Abstract

Susuk Mulya merupakan desa dari Kecamataan Bumi Nabung di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah, Provinsi Lampung, Indonesia yang sebagian masyarakatnya adalah petani, Provinsi Lampung yang mayoritas penduduknya bergerak dalam sektor pertanian. Kelompok tani didesa susuk mulya menanam berbagai macam tanaman seperti padi, singkong dan sayur-sayuran. Terdapat 1029 petani didesa susuk mulya 45% menanam padi, 30% menanam singkong dan 25% menanam sayuran dan buah-buahan. Namun, para petani di desa ini memiliki ketergantungan yang kuat terhadap tengkulak dalam menjual hasil panen mereka. Petani tidak memiliki akses untuk menjual hasil pertanian mereka secara langsung kepada pelanggan. Saat ini, masih belum tersedia sarana bagi petani untuk mengelola hasil pertaniannya, sehingga diperlukan pengelolaan hasil pertanian sebagai sarana untuk menjembatani petani dengan penerapan aplikasi website. Dengan adanya aplikasi website diharapkan dalam membuat kelompok tani di Desa Susuk Mulya agar bisa menjual dan mengolah hasil pertaniannya dengan layak tanpa harus bergantung dengan tengkulak. Oleh karena itu, sebuah aplikasi dapat membantu para petani dalam mengelola usaha pertaniannya dengan lebih baik dan metode Extreme Programming dapat digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi tersebut.

Abstract

Sistem Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru pada SDN Paku Jaya 02 saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual. Secara manual yang dimaksudkan adalah dengan para calon siswa mendatangi sekolah untuk melakukan pendaftaran dengan cara mengisi formulir pendaftaran dan menyerahkan sejumlah persyaratan. Proses yang berlangsung secara manual tersebut membutuhkan banyak kertas dan waktu yang terpakai, sehingga dinilai kurang efisien. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dibuat sebuah sistem informasi PPDB atau kepanjangan dari Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatur proses penerimaan peserta didik baru seperti pendaftaran peserta didik baru, pengenalan sekolah, pengenalan prosedur pendaftaran, pengenalan akan persyaratan bagi calon pendaftar dan juga pengumuman akan berhasil atau tidaknya menjadi siswa SDN Paku Jaya 02. Permasalahan yang ingin diselesaikan adalah bagaimana membuat sebuah sistem informasi PPDB (Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru) yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan standar Sekolah. Model yang penulis gunakan adalah Model Waterfall. Sesuai dengan model waterfall, pengembangan sistem informasi PPDB dimulai dengan requirements atau analisis kebutuhan mencakup analisis hardware, software, dan komponen yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan. Berikutnya adalah desain dengan menggunakan bahasa pemodelan UML. Tahap implementasi dilakukan dengan menulis kode program sesuai dengan desain sebelumnya. Kemudian, software diuji dengan menggunakan pengujian black box dan pengujian white box kemudian selanjutnya adalah maintenance. Hasil akhir yang diperoleh adalah sebuah sistem informasi PPDB (Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru) yang memiliki kemampuan dalam pendaftaran peserta didik baru, pengenalan sekolah, pengenalan prosedur pendaftaran, pengenalan akan persyaratan bagi calon pendaftar dan juga pengumuman penerimaan. Kelebihan lainnya dari sistem ini adalah sistem dapat diakses melalui web menggunakan jaringan internet. Kemudian terdapat fitur pengumuman yang memudahkan para calon siswa untuk mengetahui apakah diterima atau tidaknya calon siswa tersebut. Dengan adanya sistem informasi PPDB berbasis web, proses konfirmasi status pendaftaran siswa atau pengumuman penerimaan dapat terlaksana dengan baik.

Abstract

The expert system for diagnosing shallot disease is a computer application designed to assist farmers or agricultural experts in diagnosing diseases that attack shallot plants. This system uses the knowledge and experience of experts in the agricultural sector to provide recommendations for proper disease diagnoses and control solutions. The Case Based Reasoning (CBR) method is a method that has the concept of comparing old cases with new cases in order to produce a more accurate diagnosis in cases that occur. The Nearest Neighbor Similarity (NNS) method is a method of calculating the level of similarity between symptoms to one another so that these two methods will produce collaboration that is able to answer problems that exist in the field.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) program aims to enhance the technological literacy of children at the Muhammadiyah Nurul Badri Orphanage in West Bekasi through Windows operating system installation education. The training aims to provide basic skills in information technology, specifically regarding computer operation and software installation. The methods used in this activity include theoretical explanations of hardware and software, as well as practical steps for Windows installation. Additionally, the activity includes interactive discussion sessions to deepen participants' understanding of the material presented. The results of this activity show an increase in participants' enthusiasm and confidence in learning technology, although no quantitative data was obtained. Several participants commented that this activity increased their motivation to learn more about computer technology. This activity is expected to contribute to improving digital literacy for children in the orphanage, as well as motivating them to develop technological skills that will be beneficial in the future. Thus, this PKM not only provides practical skills but also opens up opportunities for participants' personal development in the digital world.

