population of this study were members of the Jati Aji Joint Business Group. In this study using a saturated sample technique. So the number of samples used in this study were 55 members of the Jati Aji Joint Business Group. The results of the study show that the opinion of business actors on the market orientation carried out is that understanding and being good with customers and monitoring the strengths of competitors is something that must be done. From the results of product innovation which states that it has no significant effect on marketing performance, it can be explained that product innovation is carried out by members of the joint business group. Keywords: Market Orientation, Product Innovation, Marketing Performance, Jati Aji Joint Business Group.

Abstract

Abstract This research is entitled "Comparative Analysis of Financial Performance before and during Covid-19, Various Industry Sub-Sectors Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021". The purpose of this research is to identify whether there is a difference between Covid-19 and the financial performance of various industrial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange before and at the time of Covid-19. The independent variable in this research is the impact of Covid-19. While the dependent variable is financial performance in the form of liquidity, solvency, profitability, and activity. This research uses a quantitative approach, namely by describing or illustrating the data that has been collected and with secondary data as a source of data obtained from the annual financial reports of various industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018-2021. The method of analysis in this research is descriptive statistical test and Wilcoxon signed rank test. The results of this research show that (1) The results of the comparison of Liquidity Ratios and Leverage Ratios before and during Covid-19 for various industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021 showed no significant difference, (2) Comparison of Profitability Ratios and the activity ratio before and during Covid-19 in various industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021 there was a significant difference. Keywords: Liquidity, Solvency, Profitability, Activity

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work stress and work conflict on employee performance at KUD simultaneously or partially. This study uses quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were KUD Pakis employees. The sampling technique used by the researcher is saturated sample or total sampling. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis which was processed with SPSS 25 software. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The results showed that the variables of leadership, work stress and work conflict had a simultaneous effect on employee performance at KUD Pakis. The results of the study partially stated that the leadership variable had an effect on employee performance at KUD Pakis, the work stress variable had an effect on employee performance at KUD Pakis, and the work conflict variable had no effect on employee performance at KUD Pakis. Keywords  :  Leadership, Work Stress and Work Conflict on  Employeed performance

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of job promotion, compensation and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Transportation Department of Malang City. The data source of this research is primary data obtained from answers to questions when distributing questionnaires to employees of the transportation department. The sample method used is saturated sample. The number of samples in this research was 98 respondents. Data analysis methods using multiple linear regression analysis with classical assumption tests and statistical tests.  The results showed: (1) job promotion has a significant effect on employee performance, (2) compensation has no significant effect on employee performance, (3) work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Job Promotion, Compensation, Work Discipline

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the effect of Mudharabah, Musyarakah and Murabahah financing income on profit growth at KSPPS BMT UGT Nusanatar Head Office periose 2018-2021. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were all financial statements of KSPPS BMT UGT Nusantara Head Office 2018-2021. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, where the sample in this study consisted of 4 samples in the form of annual financial reports of KSPPS BMT UGT Nusantara Head Office 2018-2021. The data used in this study are secondary data. This data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Mudharabah financing income had a significant positive effect on net profit growth, Musyarakah financing income had a significant positive effect on net profit growth and Murabahah financing income had a significant positive effect on net profit growth. While simultaneously Mudharabah, Musyarakah, and Murabahah financing income affect net profit growth. Keywords: Mudharabah, Musyarakah, Murabahah financing income, net profit growth.

Abstract

Abstract PT Taman Delta Indonesia is a company engaged in a comprehensive coffee business including coffee processing from private plantations, coffee bean marketing, and coffee export. PT Taman Delta Indonesia is located in the Terboyo industrial area of Semarang and is one of the leading green coffee exporters and coffee makers in Indonesia. This coffee company focuses on the quality of processing, roasting, and distributing its products. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of E-Commerce and Word Of Mouth Marketing on the Purchase Decision of PT.Taman Delta Indonesia coffee.This study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study are consumers who have purchased the product and filled out the rating grade on the Tokopedia, Lazada and coffee shopee applications at PT Taman Delta Indonesia from October to November. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires. The sample of this research was taken by using purposive sampling technique with the Malhotra formula totaling 125 respondents to TdI coffee consumers. The variables in this study are E-Commerce (X1) Word Of Mouth (X2), and Purchase Decision (Y). The data analysis methods used are instrument test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test hypothesis test, and test the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS 20.0 software for windows.The results of this study indicate that 1.E-Commerce and Word Of Mouth Marketing Influence on Purchase Decisions 2.E-Commerce affect purchasing decisions. 3. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of trust, price, product quality and quality of information on using the marketplace on purchasing decisions on the Facebook marketplace (a case study on students at the Islamic University of Malang). The population in this study are consumers who have made purchases through the Facebook marketplace application within the campus of the Islamic University of Malang. The sampling technique used quantitative methods with a total sample of 85 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS application tools. The results of the study show that simultaneously the variables of trust, price, product quality and information quality influence purchasing decisions. Partially the variables of trust and product quality have an effect on purchasing decisions and the variables of price and quality of information partially have no effect on purchasing decisions because the significant value is greater than 0.05 and the t count <1.991. Keywords: Trust, Price, Product Quality, Information Quality

Abstract

Abstract Every agency or company always strives for employees to provide maximum work productivity to achieve a goal within a company. One such company is UD. Alpha Hope. The aim of this type of explanatory research and quantitative approach is to identify and analyze leadership styles, work motivation, and incentives on work productivity, either simultaneously or partially. Sampling used a saturated sampling technique where all members of the population were sampled so that 44 respondents were obtained. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS analysis tool. Based on the results of this study, leadership style, work motivation, and incentives simultaneously and partially have an influence on work productivity. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Incentives, Work Productivity

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of quality product, price, and quality service on purchase decision at THRIFT MEGA STORE. The research used is a quantitative method. The population in this consumers for all groups in the THRIFT MEGA STORE, as many 115 consumers. While the sample used in this consumer were 100 samples. The data used is primary data using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is instrument test: validity and reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test: multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing: simultaneous test, partial test and coefficient of determination. From the results of the study simultaneously obtained results that product quality, price and service quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality variables have a not significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, price variables have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions and service quality variables have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions .  Keywords: Quality of Product, price, quality of service, purchase decision

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, infrastructure and promotion on increasing reading interest. The research used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were the students of the Al-Hikam Malang Islamic boarding school as many as 356 students. While the samples used in this study were 78 samples. The data used is primary data using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is instrument test: validity and reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test: multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing: simultaneous test, partial test and coefficient of determination. From the results of the study simultaneously obtained results that service quality, infrastructure and promotion have a significant effect on reading interest, service quality variable has a positive effect on reading interest, infrastructure variable has no significant positive effect on reading interest and promotion variable has no significant positive effect on reading interest . positive but not significant effect on reading interest Keywords: Quality of Service, Infrastructure, Promotion, Interest in Reading
