Abstract

Prestasi belajar seringkali dipengaruhi oleh siswa itu sendiri, diantaranya adalah faktor intelegensi, faktor psikologis disaat menerima pelajaran, atau pun perbedaan latar pendidikan (sekolah umum atau agama). Perbedaan latar pendidikan pada masing-masing siswa memberikan tingkat prestasi belajar yang berbeda. Hal ini didasarkan pada asumsi bahwa siswa asal sekolah agama lebih banyak mempelajari materi agama dibanding siswa asal sekolah umum. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan apakah ada perbedaan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VIII asal SD dan MI pada bidang studi Fiqih di MTs An-Najah Desa Sesela Kecamatan Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Pendekatan penelitian secara kuantitatif menggunakan analisis statistik komparatif t-test. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan pada taraf kesalahan 5% nilai t-hitung 2,941 lebih besar dari t-tabel 2,22 yang berarti ada perbedaan prestasi belajar siswa asal SD dan MI pada bidang studi Fiqih.

Abstract

Masa remaja atau masa adolescence merupakan masa yang sangat sensitif dan rawan terhadap stress yang disebabkan proses pematangan fisiknya lebih cepat daripada psikososial. Berbagai macam perubahan emosi akibat suatu stressor telah dihubungkan dengan adanya fluktuasi hormonal selama siklus menstruasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat stress dengan perubahan lama menstruasi pada mahasiswi di prodi keperawatan stikes Ngudi Waluyo. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional yang dilakukan pada 76 responden dengan metode accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner DASS 42 yang telah dimodifikasi untuk mengukur tingkat stres dan kuesioner lama menstruasi. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji chi square dengan p-value 0,000. Diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat stress dengan perubahan lama menstruasi pada mahasisiwi di prodi keperawatan stikes Ngudi Waluyo dengan p-value = 0,000 dan nilai α = 0,05. Ini artinya bahwa semakin berat tingkat stres yang dihadapi maka semakin berpengaruh terhadap perubahan lama menstruasi. Kesimpulanya adalah Ada hubungan antara tingkat stress dengan perubahan lama menstruasi pada mahasiswi di prodi keperawatan stikes Ngudi Waluyo. Mahasiswi dapat lebih menggunakan mekanisme pengendalian stres yang benar dan stres yang terjadi dapat dikurangi supaya tidak menjadi stres yang berat dan siklus mentruasi juga bisa normal. Kata kunci: tingkat stress, lama menstruasi, mahasiswi THE CORRELATION BETWEEN STRESS LEVEL AND THE MENSTRUAL DURATION IN THE STUDENT AT NURSING ABSTRACTAdolescence age is period that is very sensitive and prone to cause stress caused by physical maturation process which is faster than psychosocial. Abstract

Latar belakang: Skoliosis idiopatik sering terjadi pada remaja usia 16-19 tahun diakibatkan karena pada usia tersebut remaja sedang mengalami masa pertumbuhan struktural tulang belakang serta dapat dilihat dari aktivitas sehari-hari remaja tersebut, dimana pada usia tersebut setiap hari mereka pergi sekolah dan duduk dalam waktu yang lama,dimana sikap duduk yang tidak tepat dan dalam jangka waktu yang lama serta pembawaan beban berlebih menggunakan tas setiap hari dapat menyebabkan ketegangan otot dan mempengaruhi postur tulang belakang sehingga terjadi scoliosis yang dapat menyebabkan gangguan keseimbangan. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh swiss ball exercise dan klapp exercise terhadap keseimbangan penderita skoliosis pada remaja usia 16-19 tahun. Metode : penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penelitian eksperimental semu (quasi eksperimental) dengan rancangan penelitiannya pre test and post test two grup design dengan membandingkan antara kelompok perlakuan diberikan swiss ball exercise dan klapp exercise . Sampel penelitian diambil dengan Teknik pusposive sampling ,sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMAN 1 Sanden Bantul yang berjumlah 24 orang. Intervensi dilakukan 3 kali seminggu selama 5 minggu. Hasil:Uji perbedaan dalam meningkatkan keseimbangan penderita scoliosis sebelum dan sesudah intervensi swiss ball exercise dan klapp exercise menggunakan uji paired samples T-test pada hipotesis I dan II didapatkan nilai p 0,000 sehingga terdapat pengaruh pada kedua intervensi. Hasil uji perbedaan pengaruh intervensi yang diberikan dilakukan dengan uji independent t-test, didapatkan nilai p 0,402 sehingga tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh pada kedua intervensi tersebut. Simpulan: Terdapat pengaruh pada kedua intervensi dan tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh antara swiss ball exercise dan klapp exercise dalam meningkatkan keseimbangan pada penderita scoliosis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in making purchases at the Tokopedia market place. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in making purchases at the Tokopedia market place. This type of research uses associative research with a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is a sample survey method with data collected directly from respondents using a questionnaire. The population in this study were 100 consumers who had shopped at Tokopedia. The analysis tool used is Simple Linear Regression using SPSS version 25. The results showed that the R2 value was found to be 0.721 (72.1%) which indicates that the effect of the independent variable (quality of service) is .721% while 27.9% influenced by other variables. The results of the t test found that t count > t table on the service quality variable, namely 15.925 > 1.661. Thus the results of the study indicate that the influence of service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Tokopedia market place.

