Abstract

This study aims to describe character education from Az Zarnuji's perspective. This study uses a literature study approach. In general, Sheikh Az Zarnuji's thoughts cover three things, namely: goals and intentions in learning, classification of knowledge, and methods in learning. The implementation of character education is more emphasized on goals, learning intentions and learning methods. In terms of learning methods, Az Zarnuji offers two methods, namely ethical methods and strategic methods. All of this is a form of character education put forward by Syekh Az Zarnuji in his work, namely Ta'lim Muta'allim. Keywords: Character, Az Zarnuji's perspective

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model penelitian sejarah islam. Peristiwa masa lalu manusia merupakan fenomena yang membingungkan karena terjadi di masa lalu. Kesulitan lainnya terletak pada kenyataan bahwa fenomena peristiwa masa lalu tidak terisolasi tetapi dikaitkan melalui kejadian lain dengan kolateral. Oleh karena itu, perlu dikaji metodologi sejarah supaya mampu mencatat dan merekonstruksi secara akurat jejak-jejak peristiwa masa lalu agar objektif guna memastikan bahwa peristiwa tersebut benar terjadi. Metode penulisan yang diterapkan pada kajian ini yaitu studi kepustakaan, tudi kepustakaan sendiri diartikan sebagai metode yang dipadukan antara kajian teoritis dengan beberapa data referensi yang tidak terlepas dari penggunaan literatur-literatur yang berkaitan dengan model penelitian sejarah islam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam sejarah peradaban islam terbagi menjadi 3 masa yaitu masa klasik, pertengahan dan modern. Model atau metode yang dikembangkan selama peradabadan islam yaitu metode heuristik, metode verifikasi, metode interpretasi, serta metode darstellung. Para sejarawan harus cepat memperkuat pemahamannya terhadap fakta sejarah akibatnya mampu memulihkan sejarah yang diakronis secara tepat. Melalui uluran ilmu-ilmu sosial, maka fakta-fakta dalam sejarah turut memberikan pergerakan waktu melalui berbagai peristiwa juga akan menentukan organisasi dan kerja masyarakat pada saat itu.

Abstract

Writing this research aims to: First, to describe the parenting style of parents who work as street vendors, in Kresek District, Tangerang Regency. Second, describes the supporting and hindering factors in instilling character values ​​in children. This research method is descriptive, namely field research using a qualitative approach. The subject of this research consists of six families who are the category of street vendors. Data collection technique; on research instruments such as observation, interviews, and documentation which were then analyzed through four steps, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study found that out of these six families, different parenting patterns and inculcation of character values ​​were found. First, the democratic parenting style used by Pak Kos and his wife, Mrs. Edah and her husband and Mrs. Iim and Mr. Komar. From the parenting style chosen, the character values ​​that were achieved instilled in their children were independent, responsible, disciplined, caring, and fond of learning. Second, it was different from the parenting method used by Mrs. Siti's family and Pak Mamad tended to permissive parenting. This parenting style eventually forms the personality of a child whose interest in learning is low, irresponsible, cowardly, and less independent, which means that the child's character values ​​have not yet been found. Third, the first mixed authoritarian-democratic parenting style was found in the family of Mrs. less control over himself.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and understand the impact of students' comprehension of the profit-sharing system and their level of trust on their interest in becoming customers of Islamic banks. This is important because Islamic banks greatly rely on the trust of students to expand their customer base. The research employs a quantitative analysis method.The results indicate that students' understanding of the profit-sharing system and their level of trust have a positive and significant effect on The students' interest in becoming customers of Islamic banks increases with their better understanding of the profit-sharing concept and stronger trust in Islamic banks. In essence, the more students comprehend profit-sharing and trust Islamic banks, the more inclined they are to become customers.The discussion suggests that to increase the number of customers among students, Islamic banks need to focus on educating them about the profit-sharing system they use, as well as building and maintaining the trust of the students. Initiatives such as outreach programs, seminars, and operational transparency can help enhance this

