Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of job satisfaction and self efficacy as well as self esteem on employee job job performance. This research was conducted at the Office of PT. Graha Mandala Sakti Bontang sampling method using purposive sampling, with commissioners and managers do not include the amount of the population used as many as 250 people and collected samples of 80 people on the employee stay with the work 1 year. The data in this study using primary data, questionnaires. Hypothesis test used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS version 22. The results of this study show that: 1) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee job performance at the office of PT. Graha Mandala Sakti Bontang, 2) Self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee job performance at the office of PT. Graha Mandala Sakti Bontang, 3) Self esteem has a positive and significant effect on employee job performance at the office of PT. Graha Mandala Sakti Bontang,Keywords: job satisfaction, self efficacy, self esteem, and job performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Keadilan Organisasional, Kepercayaan Organisaional, dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pegawai dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah PNS pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Kutai Barat dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Hair dengan hasil 60 responden. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Keadilan Organisasional, Kepercayaan Organisaional, dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pegawai. Selain itu R2 menunjukkan bahwa 27,90% Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pegawai (Y) pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Kutai Barat dipengaruhi oleh Keadilan Organisasional, Kepercayaan Organisaional, dan Kepuasan Kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan, bagi hasil dan religiusitas terhadap keputusan pelanggan untuk menabung di BPD Kaltim Syariah Samarinda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan BPD Kaltim Syariah Samarinda pada tahun 2017 adalah sekitar 80 pelanggan dalam hal ini peneliti memberikan kuesioner ketika pelanggan melakukan transaksi di BPD Kaltim Syariah Samarinda. Dalam penelitian ini, data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel adalah probability sampling. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah kuesioner. Kemudian, dalam penelitian ini teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji multikolinieritas, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas layanan, bagi hasil dan religiusitas berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen untuk hemat di BPD Kaltim Syariah Samarinda

Abstract

Hasil yang diperoleh dengan analisis beberapa persamaan regresi linear sebagai berikut: Y = 0,331 0,534 0,388 X1 X2.Berdasarkan persamaan regresi di atas dapat dijelaskan bahwa konstanta 0,331, yang berarti bahwa jika gaya kepemimpinan dan nilai jalur karir adalah 0, maka nilai loyalitas karyawan adalah 0,534.Koefisien regresi kepemimpinan gaya variabel (X1) dari 0,534, yang berarti bahwa setiap gaya kepemimpinan variabel menurun sebesar 1%, maka loyalitas karyawan akan meningkat dengan kekuatan 0,534 adalah positif antara gaya kepemimpinan untuk kesetiaan, gaya yang lebih baik dari kepemimpinan, loyalitas karyawan yang lebih baik.Koefisien regresi variabel jalur karir nilai (X2) adalah 0388, yang berarti bahwa setiap variabel tingkat karir meningkat sebesar 1%, maka loyalitas karyawan akan meningkat dengan 0388.Koefisien adalah positif antara jalur karir untuk loyalitas karyawan, meningkatkan jalur karir kemudian meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor - faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada PT. Arrehlah Wisata Samarinda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jemaah haji di 2011-2015 di PT. Tur Arrehlah Samarinda itu sebanyak 75 peziarah. Dalam hal ini peneliti memberikan kuesioner kepada peziarah yang telah menggunakan jasa PT. Arrehlah Wisata Samarinda. Dalam penelitian ini data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel adalah sampel acak (nonprobability sampling). Sedangkan metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Kemudian teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan peziarah berpengaruh terhadap PT. Arrehlah Wisata Samarinda.

Abstract

This study examines the moderating role of ingratiation in the relationship between Leader–Member Exchange (LMX) and workplace deviance. While prior research has consistently demonstrated that high-quality LMX reduces deviant workplace behavior through increased trust and mutual support, limited attention has been given to how impression management tactics, such as ingratiation, may influence this relationship. Drawing on a quantitative approach, the study analyzes data from (395) employees across diverse industries in Indonesia. The results indicate that ingratiation significantly moderates the effect of LMX on workplace deviance. Specifically, the negative association between LMX and deviance becomes stronger when ingratiation is high. This finding challenges the conventional assumption that ingratiation is inherently dysfunctional and suggests instead that, in the context of strong leader–subordinate relationships, its potentially negative effects can be socially regulated. The study contributes to the literature by positioning ingratiation not only as a behavioral risk but also as a contextual trigger that activates LMX's adaptive control function. Practically, the findings underscore the importance of strengthening high-quality workplace relationships while managing political behavior as part of developing a constructive and ethical organizational culture.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of Emotional Intellegent, Organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employee performance. This study uses survey research design and the respondents are 89 Government Employees of industry and trade organization, located in Kutai. The sampling method used is Purposive Sampling based on some criterias. The result of multiple regression analysis shows that Emotional Intellegent, organizational commitment and OCB have positive impact on employee performance. The result of study shows that employees who have emotional intelligent will work better based on organization standard and they will have better performance. It is also needed employees with high comitment for showing the optimal work so that they can contribute to the corporate. The employees who behave based on OCB, will indirectly influence the achievement of corporate goals since they will contribute to the increase of employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine and analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, product innovation, on business performance through competitive advantage. The sample in this study was Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Magelang Regency with a total of 306 respondents. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The analytical tool in this study was multiple regression analysis with SPSS 25.0. The results of this study indicate that competitive advantage can mediate the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, product innovation on business performance and entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on business performance, product innovation has a positive and significant effect on business performance, competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect on business performance, competitive advantage can mediate the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance, competitive advantage can mediate the effect of product innovation on SMEs business performance.