Abstract

This study aims to assess customer loyalty toward Abian Tubuh tofu, one of Mataram City's flagship products. Using a descriptive research approach, the study seeks to provide insights into customer loyalty, a key aspect of consumer behavior theory. A sample survey method was employed, selecting several tofu markets in Mataram City as research locations. The population includes all customers who purchase tofu at these markets, with purposive sampling used to select respondents based on the research objectives. Given the unknown total population, a sample of 100 respondents was determined. The analysis utilized the Net Promoter Score (NPS) model to measure and understand customer loyalty levels. This study builds upon previous research focusing on the same product, Abian Tubuh tofu, in Mataram. Customer loyalty, a critical aspect of consumer behavior, needs periodic evaluation to ensure continued purchases and customer retention. Findings indicate that customers are highly loyal to Abian Tubuh tofu, based on various product attributes such as taste, price, aroma, texture, and nutritional content. The strong perception of product quality leads customers to recommend it to friends and colleagues. Marketers should maintain and enhance this level of loyalty to ensure business sustainability in the future.

Abstract

The development and increasing penetration of the internet have driven significant changes in Indonesia's business landscape, particularly in digital payment patterns. One innovation in digital payment systems is the Quick Response Indonesia Standard (QRIS), which standardizes non-cash payments using QR Codes. This study aims to examine the influence of Perceived Risk and Trust on the decision to use QRIS in Mataram City. This associative study targets residents of Mataram City who use QRIS as a non-cash payment method. A total of 100 respondents were selected through purposive sampling. Data collection techniques included interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, while data analysis employed multiple linear regression. The results indicate that both Perceived Risk and Trust have a positive and significant influence on the decision to use QRIS. These findings provide insights for Bank Indonesia to expand QRIS networks, minimize risks, and enhance public trust in QRIS as an efficient digital payment solution.

Abstract

Pernikahan usia anak dapat mengakibatkan masalah kesehatan reproduksi pada wanita, kesehatan fisik, psikologis, dan psikososial. Proporsi perempuan umur 20-24 tahun yang berstatus kawin atau berstatus hidup bersama sebelum umur 18 tahun di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat sebesar 16,23% jika mengacu pada angka nasional sebesar 8,06 % maka Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat masih di atas angka nasional. Sehingga angka perkawinan anak di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat merupakan tertinggi secara nasional. Minimnya pengetahuan dan kurangnya pemahaman perempuan tentang dampak keputusan yang diambil untuk melakukan pernikahan usia anak. Tujuan dilakukan sosialisasi adalah untuk memberikan wawasan tambahan terkait kesehatan remaja untuk meminalisis kejadian gangguan kesehatan reproduksi untuk kesiapan berkeluarga serta mencegah terjadinya pernikahan usia anak. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini melibatkan remaja Desa Batu Mekar dan Mahasiswa KKN Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Nusa Tenggara Barat berjumlah 55 orang berlokasi di Kantor Desa Batu Mekar Kecamatan Lingsar. Metode yang dilakukan dengan ceramah terkait materi kesehatan reproduksi remaja dan praktek pemanfaatan aplikasi ELSIMIL. Dalam kegiatan sosialisasi dilakukan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur tingkat pengetahuan dengan hasil didapatkan ada peningkatan sejumlah 100% sesudah dilakukan sosialisasi.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the customer loyalty of Pejeruk Abian tempeh which is one of the products in the city of Mataram. The type of research is descriptive which is used to get an overview of customer loyalty which is an important aspect of consumer behavior theory. This study uses a sample survey method, by choosing several tempeh sales markets in the city of Mataram as the location of the research. The population in this study is all customers of tempeh products who come to make purchases in that market. The respondent determination technique used in this study is purposive sampling, which is sampling according to the purpose of the research. Since the number of members of the research population is not known exactly, it was determined that the sample taken for the study was 100 people. The analysis uses the Net Promoter Score (NPS) model, which is a method to measure and understand customer loyalty levels. The results of the study show that the loyalty of consumers of Pejeruk Abian tempeh products is very loyal. These results were obtained from the process of analyzing a number of attributes inherent in the product's taste, price, aroma, texture, and nutritional content. The high customer perception of the quality of the performance of the tempe product makes customers recommend the product to their friends or colleagues. This value of loyalty needs to be maintained and improved by marketers to ensure the survival of the business in the future.
