Abstract

Education in the Industrial Age 4.0 utilizes advances in science and technology (IPTEK), especially the internet. Learning no longer has to be done in the classroom face to face. All can be done online. As a student at a teacher training college that will produce prospective teachers (educators) must have professional competence. This is non-negotiable, in addition to three other competencies. One indicator of professional competence is being able to compile teaching materials. Therefore, as one of the efforts to improve the ability of students to write teaching materials, a study was carried out applying the method of learning based on science and technology-based learning to adjust to this internet era. This study uses an experimental method with a one-shot case study design. The research sample of regular students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program IKIP Siliwangi who are contracting a course in writing teaching material. The results of writing teaching materials student work uploaded through the google classroom application. The results showed the highest student score was located in aspect 2, namely the content of teaching materials. While the lowest aspect is aspect 3, which is the use of grammar in teaching materials. Even so, the final average obtained overall shows a value of 81.8. This value is in the very good range. Thus it can be concluded that the application of Project-Based Learning Method with Science and Technology Effectiveness is effective in learning to write teaching materials.

Abstract

Daspal (damar aspal) adalah salah satu jenis bioaspal yang merupakan campuran dengan bahan utamanya merupakan damar sebagai bahan pengikat dan serbuk bata yang dilebur menjadi satu dengan menggunakan minyak kelapa sawit sebagai bahan peleburnya. Salah satu kekurangan dari daspal ini adalah rendahnya nilai daktilitas. Lateks berfungsi untuk membuat daspal menjadi lebih elastis, meningkatkan nilai daktilitas dan menambah kemampuan kohesi atau ikatan antar partikel dari material daspal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan lateks terhadap sifat properties daspal sesuai dengan spesifikasi pengujian aspal keras berdasarkan nilai penetrasi. Variasi penambahan kadar lateks dimulai dari 0%,2%,4%,6%,8% dan 10% dari berat daspal. Penambahan lateks optimum pada campuran daspal adalah pada kadar lateks 6%. Pada kadar lateks optimum terjadi kenaikan nilai titik lembek yaitu dari 57,5oC menjadi 58,5oC, nilai daktilitas bertambah panjang dari 40,5 cm menjadi 114,5 cm, nilai titik nyala dari 245oC menjadi 270oC, dan nilai kekakuan daspal dari 1660 MPa menjadi 7820 Mpa. Penetrasi daspal menjadi lebih keras dari 65 dmm menjadi 26 dmm, dan nilai berat jenis daspal semakin berkurang dari 1,003 gr/cm3 menjadi 0,992 gr/cm3. Nilai kelarutan daspal dalam larutan trichlore ethylene yaitu sebesar 99,84% dan nilai kelekatan daspal pada batuan sebesar 99%. Dari hasil tersebut, daspal belum bisa dikategorikan memiliki karakteristik seperti aspal karena ada beberapa kriteria yang belum memenuhi spesifikasi.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of upin and ipin impressions on the style of language of elementary school students. This study is a qualitative descriptive method that interprets data relating to situations that occur, attitudes, and views that are symptomatic in the community and the influence on a condition. The data in this study is the style of language students, especially elements of Malay language in the conversation of students. Source of data obtained from conversations of elementary students. Based on the results of the analysis, found that the influence of upin and ipin impressions that can be known at the time of students to communicate in the school environment, students often imitate what is spoken by the character in the film. It is considered capable of influencing the development of the language.

Abstract

In this study discussed the problem of mixed code speech circulating in the wider community, especially in entrepreneurial parties "acting for the country starting from the self". So that the researcher formulates the problem as follows 1) how to mix the speech code spoken by the instructor at the entrepreneurial party event, and 2) the transcription of the speech or speech that has been recorded. This study aims to see and know the mixed code speech spoken by the instructor at the event. This study uses a qualitative description method that describes the transcription of recorded speech into written form and analyzes the existence of a mixed code. This study obtained results namely pewara using everyday Indonesian, three Sundanese words, English, and Javanese in the use of speech such as regional languages that are in accordance with the scope of the community that understands language, and English which is also easily understood by partners or recipients of speeches in the entrepreneurial party. Even this result found code cords including word division of numeralia, word rephrases, word shortening, word repetition, noun, question word, greeting word, particle word, verb, adjective, the combination of words, and news sentences in the speaker's utterance.

