Abstract

Teenagers prefer the current trend of Korean style, so many Indonesian companies are rushing to create products that meet the community's needs and compete with foreign companies. In addition, companies are more focused on their preferences, forgetting the fact that Indonesians also need halal product labels. However, the lack of halal awareness (consumer knowledge about halal products) makes Indonesians forget the importance of halal-labeled products. This study aims to investigate the impact of halal labels, income, product ingredients, and lifestyle on the purchasing interest of Gen Z consumers in imported Korean cosmetics. This study uses a quantitative research method. This study demonstrates validity in several tests. It also provides additional information, references, and insights for readers regarding the influence of halal labels, product ingredients, and lifestyle on the interest of Gen Z consumers in purchasing imported Korean cosmetics. It can also help companies understand the extent to which halal labels influence consumers, including their product preferences and lifestyle, as well as their interest in purchasing cosmetics imported from Korea.

Abstract

Pengelolaan dana haji diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 34 Tahun 2014 tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Haji (PKH), yang memberikan kepastian hukum terhadap tata kelola dana haji oleh Badan Pengelola Keuangan Haji (BPKH). Undang-undang ini menetapkan sistem serta manajemen dalam pengelolaan dana haji di Indonesia. Dana yang berasal dari jemaah haji Indonesia yang masih dalam daftar tunggu (waiting list) dimanfaatkan melalui investasi langsung maupun bentuk investasi lainnya, dengan ketentuan harus memenuhi prinsip syariah, prinsip kehati-hatian, memberikan nilai manfaat, serta sesuai dengan regulasi yang berlaku demi kemaslahatan umat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan investasi dalam pengelolaan dana haji di Indonesia, dengan mempertimbangkan variabel eksternal seperti inflasi, harga emas, Financial to Deposit Ratio (FDR) perbankan syariah, deposito bank umum syariah (BUS), dan Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder dan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, variabel inflasi, harga emas, FDR, deposito BUS, dan JII berpengaruh signifikan terhadap investasi dana haji yang diukur melalui aset BPKH. Sedangkan X1, X2, dan X4 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Y karena nilai probabilitasnya < 0,10. X3 dan X5 tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Y karena nilai probabilitasnya > 0,10. Dengan demikian, hanya X1, X2, dan X4 yang secara parsial memiliki kontribusi signifikan dalam memengaruhi variabel Y.

Abstract

The existence of LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri as a non-profit social institution can be seen from the increase in donations, which then create empowerment programs for people in need. The research aims to determine and analyze the factors influencing the increase in LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri donations. This research used a quantitative approach, with 215 Zakat Consultants (ZISCO) Yatim Mandiri respondents. The data collection method used was a survey by distributing questionnaires. Data was tested using the PLS-SEM via SmartPLS 3.0. The test results indicate that social awareness directly influences increasing donations, and the institution's image through social marketing campaigns significantly influences increasing donations. The institutional image variable, which the technology acceptance model strengthens, the institutional transparency variable, and the social marketing campaign, strengthened by financial te, significantly influence increasing donations. Research testing at LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri is the first and is something new to determine what factors influence the increase in LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri donations in the current era.
