Abstract

Background: he COVID -19 pandemic has prompted a very drastic change in relationships as social beings. According to UNICEF (2020) there are 80 million children in Indonesia (about 30% of the entire population) who have the potential to experience serious problems due to the COVID-19 pandemic. More than 2.2 billion children in the world, which is about 28% of the world's child population, have experienced mental health changes as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Objective: To determine the Mental Health Condition of Emotional Behavior of Preschool Age Children during the COVID-19 Pandemic in Yogyakarta in 2021. Methods: The study used a descriptive design with a quantitative approach, the population of all preschool aged children in Yogyakarta amounted to 225.900 people. The research sample technique uses a sampling quota. The number of samples used was 153 respondents conducted in August 2021. Results: Emotional behavior problems in preschool age children, showed that at most there were no emotional problems, namely 94 respondents (61.4%) and children who experienced emotional behavior problems as many as 59 respondents (38 ,6%).

Abstract

Quarter life crisis adalah periode transisi kritis yang sering dialami oleh mahasiswa, ditandai oleh kekhawatiran, kegelisahan, dan kurangnya kepercayaan diri. self-efficacy atau efikasi diri merupakan keyakinan individu terhadap kemampuan mereka dalam mengatasi tantangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara self-efficacy dan quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa tingkat IV Program Studi Sarjana Keperawatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif-korelasi dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 75 mahasiswa tingkat IV yang dipilih melalui total sampling. Data dikumpukan menggunakan kuesioner tertutup yang terdiri dari General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) dan Quarter Life Crisis Scale (QLCS). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji spearmanrank.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 48.0% responden memiliki tingkat self-efficacy tinggi, sementara 45.3% mengalami quarter life crisis pada tingkat sedang. Analisis spearmanrank mengindikasikan adanya hubungan negatif yang kuat antara self-efficacy dan quarter life crisis (p < 0,000;koefisian korelasi = -0,666). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan self-efficacy dalam membantu mahasiswa mengatasi quarter life crisis. Intervensi berbasis peningkatan self-efficacy seperti program bimbingan konseling, dapat menjadi strategi efektif untuk kesejahteraan psikologis mahasiswa.   Quarter life crisis is a critical transition period often experienced by college students, characterized by worry, anxiety, and lack of self-confidence. Self-efficacy is an individual's belief in their ability to overcome challenges. This study aims to investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and quarter life crisis in fourth-year students of the Bachelor of Nursing Study Program. This study used a quantitative-correlation design with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample consisted of 75 fourth-year students selected through total sampling. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire consisting of the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) and the Quarter Life Crisis Scale (QLCS). Data analysis was performed using the Spearman Rank test. The results showed that 48.0% of respondents had a high level of self-efficacy, while 45.3% experienced a moderate level of quarter life crisis. Spearman Rank analysis indicated a strong negative relationship between self-efficacy and quarter life crisis (p <0.000; correlation coefficient = -0.666). These findings underscore the importance of developing self-efficacy in helping students cope with quarter-life crisis. Self-efficacy-based interventions, such as counseling programs, can be an effective strategy for students' psychological well-being.

Abstract

Introduction: Nursing Law states that nursing students must undergo the National Competency Exam at the end of their education process. Competency testing is a process to assess knowledge, skills, and attitudes in accordance with professional standards. Strategies are needed to help students pass the competency exam. This study aims to determine whether TERBAIC is effective in improving students' self-efficacy.Method: This research is a quasi-experimental study with a post-test only nonequivalent control group design. The population consists of final-year nursing students, and the sample size in this study is 32 for the intervention group and 25 for the control group. Statistical tests used are the Wilcoxon test and Mann-Whitney test.Results: The study results indicate differences in self-efficacy before and after receiving TBL (p-value 0.00), differences in self-efficacy before and after receiving TERBAIC (p-value 0.00), and no significant difference in students' self-efficacy in facing the Indonesian National Competency Exam after receiving TBL and TERBAIC (p-value 0.887).Conclusion: TERBAIC is proven effective in enhancing self-efficacy in facing the Indonesian National Competency Exam.

