Abstract

Pendahuluan: Salah satu penyebab rendahnya ASI eksklusif adalah asupan ibu menyusui yang kurang. Inovasi PMT es krim untuk ibu menyusui telah dianalisis kandungannya berdasarkan aplikasi Nutrisurvey, namun belum dilakukan analisis berdasarkan uji laboratorium. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan zat gizi makro pada PMT es krim susu kedelai pada ibu menyusui. Bahan dan Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif berdasarkan uji laboratorium. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan adalah es krim susu kedelai dengan formula 1 yang merupakan formula terbaik yang telah dilakukan uji hedonik dan uji organoleptik. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Kimia Biofisik (Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat) dan Laboratorium Kimia Pakan (Fakultas Peternakan), Universitas Hasanuddin pada tanggal 21 April – 20 Mei 2022. Penentuan kadar karbohidrat menggunakan metode luff schoorl, kadar protein dengan metode kjeldahl, dan kadar lemak dengan metode ekstraksi soxhlet. Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan Microsoft Excel, kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan narasi. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil uji laboratorium dalam 350 gram PMT es krim susu kedelai mengandung karbohidrat 63,39 gram, protein 5,6 gram dan lemak 2,1 gram. Pemenuhan kebutuhan zat gizi makro ibu menyusui 6 bulan pertama pada usia 19-49 tahun yaitu karbohidrat sebesar 15,65%-16,46%, protein 7,05%, dan lemak 3,13%-3,38%. Sedangkan pemenuhan kebutuhan ibu menyusui 6 bulan terakhir usia 19-49 tahun yaitu karbohidrat sebesar 15,27%-16,04%, protein 7,52%, dan lemak 3,13%-3,38%. Kesimpulan: Terdapat penurunan kandungan zat gizi makro berdasarkan analisis Nutrisurvey dengan analisis laboratorium. Perlu dilakukan pengembangan resep PMT es krim lebih lanjut agar memenuhi kebutuhan ibu menyusui. Kata kunci : Ibu Menyusui, Es Krim Susu Kedelai, Zat Gizi Makro

Abstract

Introduction: Mining work is one of the jobs where people are involved in physical hardship and therefore maintaining a good nutritional status is very important. As a result of food intake with unbalanced nutrition, it will result in workers experiencing nutritional problems, such as malnutrition or obesity. Aim: This study aims to describe the intake of macronutrients (energy, carbohydrates, protein, and fat), fiber, and sodium in workers at the Awak Mas Site PT Masmindo Dwi Area. Materials and Methods: This type of research was a quantitative study with a descriptive design with a total sample of 100. The sampling technique in this study was proportional stratified random sampling by taking samples of various categories of workers' physical activity with balanced proportions. Data collection was obtained using a 2x24 hour food recall questionnaire to obtain energy, carbohydrate, protein, fat, fiber, and sodium intake data. Data processing uses the Software Package for Social Science (SPSS) program. Data analysis is presented in a frequency distribution table accompanied by narration. Results: The results showed that, based on their energy intake, 35% had less energy intake, 58% enough and 7% more. Based on protein intake, 15% had less protein intake, 42% enough, and 43% more. Based on fat intake, 32% had less fat intake, 33% enough, and 35% more. Based on carbohydrate intake, 62% had insufficient carbohydrate intake, 37% sufficient, and 1% more. Based on fiber intake, 99% had less fiber intake and 1% had normal fiber intake. Based on sodium intake, 14% had normal sodium intake and 86% had more sodium intake. Conclusion:  Workers at Awak Mas Site PT Masmindo Dwi Area have unbalanced food intake, including insufficient intake of carbohydrates and fiber, as well as excess intake of protein, fat and sodium. Thus, it is suggested that workers pay more attention to their food intake by reducing excessive consumption of fat, protein and sodium and increasing their daily intake of carbohydrates and fiber.

