Quarter life crisis adalah periode transisi kritis yang sering dialami oleh mahasiswa, ditandai oleh kekhawatiran, kegelisahan, dan kurangnya kepercayaan diri. self-efficacy atau efikasi diri merupakan keyakinan individu terhadap kemampuan mereka dalam mengatasi tantangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara self-efficacy dan quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa tingkat IV Program Studi Sarjana Keperawatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif-korelasi dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 75 mahasiswa tingkat IV yang dipilih melalui total sampling. Data dikumpukan menggunakan kuesioner tertutup yang terdiri dari General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) dan Quarter Life Crisis Scale (QLCS). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji spearmanrank.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 48.0% responden memiliki tingkat self-efficacy tinggi, sementara 45.3% mengalami quarter life crisis pada tingkat sedang. Analisis spearmanrank mengindikasikan adanya hubungan negatif yang kuat antara self-efficacy dan quarter life crisis (p < 0,000;koefisian korelasi = -0,666). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan self-efficacy dalam membantu mahasiswa mengatasi quarter life crisis. Intervensi berbasis peningkatan self-efficacy seperti program bimbingan konseling, dapat menjadi strategi efektif untuk kesejahteraan psikologis mahasiswa.   Quarter life crisis is a critical transition period often experienced by college students, characterized by worry, anxiety, and lack of self-confidence. Self-efficacy is an individual's belief in their ability to overcome challenges. This study aims to investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and quarter life crisis in fourth-year students of the Bachelor of Nursing Study Program. This study used a quantitative-correlation design with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample consisted of 75 fourth-year students selected through total sampling. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire consisting of the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) and the Quarter Life Crisis Scale (QLCS). Data analysis was performed using the Spearman Rank test. The results showed that 48.0% of respondents had a high level of self-efficacy, while 45.3% experienced a moderate level of quarter life crisis. Spearman Rank analysis indicated a strong negative relationship between self-efficacy and quarter life crisis (p <0.000; correlation coefficient = -0.666). These findings underscore the importance of developing self-efficacy in helping students cope with quarter-life crisis. Self-efficacy-based interventions, such as counseling programs, can be an effective strategy for students' psychological well-being.