Abstract

Kecemasan anak pada masa hospitalisasi disebabkan oleh banyak hal, anak berada dilingkungan yang baru, berpisah dengan orang tuanya, bertemu dengan tenaga kesehatan dengan berbagai intervensi yang dilakukannya salah satunya adalah tindakan pemasangan infus. Pemasangan infus berdampak pada kecemasan yang berat pada anak prasekolah, hal tersebut akan mempengaruhi hubungan antara perawat dan anak prasekolah selama proses hospitalisasi. Sesuai dengan berkembangnya kemampuan kognitif dan motorik anak prasekolah upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengurangi kecemasan anak prasekolah saat dilakukan tindakan pemasangan infus adalah dengan terapi relaksasi yang salah satu bentuknya adalah terapi seni melalui sponge art paint. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh terapi sponge art paint pada anak prasekolah sebelum pemasangan infus di RS Panti Wilasa Citarum Semarang. Metode penelitian kuantitatif Quasy Eksperimental Nonequivalent Control Group Design, dengan menggunakan total sampling dengan 40 responden. Analisa data menggunakan uji statistik Mann-Whitney U-Test. Hasil uji Analisis penelitian didapatkan nilai p value 0,000 (p<0,05) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan bermakna nilai rata-rata tingkat kecemasan anak prasekolah sebelum pemasangan infus antara kelompok kontrol dengan kelompok intervensi. Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan adanya pengaruh terapi sponge art paint terhadap kecemasan anak prasekolah sebelum pemasangan infus di RS Panti Wilasa Citarum Semarang. Penelitian terapi sponge art paint diharapkan mampu menjadi inspirasi peneliti keperawatan untuk melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut, untuk mengembangkan teori-teori keperawatan khususnya terapi sponge art paint untuk mengurangi kecemasan.

Abstract

Tingginya kasus kekerasan seksual yang terjadi di lingkungan kampus. Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan terhadap 10 mahasiswa ditemukan sebanyak 6 mahasiswa kurang mengetahui bentuk-bentuk kekerasan seksual sehingga mendasari kurangnya kesadaran mahasiswa terhadap peristiwa kekerasan seksual di lingkungan kampus. Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh edukasi dengan video terhadap sikap mahasiswa mengenai perilaku kekerasan seksual di lingkungan kampus. Metode: Desain penelitian quasi experimental dengan pendekatan one group pretest and posttest without control. Populasi 178 mahasiswa tingkat satu. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 responden dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Alat ukur dengan kuisioner serta uji statistik menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon. Hasil: terdapat pengaruh pemberian edukasi dengan video terhadap sikap mahasiswa mengenai perilaku kekerasan seksual dibuktikan dengan hasil pretest 58,97 dan postest 65,56 yang menujukkan adanya peningkatan rerata sebanyak 6,53 dan diperoleh p value sebesar 0,000<0,05 maka H0 ditolak. Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh edukasi dengan video terhadap sikap mahasiswa mengenai perilaku kekerasan seksual di lingkungan kampus.

Abstract

 Posyandu (Pos Pelayanan Terpadu) adalah bagian bentuk Upaya Kesehatan yang Bersumberdaya Masyarakat (UKBM) yang dilakukan oleh, dari, dan untuk masyarakat. Usaha Peningkatan Kesehatan Masyarakat (UPKM) CD Bethesda menganggap posyandu balita sebagai program strategis untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan pada balita, termasuk stunting. Namun, hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar ibu hamil dan anak di bawah usia dua tahun belum memiliki akses memadai ke layanan dasar, dengan hanya 26,7% anak usia di bawah dua tahun (baduta) yang mendapatkan akses layanan dasar secara simultan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melakukan evaluasi program posyandu balita untuk penurunan stunting. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara mendalam didapatkan 6 tema dan 25 kategori. Keenam tema tersebut adalah Posyandu balita mengalami perkembangan saat didampingi CD Bethesda, Dukungan dari pemerintah desa dan puskesmas, Hambatan dalam pelaksanaan posyandu balita, Harapan mayarakat terhadap posyandu balita, Kader melakukan inovasi untuk peningkatan posyandu, dan Peran Kader sesuai dengan peran utama kader posyandu. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah melakukan penelitian pengalaman masyarakat di daerah dengan akses terbatas terhadap posyandu balita