Abstract

Introduction: Hypertension is also called a "silent killer" because people with hypertension often do not show symptoms. Hypertension is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases and the most widely borne by the public.  Starfruit leaves have content to lower blood pressure that is methanol extract containing flavanoids as antioxidants. Aim: This study aims to determine how long the shelf life of starfruit leaf tea products (Averrhoa  Bilimbi L.) to patients with hypertension by using the Accelerated Shelf Life Test (ASLT)        Arrhenius model. Materials and Methods:  This study is a descriptive study with laboratory analysis. Starfruit leaf tea stored for 14 days at a temperature of 25oC, 35oC and 45oC by measuring the parameters of water content. The Data is then calculated based on the Arrhenius equation. Processing and analysis of data using Microsoft excel and presented in the form of tables and narratives. Results: Water content in starfruit leaf tea products decreased during storage 0 to 14 days. Reaction kinetics of degradation follows zero-order reactions. Tea stored at 25oC has a longer shelf life of 112 days than storage at 35oC and 45oC. The temperature of 35oC has a shelf  life of 60 days. The products are stored  at  a temperature of 45oC has a shelf life of 39 Day. Conclusion: The higher the storage temperature, the shorter the shelf life of the bilimbi leaf tea product.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to 1). This study aims to find out the traditional practice of handing over Erang-erang as a condition for completeness of marriage in Rijang Panua Village, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. (2) To find out the sociological review of Islamic law on the traditional practice of surrendering Erang-erang as a condition for completeness of marriage in Rijang Panua Village, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This study uses qualitative research methods with semiotic analysis of Charles S. Pierce. The data in this study were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, documentation. The subjects of this study were religious leaders, community leaders and traditional stakeholders in Rijang Panua Village. The results showed that (1) the submission of Erang-erang in the Bugis community in Rijang Panua village was almost the same as the Bugis community in other villages. The delivery of Erang-erang is carried out when the groom's entourage arrives at the bride's house a few moments before the marriage ceremony/ijab and Kabul. (2) The moaning of traditional marriages in Rijang Panua Village can be accepted by the sociology of Islamic law because it contains elements of livelihood for the welfare of living in a household. Meanwhile, Islamic teachings also prohibit the prevention of marriage because they want to get more in terms of worldly (wealth) which is viewed from the moral aspect of Islam, because that is excessive and burdensome for the groom. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1). Untuk mengetahui praktik tradisi penyerahan Erang-erang sebagai syarat kelengkapan perkawinan di Desa Rijang Panua Kecamatan Kulo Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. (2) Untuk mengetahui tinjauan sosiologi hukum Islam terhadap praktik tradisi penyerahan Erang-erang sebagai syarat kelengkapan perkawinan di Desa Rijang Panua Kecamatan Kulo Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis semiotika Charles S. Pierce. Data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dokumentasi, Subjek penelitian ini yaitu tokoh agama, tokoh masyarakat dan pemangku adat di Desa Rijang Panua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Penyerahan Erang-erang dalam masyarakat Bugis di desa Rijang Panua hampir sama dengan masyarakat Bugis di desa lain. Penyerahan Erang-erang dilaksanakan pada waktu rombongan mempelai pria tiba di rumah mempelai perempuan beberapa saat sebelum acara akad nikah/ijab dan Kabul. (2) Erang-erang pada perkawinan adat di Desa Rijang Panua dapat di terima oleh sosiologi hukum Islam karena di dalamnya mengandung unsur nafkah demi kesejahteraan hidup dalam berumah tangga. Sementara ajaran islam juga melarang pencegahan perkawinan karena ingin mendapatkan yang lebih dari segi keduniaan (harta benda) yang ditinjau dari segi moral Islam, karena yang demikian itu berlebihan dan memberatkan pihak mempelai laki-laki.

Abstract

This study presents a narrative review of inclusive education as a defining priority in 21st-century learning, reflecting global efforts to ensure equitable access for diverse learners. Literature was systematically collected from Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar using keywords such as inclusive education, 21st century learning, digital divide, pedagogical innovation, and equity in education. Inclusion criteria focused on peer-reviewed studies published between 2010 and 2025 addressing inclusivity in formal educational contexts. The findings reveal persistent challenges such as limited resources, technological inequities, inadequate teacher preparedness, and inconsistent policy frameworks. Comparative evidence shows that low-income regions face infrastructural barriers, while wealthier nations often encounter cultural resistance to inclusion. Effective strategies identified include STEAM pedagogy, peer learning, and culturally responsive teaching, which foster collaboration, engagement, and equity. Technological innovations such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and immersive virtual environments demonstrate significant potential to personalize education and expand accessibility, yet disparities in access to technology remain critical. The discussion highlights the importance of systemic reforms, teacher professional development, and adaptive learning environments in advancing inclusive practices. Future research should explore longitudinal impacts and emphasize marginalized learners’ perspectives. Overall, the review concludes that integrating innovative pedagogy, digital tools, and supportive policy frameworks is essential for building inclusive, equitable, and resilient educational systems in the 21st century.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of Culturally Responsive Pedagogy (CRP) in multilingual Indonesian classrooms within the framework of national curriculum reforms. Indonesia’s linguistic diversity spanning over 700 local languages poses both challenges and opportunities for inclusive education. This research investigates how policies such as Kurikulum Merdeka and Profil Pelajar Pancasila are translated into practice across three regions: Papua, Sulawesi, and Yogyakarta. Using a qualitative case study approach, the study gathered data through semi-structured interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis. Participants included 18 educators and administrators. Data were analyzed thematically using NVivo, focusing on four key dimensions: policy-practice gaps, teacher capacity, resource constraints, and community engagement. Findings indicate that despite national support for cultural inclusion, implementation of CRP is constrained by limited teacher training, the dominance of standardized assessments, and a lack of culturally relevant teaching materials. Language prestige also influences pedagogical decisions, often sidelining local languages in favor of Bahasa Indonesia and English. However, schools that actively engaged local communities and integrated indigenous knowledge into learning reported improved student engagement and cultural affirmation. The study concludes that realizing the full potential of CRP in Indonesia requires systemic reforms that empower teachers, decentralize curriculum design, and institutionalize community partnerships. These changes must be supported by targeted policies and sustained investment in multilingual and multicultural education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital competence on students’ understanding of science concepts (IPA) in Grade VIII at SMP Negeri 1 Muara Batang Gadis for the 2024–2025 academic year. A quasi-experimental method was employed using a nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design. Two classes were selected as samples, each consisting of 30 students. The experimental class received instruction integrated with digital competencies, while the control class followed a conventional learning approach. The research instruments included a science concept comprehension test and a digital competence questionnaire, analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results showed that the average posttest score in the experimental class was higher than in the control class, 82.33 versus 72.33, respectively. An independent sample t-test yielded a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05), indicating a significant effect of digital competence on science concept comprehension. It is concluded that the integration of digital competence in science learning significantly enhances students’ understanding of scientific concepts and supports 21st-century skill development.
