Abstract

The performance of the lecturers is important factor in order to ensure the quality management of a college. The lecturers performance at PKK study program FKIP Unsyiahis truly play role in producing students not only work in government with satisfying academic grade (hard skill) but also students must be able to create their own work field by possessing skill (soft skills) to take over the world work. This study aims at knowing the ability, motivation, disciplines, responsibility, and supporting factors on the lecturers performance in improving academic competence and skill acquisition of the students at PKK, FKIP Unsyiah. This study used a qualitative approach through data collecting techniques i.e. documentation, observations , and interviews. The subjects of the research were the dean, deputy dean of academic affairs, the chairman of the PKK department, lecturers, laboratory chairman, and students. This study shows that 1) The ability of the lecturers in carrying out teaching can be seen through arrangement of the lecturing material, lecturing implementation, and evaluation. 2 ) Motivation in conducting lectures , that the PKK lecturers of FKIP Unsyiah have conducted real efforts to reach the decided aim, but few lecturers less motivated the students optimally, lack of guiding of the lecturers or their seniors as well as program chairman, action less than optimal motivation lecturer , received guidance from lecturers more senior or chief Prodi . 3) The lecturers discipline is reflected through factual time in implementing the lecture, obeying the obtain rules and conducting continuously. Lecturer’s discipline reflected by timeliness in implementing the course, follow the rules, and do it continuously. 4) The lecturer’s responsibility and commitment in implementing the lecturer can be seen through guiding the students in accordance with the main duty and its function. 5) Improving performance in academic competence and skill acquisition are supported by several factors such as faculty development program by sending lecturers to follow the profession asosiation programs, workshops, seminars , and training on professional development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada strategi pengembangan soft skill bersyariat islam. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan PBM, strategi guru dalam mengembangkan kemampuan soft skill dan hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi guru dalam mengembangkan kemampuan soft skill bersyariat Islam pada siswa SMK Negeri 3 Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data adalah dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Subjek penelitian Kepala Sekolah, Guru dan Siswa. Penelitian dilakukan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 3 Banda Aceh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan PBM untuk mengembangkan kemampuan soft skill bersyariat Islam pada siswa SMK Banda Aceh terlihat dalam menyusun RPP tiap materi disesuaikan dengan syariat Islam serta kegiatan praktikum, membimbing siswa, maupun membina antar pribadi dan mengevaluasi proses pembelajaran, 2) strategi guru dalam mengembangkan kemampuan soft skill bersyariat Islam adalah menggunakan strategi, pendekatan dan metode yang bervariasi untuk mengembangkan kemampuan soft skill bersyariat Islam, misanya strategi pemberian model atau percontohan, 3) hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi guru dalam mengembangkan kemampuan soft skill bersyariat Islam adalah dalam pembelajaran di SMK N 3 Banda Aceh ada sebagian guru yang belum mengetahui cara penerapan soft skill bersyariat Islam dan guru kurang memahami bagaimana menyusun RPP yang bermuatan soft skill bersyariat Islam, maka diperlukan seminar, workshop dan pelatihan-pelatihan bagi guru tentang pengembangan kemampuan soft skill bersyariat Islam.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Skripsi ini berjudul “Korelasi Minat Baca dengan Prestasi Belajar Bahasa Indonesia Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 4 Kecamatan Dewantara Kabupaten Aceh Utara”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi antara minat baca dengan prestasi belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 4 Kecamatan Dewantara, Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik tes dan non tes. Adapun teknik tes menggunakan soal dan teknik non tes menggunakan angket. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 4 Kecamatan Dewantara, Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat korelasi antara minat baca dengan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 4 Kecamatan Dewantara, Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Nilai rata-rata minat baca adalah 66 dan termasuk dalam kategori cukup. Nilai rata-rata prestasi belajar adalah 37 dan termasuk dalam kategori gagal. Hasil perhitungan korelasi menunjukkan bahwa r hitung = 0,100 berada pada rentang 0,00-0,199 dengan besar korelasi yang sangat rendah (tidak berkorelasi). Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai sig. menunjukkan 0,499 ≥ 0,05 dengan keputusan H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak. Selanjutnya, penyebab hasil korelasi menjadi sangat rendah dipengaruhi oleh keadaan menjawab angket secara terburu-buru dan dari pemanfaatan waktu luang siswa yang tidak dimaksimalkan untuk kegiatan membaca.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan manajemen guru penggerak dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogic di Kecamatan Tapaktuan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah fenomenologi. Fokus umum penelitian ini untuk memeriksa/meneliti esensi atau struktur pengalaman ke dalam kesadaran manusia. Penelitian dimulai dengan memfokuskan suatu fenomena yang akan diteliti, dengan melihat dan menelaah berbagai aspek-aspek subjektif dari prilaku obyek berdasarkan tujuan dari penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk strategi manajemen guru penggerak dalam peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru di kecamatan Tapaktuan. Hasil penerapan manajemen guru penggerak dalam peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru di SMAN 1 Tapaktuan diawali dengan tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik guru di SMAN 1 Tapaktuan, tahapan evaluasi pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik guru melalui manajemen guru penggerak. Kompetensi pedadogik guru sebelum dan setelah penerapan manajemen guru penggerak di SMAN 1 Tapaktuan terjadi peningkatan yang sangat baik dilihat dari aspek wawasan keilmuan, psikologi pendidikan, pengembangan kurikulum, perancangan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, pemanfaatan teknologi dan evaluasi pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemahaman kurikulum, motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SD di Gugus V Kecamatan Bakongan Timur Kabupaten Aceh Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian korelasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan SD di Gugus V Kecamatan Bakongan Timur Kabupaten Aceh Selatan dengan sampel yang berjumlah 52 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa pemahaman kurikulum tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,688 < 0,05. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,005 < 0,05. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan studi komparatif implementasi manajemen mutu sekolah berfokus pada standar pendidikan dan tenaga kependidikan di SMP Negeri Pada Kecamatan Labuhanhaji Timur Kabupaten Aceh Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian bersifat deskriptif komparatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis data dengan analisis kualitatif terbagi menjadi empat bagian, yaitu data collection, data reduction, data display dan data verification. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa di SMPN 2 Labuhanhaji Timur dan SMPN 3 Labuhanhaji Timur manajemen mutu secara umum sudah berjalan sesuai dengan fungsi-fungsi manajemen sebagai upaya meningkatkan mutu sekolah. Semua sumber daya yang dimiliki sekolah dapat diorganisasikan secara langsung oleh sekolah, yang selanjutnya dilaksanakan secara komprehensif oleh semua elemen sekolah sehingga menghasilkan output yang memiliki kompetensi yang dapat diandalkan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not using the YouTube channel Practical Psychology to help sixth-grade pupils learn vocabulary is helpful. In the instance of the experiment research approach, quantitative research is used in this study. The research's design is a pre-experiment with one group that underwent pre- and post-testing. One class is used in this arrangement, and pre- and post-tests are administered before and after treatment. The purpose of this treatment is to test the effects of a certain treatment. The pupils of SD Negeri Bangkeh's sixth grade during the academic year 2022/2023 make up the study's population. There are 25 pupils in all, all of them were in the same class. Only 25 kids were enrolled in the sixth grade, thus that group was chosen as the sample group for this study. N-Gain Score was used to analyze the data that was obtained. According to the study's findings, the sixth-grade pupils' proficiency with vocabulary can be improved by using the YouTube channel Practical Psychology. This is supported by It is demonstrated by the N-Gain score calculation result, which is 0.58. The use of the Practical Psychology YouTube channel to teach listening skills is sufficient/effective enough.

