Abstract

This study aims to determine the content of active compounds of secondary metabolites and antibacterial activity of secondary metabolites from a maceration of turmeric leaf (Curcuma longa Linn.) and kaffir lime leaf (Citrus hystrix) against Escherichia coli (E. coli). Each sample of kaffir lime leaf and turmeric leaf was extracted by maceration method using 96% ethanol solvent for 3 x 24 hours and the solvent was changed every 1 x 24 hours, then the filtered filtrate was thickened using a rotary evaporator. The phytochemical screening test was carried out by qualitative method using chemical reagents. The antibacterial activity test of the extract of the combination of turmeric leaves (Curcuma longa Linn.) and kaffir lime leaves (Citrus hystrix) used the Punch Hole Diffusion method with various concentrations of 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, and 100%. The results showed that the combined extract of turmeric leaf (Curcuma longa Linn.) and kaffir lime leaf (Citrus hystrix) contained secondary metabolites in the form of flavonoids, alkaloids, steroids, tannins, and saponins. The optimum zone of inhibition to inhibit the growth of E. coli produced was 9.73 ± 0.78 mm. Overall, it can be concluded that the combined extract of turmeric leaf (Curcuma longa Linn.) and kaffir lime leaf (Citrus hystrix) has potential as an alternative to antibacterial active compounds.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media Kahoot dan efektifitas media Kahoot dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian Research and Development. Dengan metode pengumpulan data Observasi, angket, Dokumentasi. sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Aiken’V , Uji normalitas dan T tes. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan (1) Hasil uji validasi kelayakan yang dilakukan oleh ahli materi tahap I 0,68254 temasuk dalam kategori “Sedang”, Uji media Tahap I dilakukan uji validasi dan kelayakan media yang dilakukan oleh diperoleh nilai 0,8277778 termasuk dalam kategori “Tinggi”, pada Tahap II validasi ahli Materi memperoleh hasil 0,801587 yang berarti validasi “Tinggi”. Sedangakan hasil validasil ahli media memperoleh hasil 0,838889 yang berarti validasi “Tinggi”. Sehingga media Kahoot layak untuk diimplementasikan. (2) Media kahood efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran fiqh, sebagaimana analis menunjkan adanya perbedaan signifikan sebelum diberikan media Kahood diimplementasikan. Dengan diperoleh data signifikan 0,015, dengan signifikansi < 0,05.

Abstract

Kepastian produk halal menjadi hal penting bagi umat muslim dalam menggunakan barang atau mengkonsumsi makanan. Sertifikasi halal tidak hanya membuka pintu ke pasar global yang luas, tetapi juga menjadi bukti dedikasi produsen terhadap kepuasan dan kepercayaan konsumen. Dengan meningkatnya populasi muslim menjadikan permintaan produk halal juga meningkat. Sertifikasi halal menjadi kunci utama dalam menjamin kehalalan produk makanan. Sebagai Langkah awal untuk mencapai sertifikasi halal, perlu adanya pendampingan pengolahan makanan. Pendampingan pengolahan makanan untuk sertifikasi halal bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa seluruh tahapan produksi, mulai dari pemilihan bahan baku, proses produksi, hingga pengemasan, memenuhi kriteria halal dan dapat lolos sertifikasi. Dari 12 UMKM di Desa Barabali yang mau melakukan proses sertifikasi halal, ada dua produk yang diawasai proses pengolahannya mulai dari penyediaan bahan baku, pengolahan, sampai pengemasan. Pembuatan abon labu dan minyak kelapa yang didampingi produksinya dipastikan memenuhi standar dan siap untuk melakukan proses sertifikasi halal.

