Abstract

In the world of education, teaching activities are the most important thing both at school and at the university.The role of the teacher as a teacher in the teaching and learning process is very important. Teachers as educators who become teachers, mentors, coaches in teaching and learning activities both at school and at the university. A teacher who is said to be professional must have a commitment to students. SMP SWASTA BABUL ULUM is one of the educational units in Darul Aman, Kec. Longkib, Subulussalam City, Aceh. In carrying out its activities, Babul Ulum Private Junior High School is under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Culture. The principal is the leader in the school. As a school principal, he must be able to regulate and direct teachers to carry out quality education. Teacher performance evaluation aims to determine the quality level of teachers in SMP SWASTA BABUL ULUM . The ongoing teacher performance evaluation system is still carried out subjectively, because there are no aspects of assessment used in evaluating teacher performance in schools SMP SWASTA BABUL ULUM.To overcome these problems, it is necessary to apply decision making using the CRITIC Method and MAUT Method for evaluating teacher performance on SMP SWASTA BABUL ULUM so that the teacher performance evaluation system is no longer carried out subjectively.

Abstract

Salah satu media pembelajaran dalam penginstalan Sistem Operasi yaitu menggunakan aplikasi VirtualBox. Banyaknya anak sekolah yang kurang memahami bagaimana cara instalasi Sistem Operasi secara langsung ke harddisk dapat menggunakan aplikasi VirtualBox tersebut sebagai pembelajaran. Penggunaan fitur-fitur yang ada pada VirtualBox tersebut masih dirasa sangat kurang bagi anak sekolah secara umum,mengingat anak sekolah tersebut tidak dapat secara langsung mendapatkan pelatihan penggunaan dan pemanfaatan aplikasi tersebut. Dalam Aplikasi ini terdapat banyak fitur yang disediakan sehingga anak sekolah dapat menginstal berbagai sistem operasi di dalamnya.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan wawasan dan keterampilan Aparatur Kantor Desa Naga Timbul dalam aspek keamanan data dan Proteksi komputer. Masalah yang dihadapi adalah rendahnya kesadaran serta pemahaman Aparatur desa mengenai ancaman terhadap keamanan data, serta minimnya penerapan langkah-langkah Proteksi  perangkat komputer di tempat kerja. Pelatihan dilakukan melalui metode ceramah, diskusi, dan praktik langsung mengenai pembuatan kata sandi yang kuat, penggunaan perangkat lunak antivirus, teknik pencadangan data, serta penyusunan SOP untuk keamanan data. Evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta, yang terlihat dari hasil pre-test dan post-test, serta perubahan perilaku dalam pengelolaan data dan perangkat komputer. Kegiatan ini juga menghasilkan SOP sederhana yang dapat diterapkan sebagai pedoman keamanan data di kantor desa. Dengan pelatihan ini, diharapkan Aparatur desa akan lebih siap dalam menghadapi ancaman siber dan mampu menjaga kerahasiaan serta integritas data di lingkungan kerjanya.

Abstract

Ngopi adalah adalah istilah yang digunakan sebagaian warga Indonesia saat sedang santai dan menikmati makanan ringan.  Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan dalam pemilihan lokasi objek wisata adalah metode TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similiarity to Ideal Solution).  Metode TOPSIS merupakan metode pengambilan keputusan multi kriteria yang menggunakan prinsip bahwa alternatif yang terpilih harus mempunyai jarak terdekat dengan solusi ideal positif dan jarak terjauh dengan solusi ideal negatif. Langkah-langkah yang digunakan dalam metode TOPSIS adalah proses perhitungan matriks normalisasi, proses perhitungan matriks normalisasi berbobot, proses penentuan solusi ideal positif dan solusi ideal negatif, proses perhitungan jarak pisah setiap alternatif terhadap solusi ideal, dan proses perhitungan nilai preferensi setiap alternatif. Hasil dari proses perhitungan metode TOPSIS adalah berupa informasi  pemilihan lokasi Ngopi  yang paling mendekati pilihan yang diinginkan oleh para pengunjung

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to develop a hybrid intelligent framework for prioritizing air quality monitoring stations by integrating multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) methods with spatial graph-based deep learning to address limitations in interpretability and spatial dependency modeling. Design/methods/approach – The proposed framework combines Pythagorean Fuzzy Best–Worst Method (PF-BWM) to determine uncertainty-aware criteria weights and MARCOS to generate initial prioritization scores. A spatial graph is constructed by linking monitoring stations within a 50 km radius, and Graph Attention Networks (GAT) are applied to capture spatial dependencies. Final prioritization is obtained through a validation-based weighted fusion of MARCOS rankings and GAT predictions. The model is evaluated using air quality data from 247 monitoring stations across five countries obtained via the OpenAQ API (July–December 2025). Findings – The proposed framework achieves an accuracy of 93.8% and an F1-score of 93.1%, outperforming the standalone GAT model (92.6%). Statistical testing indicates that the improvement is significant (p = 0.003), demonstrating the effectiveness of combining MCDM and graph-based learning. Research implications/limitations – The framework enhances both interpretability and predictive performance in prioritizing monitoring stations. However, the study is limited by the selected spatial radius, dataset scope, and dependence on MARCOS-derived labels as ground truth. Future research should explore broader datasets and alternative graph construction strategies. Originality/value – This study presents a novel integration of uncertainty-aware MCDM (PF-BWM–MARCOS) with Graph Attention Networks, offering a more interpretable and spatially aware approach for air quality monitoring station prioritization.