Abstract

Stunting poses a significant threat to the future Indonesia. The target of a 14% reduction in stunting has not yet been achieved. However, the 2022 Indonesian Nutrition Status Survey (SSGI) highlights the need for local food ingredients in preparing nutrition for stunting prevention. Utilizing locally available food sources serves as an alternative solution to ensure that children's nutritional needs are met easily and affordably. Education incorporating local wisdom is crucial for stunting prevention. To evaluate the effectiveness of education using the e-Nutrilla model as a method to improve children’s growth status, maternal feeding behavior, and maternal self-efficacy in providing complementary feeding (MPASI). The research design used was a one-group pretest-posttest without control. The population consisted of all mothers with children aged 12–59 months, with a sample size of 36 mothers. The statistical test applied was the Wilcoxon test. All respondents experienced an improvement in maternal feeding behavior categories from pre-test to post-test, with a Mean Rank of 18.50. The mean difference in maternal self-efficacy before and after education was 0.5, with an Asymp Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.004. Before the intervention, 6 children (16.7%) showed no growth improvement, which decreased to 3 children (8.3%) after the intervention, with an Asymp Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.257. The e-Nutrilla education model has a positive effect on maternal feeding behavior and maternal self-efficacy but does not significantly impact children’s growth status.

Abstract

Tujuan: Internet Gaming Disorder (IGD) adalah penggunaan permainan internet yang berulang dan persisten serta mengarah pada gangguan klinis yang signifikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencari gambaran kejadian IGD pada mahasiswa di masa pandemi covid 19. Metode: Desain deskriptif analitik menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online melalui google form kepada mahasiswa yang berusia kurang dari 26 tahun. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Bethesda Yakkum Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini dimulai pada tangal 5 – 9 September 2020. Untuk pemilihan sampel diambil secara acak sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan oleh peneliti. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden adalah perempuan sebanyak 81 orang (83,51%) dan jumlah permainan yang dimainkan paling banyak adalah 1 jenis yaitu sebanyak 76 orang (78,35%). Durasi bermain game sebagian besar adalah 1 jam sebanyak 75 orang (77,33%) dan sebagian kecil bermain game selama 3 jam sebanyak 3 orang (3,09%). Responden sebagian besar tinggal bersama dengan orang tua sebesar 59 orang (60,83%). Kejadian IGD sebagian besar dalam kategori bukan Internet Gaming Disorder sebanyak 77 orang (79,38%) dan terdapat 20 orang (20,62%) responden berada dalam kategori Internet Gaming Disorder. Simpulan: Sebagian besar responden (79,38%) tidak termasuk dalam kategori Internet Gaming Disorder

Abstract

Cerebral Palsy (CP) is a motor disability, which is accompanied by characteristics of cognitive impairment, communication deficits, muscle rigidity, dysphagia and other sensory system problems. The prevalence of CP worldwide was 2,11 per 1000 live births, while in Indonesia based on 2010 data the incidence was 0,9 per 1000 live births. Difficulties often experienced by children with CP are routine activities including bathing, eating, wearing and taking off clothes and other physical activities. The aims of education for children with CP is to increase children’s independence in functional performance so that they are able to carry out daily activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education using digital animation on the independence of children with CP in self-care grooming. This research is aquasi-experimental study with pre test post test design without control, sampling method is a total population of 13 CP childrens and analysis using wilcoxon test. The result showed that the self-care grooming independence average before the intervention was 32,38±13,06 and after the intervention was 33,07±12,13 so that the mean difference was 0,69. The wilcoxon test result obtain p value 0,351, so there is no significant difference in the value of children’s independence in doing self-care grooming through digital animation education.

Abstract

Early childhood is a child aged 3-6 years. As many as 88,923 children, who experience delays in cognitive development as much as 21.5%, so it is necessary to provide stimulation. One of the media used to stimulate children's cognitive development is an educational game tool for matching colors and shapes.To determine the influence of educational board games for matching colors and shapes on cognitive development in early childhood.This research design uses a pre-experimental design with a one group pre-test and post-test without control approach using probability sampling with a total sampling of 35 respondents aged 3-4 years. The measuring instrument is an observation sheet. Analysis using the Wilcoxon signed rank test. Shows the respondents with the most gender, namely women with a total of 23 respondents, the most age is 4 years with a total of 23 respondents. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test obtained a result of p = 0.000 (p <0.05) not normally distributed so using the Wilcoxon signed rank test, the p-value result was (0.000) which can be interpreted as p-value <0.05 there is a strong influence accepted.There is an influence of educational board games for matching colors and shapes on cognitive development in early childhood