Abstract

Community service is an integral part of the Tridharma of Higher Education, aimed at making a tangible contribution to society. This activity was carried out at SMPN 3 Pagedangan under the theme "Introduction and Implementation of UI/UX and Basic Web Programming." The program aimed to enhance students' digital literacy as preparation for navigating the increasingly advanced technological era. The methods implemented in this program included material delivery, interactive discussions, and practical sessions. Students were introduced to fundamental concepts of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design, such as visual hierarchy and navigation, as well as basic web programming using HTML and CSS. The results demonstrated that students successfully grasped the basic concepts of UI/UX and applied basic programming skills to create simple web page structures. Furthermore, the program enhanced students' critical thinking, logical reasoning, and creativity. However, challenges such as limited time and resources affected the optimization of the outcomes. This program is expected to serve as an initial step in preparing a young generation with strong digital literacy skills, capable of adapting to technological challenges in the future. The findings highlight the need for adequate infrastructure support and more structured planning to ensure the sustainability of similar programs.

Abstract

Budget planning is very necessary for an activity, so that the activity runs well. Especially for a client who wants to know the budget for building a house or renovating a house, so that the client can prepare their financial plan. However, the current budget planning system is considered less effective because the client still has to meet and consult with the contractor developer to find out the budget for building or renovating a house. In order to solve this problem, a web-based information system was created which can later make it easier for clients to find out the budget planning (RAB) and make it easier for the staff at the contractor developer. This study uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method where the flow and stages used include requirement planning, RAD design workshop, implementation. The results of this study are in the form of a Budget Plan Calculation Information System (RAB) which is expected to help and make it easier for clients to predict or find out the budget for building or renovating a house and can facilitate the data processing process of the JK Home Solution contractor developer.

Abstract

YAPPIKA Legok Vocational High School is a school that plays a role in the development of science, especially in the fields of Technology and Information. The school payment system still uses manual methods, payments are still made by searching or recording in recapitulation books which takes quite a long time. This research aims to create a school payment system that illustrates the ease of the payment process so that it is more accurate, reliable, representative, and efficient, which can be used to prepare school financial reports. This research can be carried out using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to provide faster application development and produce high-quality results than manual methods so that it can be designed and developed quickly, starting from Requirements Planning, Design Processing, and Implementation. The results obtained from this research are developments in time efficiency and performance for Administration in carrying out their work. This can be seen from the time used in processing a payment where the usual time for making a payment is 10-15 minutes which can now be done in a shorter time, namely 3-5 minutes, then payment recapitulation has also decreased in calculation time from 20 -30 minutes to about 5-10 minutes.

Abstract

Abstract Banner Advertising Management System at PT. Merah Putih Media is designed to facilitate the management of advertising banner data on online media owned by companies. The aim of this research is to design and build an efficient, easy-to-use banner advertising management system. This study uses the Laravel Framework as a development basis and the RAD Method to speed up the system development process. In system development, the RAD method allows for rapid prototyping and testing so that the results can be evaluated immediately. The system consists of banner ad data management and user management modules. The banner ad data management module is used to manage banner ad data on online media, while the user management module is used to manage system users. The result of this research is a banner advertising data management system to manage banner advertising data at PT. Merah Putih Media. This system effectively and efficiently manages advertising banners on online media and can help PT. Merah Putih Media in improving company performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT The West Jakarta Religious Court is one of the divisions of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia, now the leave process at the West Jakarta Religious Court is conventional or in the sense of the word manual. From the results of my observations at the West Jakarta Religious Court, employees need to take a leave application form at the personnel division. After that, the employee needs to fill out a form and ask for a signature from the Head of Sub-Division of each division to obtain leave permission. Then from the Head of the Sub-Division continued by asking for the signature of the Head of the West Jakarta Religious Court. After obtaining signatures from the West Jakarta Religious Court, the form is continued back to the Head of Personnel Sub-Section to recap data and reduce the employee's remaining leave. Based on this problem, a solution is proposed to overcome this problem, namely by creating a Web-based employee E-Leave application at the West Jakarta Religious Court, using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, as well as a software development method using Extreme Programming. Testing on the E-Leave application used ISO 25010 with two aspects of testing, namely the functionality usability aspect and obtaining 100% results and the operability aspect obtaining 85.24% results.