Abstract

This study discusses learning to analyze the structure of short stories. Curriculum 2013 there is a basic indicator that must be mastered by high school students is to analyze short story text in class XI semester 1. The problem raised is whether the short story text of Mother Going to the Sea is suitable to be used in learning to analyze the structure of short stories in the 2013 curriculum in high school? The purpose of writing is to find out the short story text suitable for use in learning to analyze short story texts in high school. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The data in the study were analyzed by technique in the form of analyzing only the short story textual structure in the story. Sturktur from short story text is Abstraction, Orientation, Complication, Evaluation, Resolution, and Koda. The results obtained abstraction structure, orientation, complication, evaluation, resolution, and koda found on short story Mother Go To Sea. Thus, the story is suitable for learning in analyzing short story text in the 2013 curriculum in high school.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the limited novel " Mengejar-Ngejar Mimpi " by my masterpiece rich in motivation which reviews the story of a dedi in me who wants to achieve his dream of becoming a novelist. This research was formulated for the psychoanalytic approach. Psychoanalysis focuses on the subconscious world and is not limited to the world of the conscious mind. This research aims to describe and explain typical, funny, tragic, and inspiring knowledge, walking with one person at a time. This study used descriptive qualitative research using content analysis. This method is used to examine the contents of a document. The document in the research novel "chasing dreams" by Dedi Padiku. The results of the study show that someone who is serious in achieving a dream by continuing to work carefully, never giving up, not easily discouraged, will bring him into a novelist.

Abstract

This study discusses the analysis of the value of character education contained in the film “Zootopia”. This research was conducted because of the many assumptions that the morale and character of the younger generation are damaged, which is marked by the proliferation of news in electronic media that presents deviant juvenile crime and delinquency. This involves children in their teens, children who are still in school, and other young generations. At present, there has been a decline in the interest of children and adolescents towards cartoon films, this certainly makes researchers think whether there are lessons and character education contained in the cartoon “Zootopia”? What makes researchers interested in the film “Zootopia” is that everyone has the right to have dreams that can be realized even though the circumstances around us are not supportive. The method used in this study is a note-taking method to collect data and the theory used to dissect this research is the sociological theory of literature which focuses on the value of character education in the film “Zootopia”. The results of the research carried out are that the cartoon film “Zootopia” contains character education values, this is reflected throughout the film show, such as honesty, nationalism, responsibility, discipline, courage, democracy, attitude of help and friendship.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the effectiveness of the interaction process in groups on goals achievement and character development in Anime Steins;Gate 0. This study used a descriptive qualitative method regarding the theory of interaction process analysis by Robert F. Bales. This study uses data on interpersonal communication between group members dialogues categorized according to interaction process analysis theory (positive socio-emotional area, neutral task, and negative socio-emotional area). The writer found that interaction and communication between group members in the story were carried out during problem-solving through discussion and exchanging ideas, opinions, assessments, suggestions, and input. Both aspects are shown through delivery and interpretation to become the fruit of thought that unites their perception of purpose. Interaction and communication affect character development and their success in solving problems they face. Keywords: interaction; character development; communication; Okabe Rintarou.

Abstract

Indonesian language learning must be taught by every student in Indonesia. Where Language is a media of introduction for humans to understand each other, because language is a tool in communicating between humans. Language is a nation’s culture. Local wisdom is a tradition that lives in society. Local wisdom is a legacy from ancestors. In this article aims to examine Indonesian language learning based on local wisdom, This research uses a literature review method, where the data sourced from scientific journals, articles, books and other reference. The references data was selected, analyzed, and presents in sentences. The result showed that students’ environments and local literature can be subject matter in Indonesian language learning, the use of local wisdom as a learning resource will improve listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, Indonesian language learning based on local wisdom can also maintain the existence of local culture, so that is not forgotten and not drowned by the foreign language. In addition, the use of local literacy can give the impression and effect for students to behave in accordance with the character of local wisdom. In this case, every local wisdom can be guarded, known and preserved by the millennial generation as nation’s next generation.