Abstract

Considering the rampant moral distortion that is happening among students today so that this phenomenon triggers unrest in many circles, especially teachers, parents and society, this causes this research to be carried out. This research aims to describe the efforts that have been made to overcome students' moral distortions through Islamic religious education. This research uses descriptive qualitative method based on literature study.  The technique for collecting data uses documentation studies in the form of library data derived from articles, journals and various relevant books.  The findings in this study indicate that there are various kinds of moral distortions that have been committed by students such as cyberbullying, spreading hoax, sexual harassment, drinking alcohol, consuming drugs, free sex, and others.  The efforts in overcoming moral distortions among students are carried out through the development of a holistic Islamic Education (PAI) curriculum, instilling student character education, taking a holistic and collaborative approach from family, school, and community.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to improve teacher competence in compiling HOTS instruments in the form of regular multiple choice, complex multiple choice, and item quality analysis with JASP at MA Darul Aman Tegal. This service uses the Service-Learning (SL) approach, namely activities that combine service and learning with structure and reflection so that the community benefits from the service carried out. The training method goes through several stages, including; observation, training and evaluation. The results of community service activities show that training activities for compiling HOTS instruments in the form of regular multiple choice, complex multiple choice, and item quality analysis with JASP can improve teacher competence. Training and mentoring activities greatly assist teachers in producing quality instruments in accordance with the demands of madrasah assessments.

Abstract

Kehalalan suatu produk (pangan, obat, dan kosmetik) merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting bagi konsumen muslim. Jaminan halal suatu produk sudah diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2014 dan PP No 39 Tahun 2021. Selain itu pada tahun 2024 Indonesia telah menargetkan untuk menjadi pusat halal, dengan upaya nyata melalui akselerasi implementasi sertifikasi halal bagi pelaku UMKM. Salah satunya yaitu dengan program 1 juta sertifikasi halal gratis 2023 dibawah Lembaga Kemenag. Program ini mendorong tim pengabdian melakukan sosialisasi sertifikasi halal dan pembuatan NIB yang diadakan dengan kerjasama Halal Center UIN Mataram di Desa Barabali. Lokasi ini dipilih karena semua produk UMKM belum tersertifikasi halal. Dari kegiatan yang dilakukan sudah diperoleh manfaat berupa terbitnya NIB 12 pelaku UMKM di Desa Barabali. NIB ini kemudian diproses dengan pendampingan sertifikasi halal sampai terbitnya 12 sertifikat halal untuk 12 produk makanan

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kelayakan produk pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Canva dalam meningkatkan keterampilan praktik salat siswa kelas II SDN Bilepait, serta menganalisis efektivitas produk media interaktif yang dikembangkan. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation), yang dipilih karena kemampuannya menghasilkan produk spesifik sekaligus menguji keefektifannya. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, angket, dan tes. Analisis uji kelayakan dilakukan menggunakan koefisien Aiken dengan melibatkan 3 validator ahli media dan 3 validator ahli materi. Sementara itu, uji efektivitas dianalisis menggunakan skor N-gain, yaitu menghitung selisih nilai pascates (post-test) dan prates (pre-test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media interaktif berbasis Canva memiliki kelayakan tinggi. Pada uji kelayakan, validasi ahli media memperoleh skor Aiken 0.97 dengan kategori validitas tinggi, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Canva layak digunakan untuk siswa kelas II. Lebih lanjut, hasil uji efektivitas melalui perhitungan skor N-gain memperoleh nilai sebesar 0.65 (atau 65.86%), yang termasuk dalam kategori cukup efektif (sedang). Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Canva cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mempraktikkan salat siswa kelas II di SDN Bilepait. Kata Kunci: media pembelajaran interaktif, Canva; keterampilan praktik salat; siswa sekolah dasar, ADDIE model Abstract: This study aimed to describe the feasibility of developing an interactive learning media product based on Canva for enhancing the prayer practice skills of second-grade pupils at SDN Bilepait, and to analyse the effectiveness of the developed interactive media product. The development model employed was ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), chosen for its capability to produce a specific educational product and simultaneously test its effectiveness. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The feasibility analysis was conducted using the Aiken's V coefficient, involving 3 media expert validators and 3 material expert validators. Concurrently, the effectiveness test was analysed using the Normalised Gain (N-gain) score, which calculated the difference between post-test and pre-test scores. The findings demonstrate that the Canva-based interactive media possesses high feasibility. In the feasibility testing, the media expert validation yielded an Aiken's V coefficient of 0.97 with a category of high validity, leading to the conclusion that the Canva-based interactive learning media is appropriate for use with second-grade pupils. Furthermore, the results of the effectiveness test via the N-gain score calculation achieved a value of 0.65 (or 65.86%), which falls into the moderately effective category. This finding confirms that the Canva-based interactive learning media is sufficiently effective in enhancing the prayer practice skills of second-grade pupils at SDN Bilepait.