Abstract

This article discusses the concept of educational philosophy, explains the relationship between philosophy and educational theory, as well as the relationship between philosophy, education and culture. Educational philosophy is seen as a structured thinking process that uses philosophy as a guide in organizing, aligning, and integrating steps in education. The article also details definitions from several experts, such as Al-Syaibany, John Dewey, and Imam Barnadib, who describe educational philosophy as a philosophical analysis of education. In relation to educational theory, the article explains that educational philosophy conveys its philosophical principles to educational theory, often facing challenges that require contributions from educational philosophy. In addition, the article outlines the relationship between philosophy and culture, where culture is considered as a manifestation of human nature, and philosophy as a systematic and universal method of thinking that includes every soul. Finally, the article presents a view on the relationship between education and culture, describing education as a philosophical activity that aims to explain, harmonize, assess and change the educational process by considering cultural issues. Education is considered to have a dual responsibility, namely developing individual potential and preserving cultural values, which are sustainable and provide mutual support.

Abstract

Internet users are growing rapidly from time to time all over the world, including Indonesia. As a result, their consumer's need for making payments has changed to non-cash payments, namely electronic wallets, which are becoming a huge potential in their e-commerce market. Their preference for e-wallet transactions increases compared to using cash. Most of its users are millennials, including students. This study has knowledge relevant to the use of e-wallets and the reasons behind their use. Their study involved college students, which consisted of nine female students, and one male student whose ages varied between 19 and 23 years. This study uses a quantitative method with an in-depth approach as a technique for collecting primary data and secondary data obtained from related websites. The results of this study yielded the following data: 1. Student knowledge about e-wallets has a positive and significant impact on student transaction interest based on the results, the t count is 10,160, which is greater than the t table, which is 1,989. 2. From the results of the deitemination coefficient test, it can be seen that the variable effect of student knowledge about e-wallets on interest in financial transactions is as much as 52.3%. This can be seen from the R value of squiarei in the variable knowledge of students about Islamic banks, which is equal to 0.523. The remaining 47.7% is affected by variables that are not included in the research being studied. On the other hand, e-wallets are not only understood as a place to store money electronically, but also as digital payments such as OVO, Gopay and DANA. and students not only feel comfortable, but also make payments easier because they can be done anywhere as long as the user is connected to the internet.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru. Sebagai fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan mendefinisikan kepemimpinan transformasional, mengidentifikasi kriteria utama dalam kepemimpinan transformasional, serta mengevaluasi bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan ini dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data didapat melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen terkait. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari kepala madrasah, guru, dan staf tata usaha atau staf administratif di beberapa madrasah. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan tema utama yang berkaitan dengan kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kepala madrasah berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Gaya kepemimpinan ini memiliki dimensi pengaruh ideal, motivasi inspirasional, stimulasi intelektual, dan pertimbangan individual. Kepala madrasah yang menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional cenderung mampu memberikan motivasi yang tinggi kepada guru, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, dapat memberikan inovasi dan kreativitas, serta memperhatikan kebutuhan individu guru. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terbukti efektif dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia dan meningkatkan kinerja organisasi madrasah secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

The ability to think creatively is one aspect that plays an important role in preparing students to face the challenges of modern times. The purpose of this study was to describe learning in straight motion with a STEM approach that could improve students' creative thinking skills. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis technique to analyze the assessment score and qualitative analysis technique to summarize and describe the research results through observational observations. The results showed that in the learning process students were quite enthusiastic in expressing their opinions and students were also quite creative in each indicator of creative thinking. In addition, it is seen based on test scores and student reports. For the percentage of students whose scores are above the KKM in the first cycle, it reaches 56.25% on the test. However, if it is seen in the report, it reaches 50%, so it has not reached the criteria for research success. In the second cycle, improvements will be made in the first cycle so that the percentage of students' scores above the KKM in the second cycle will increase. On the test it increased to 93.75% and on the report it increased to 81.25%. Based on research results and reviews, it can be said that STEM-based straight motion learning at UPT SMP Negeri 3 Pangsid can improve students' creative thinking skills.
