Abstract

In this era, there are many factors that influence students' study intention, especially for college students. In this study, the object is college students at Raanan Baru and the factors in this study that influence student study intention are parents income and peer friends support. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of parent’s income and peer friends support on students study intention partially and simultaneously. This research use quantitative method with data collection using questionnaire with Likert scale method was processed in SPPS application, multiple linier regression as the tool of analysis. The sample of this study is 60 respondent. Based on the results of research, the parent’s income and peer friends support influence students study intention from from college students at Raanan Baru.   Keywords: parents income, peer friends support, students study intention

Abstract

The fundamental issue which arises right now in front of a consumer when he/she embarks on buying something is which modes of shopping they should choose to satisfy themselves. There are both online and offline shops available to fulfil their purchase interest. This study tries to answer more about the comparative selling modes, therefore, this study tries to identify differences in online and offline shopping at Wars.Lab store. The research method that been used is quantitative approach. The sample in this research is consisting of 100 respondents. The analysis method that been used is independent samples t-test used to compare two groups whose means are not dependent on one another. From all the results above, it has been analyzed that there are no significant differences between online and offline shopping based on product price and promotion. Perception of every person may be different, but in this case customer preferences on product factors have the same perception, because things that have given or support product to customers have the same.   Keywords: online and offline store, comparative analysis, shopping product

Abstract

Employees that engage in cyberloafing avoid work stressors is by exploiting modern technologies, such internet. Work stressors are stress triggers, and workers engage in cyberloafing to avoid stress. This research was conducted to determine the influence of role ambiguity, role conflict, and role overload on employee cyberloafing behavior at PT. United Tractors, Tbk Manado Branch. This research uses a quantitative method with a questionnaire used to collect the data, Multiple Linear Regression as the tool of analysis, and 30 employees as the sample. The research results show that role ambiguity does not influence employee cyberloafing behavior, role conflict does not influence employee cyberloafing behavior, and role overload also does not influence employee cyberloafing behavior. Based on the results, it is recommended that the company and its employees can increase and maintain their understanding of responsibility for their current positions, employees can balance their duties and responsibilities as employees, and even more so pay attention to the deadline for completing tasks at work.   Keywords: role ambiguity, role conflict, role overload, cyberloafing

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan maupun parsial perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, trust dan social influence terhadap behavioral intention pedagang menggunakan QRIS di Pasar Beriman Tomohon. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang pedagang di Pasar Beriman Tomohon yang didapatkan melalui purposive sampling dengan syarat sudah menggunakan QRIS sebagai salah satu metode pembayaran. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa perceived of usefulnes, perceived ease of use, perceived of risk, trust dan social influence secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral intention pada penggunaan QRIS Pedagang di Pasar Beriman Tomohon. Perceived of usefulnes, perceived ease of use dan trust secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral intention pada penggunaan QRIS Pedagang di Pasar Beriman Tomohon. Perceived of risk dan social influence tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap behavioral intention pada penggunaan QRIS Pedagang di Pasar Beriman Tomohon. Pedagang di Pasar Beriman Tomohon agar dapat memaksimalkan teknologi yang berkembang saat ini dalam kegiatan transaksi sehari-hari serta terus belajar dan mendalami pemahaman cara kerja QRIS secara mandiri. Pihak-pihak terkait yang menawarkan program QRIS agar aktif melakukan sosialisasi kepada pedagang-pedagang serta memaparkan keberagaman manfaat QRIS dibandingkan pembayaran secara tunai.