Abstract

Elementary school teachers must understand the content of the material and how to teach it to students or known as Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK), and the books used as teacher guides must comply with the PCK principles. This research is descriptive research that aims to obtain information about the scope of Pedagogical Content Knowledge in the Basic Science books for class III SD Negeri Kuta Rentang. The research subject is the sub-chapter of the Basic Science book which is used for third grade students at SD Negeri Kuta Rentang. The book evaluation instrument contains aspects of Pedagogical Content Knowledge content in Basic Science books. Filling out the teacher's book evaluation instrument is done by giving a value of 0 to 5 on each aspect of the assessment. The data that has been obtained is analyzed by calculating the percentage value of Pedagogical Content Knowledge. Based on the results of the analysis of Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) in science learning, Basic Science books are at a percentage of 94% with the very achieved category. However, this book should not be used as the only guide, teachers need to have other companion books as support and complements, especially on aspects of core knowledge and the metacognition framework.

Abstract

This research focuses on the management of private school principals. The aim is to find the characteristics of the leadership model of private school principals based on integrated patrimonial management, political management and professional management at SDIT Nurul Fikri Aceh. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques namely documentation, observation and interviews. Research subjects are Foundation Chairmen, School Principals and Teachers. The research was conducted at the Nurul Fikri Aceh Integrated Islamic School. The research results show that: the characteristics of the leadership model for private school principals are based on integrated patrimonial management, political management and professional management at SDIT Nurul Fikri Aceh through the steps: (a) planning which includes formulating goals and preparing work programs; (b) organizing which includes forming a management team and job specifications; (c) implementation which includes the leadership of the school principal; (d) supervision which includes quality control and reporting.

Abstract

This research reflects the government's initiative to improve access and quality of education in Indonesia, while catching up with more developed countries, and outlines the advantages and disadvantages of education in Indonesia compared to education abroad. The author adopts a research method using the literature study method as a form of preparation using references from various sources, including archives, the internet (both in digital and physical form), and books. The results of the research analysis show that support from all parties is needed to support the ongoing improvement process. Education in Indonesia has a unique identity and local policies that other countries do not have. Even though PISA data shows that the quality of education in Indonesia is still far behind, this does not reduce the enthusiasm of all parties to continue to improve quality. Each system has advantages and disadvantages, and the system implemented should be adapted to the conditions in each region, while maintaining local policies that need to be preserved.
