Abstract

In the motorcycle ignition system, spark plugs play an important role in sparking the sparks needed to burn fuel with compressed air. The purpose of this research is to determine the ratio of torque, power, fuel consumption in 4-stroke gasoline engines produced from standard, two legged, platinum, and iridium spark plugs using pertalite, pertamax and pertamax turbo fuel. This test uses a 4 stroke 150 CC gasoline motorcycle. Motorcycle engine performance testing is done using a dynotest. The results obtained were the peak power in the Pertamax fuel test using iridium spark plugs of 14.3 Hp at 8000 RPM engine speed, 0.71% higher than Pertamax fuel using standard manufacturer spark plugs. Then the highest torque from all test data is on the Pertamax fuel test using iridium spark plugs of 13.43 Nm running the 7000 RPM engine which is 0.22% higher than Pertamax fuel using standard manufacturer spark plugs. Meanwhile, the lowest or most efficient fuel consumption was in testing the Pertamax turbo fuel using an iridium spark plug of 0.059 kg/kWh running a 6000 RPM engine, 1.69% more efficient compared to Pertamax turbo fuel using a standard manufacturer's spark plug.

Abstract

CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) adalah alat perekaman yang menggunakan satu atau lebih kamera video dan menghasilkan data video atau audio. CCTV adalah penggunaan video kamera yang mentransmisikan sinyal atau penyiaran tertuju kepada lingkup perangkat tertentu, yakni seperangkat monitor “spesifik terbatas”. CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) sudah menjadi alat pengawasan yang umum dipakai pada era sekarang ini, namun pengawasannya harus dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat yang bisa dipantau dengan komputer. Hal ini akan mengurangi tingkat pengawasan dikarenakan personal komputer membatasi ruang lingkup pengawas, sedangkan kebutuhan pengawas untuk melakukan mobilitas terkadang sulit dihindari. maka aplikasi untuk memantau CCTV akan sangat berguna untuk pemantauan situasi. Selain itu dengan CCTV kita hanya bisa memantau tanpa memberikan tindakan. Dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut maka dibutuhkanlah sebuah alat teknologi yang menggunakan sistem kendali Iot untuk menghasilkan sebuah pencegahan dalam hal ini dilakukan dengan menyalakan sebuah speaker. Alat yang ini dihubungkan koneksi internet ke CCTV dan CCTV dapat dilihat dari berbagai macam smartphon dan dari smartphone dapat menyalakan alaram pada daerah yang diberikan alaram.

Abstract

A nation's transport system is one of the many aspects that affect its economic growth. One mode of transportation that is frequently used by society at large is the train. With advancement. Because technology is developing so quickly, humans are needed to carry out new inventions. More contemporary, the innovation being created frequently is the application of composite materials made of raw natural fibres. One of the uses of coconut fiber is as a composite material used as a coating for the train carbody. This study will test composite materials on coconut fiber using a polyester resin matrix with a random fiber arrangement using the hand lay-up method and mesh variations of coconut fiber 50, 100, 150, and 200 at volume fraction 40%. In the tensile, the mesh variation had the highest tensile strength in 100 mesh variatons, with results 28.52 N/mm2.

Abstract

With the rapid development of science and technology, people need to be innovative and contemporary. New structures have been widely developed using composite materials made from natural fibers. This research aims to determine the effect of the volume fraction of epoxy matrix pandan tectorius leaf fibers with an epoxy matrix on tensile and bending strength to determine the best results of speciments. Pandan tectorius leaf fiber composites with epoxy resin matrix adopts hand-laying technology, and pandan leaf fiber composites are used for two tires. In this research, the volume ratio of pandan leaf fiber and epoxy resin matrix was found to be 40:60, 45:55, 50:50, 55:45 and 60:40. In the tensile test, the highest value in the average tensile strength of the epoxy-based pandan fiber material was 15.8 N/mm2, and the lowest value was observed when the fiber and matrix volume ratio (40:60) was changed. It occurs when the fiber and matrix volume ratio changes (50 : 50) is 12.2 N/mm2. Meanwhile, in the bending test, the highest average value of bending strength was for the variation of fiber and matrix volume fraction (60: 40), and for the lowest value for the variation of fiber and matrix volume fraction (40: 60), it was equal to 17.36 N/mm2.

Abstract

In the food processing industry, such as various types of crackers, various fried peanuts and various other packaged foods, the durability and durability of these food products must of course be given great attention. One of the reasons why various foods are not durable and expire quickly is the high oil content contained in these various foods. Manually draining oil is certainly not effective for the production of various foods in large quantities on an industrial scale. For that we need a tool or machine that can drain and reduce the oil content that is still contained in these various foods. The machine used is honey sweet potato chip spinner machine. Tawangmangu Village, Tawangmangu District, Central Java is known as a tourist area which is located on the slopes of Mount Lawu with various kinds of tourist beauty presented. Tourists often come to enjoy the natural beauty of Tawangmangu which is also rich in natural products, one of which is sweet potato honey. However, local residents cannot maximize honey sweet potato as a special food which is used as souvenirs for tourists, so there is a need for an effort to engineer food processing made from honey sweet potato in the form of procurement and training of electric powered honey sweet potato chip spinner machines for Karang Taruna Orpega 02 (Organization Erlangga Youth) in the Tawangmangu Village, Central Java. At the time of implementation, Mitra's enthusiasm was very large to take part in a series of training events for making food slicer spinners. There were 20 members of the youth group who took part in a series of training activities.
