Abstract

Currently, SMAN 3 Sidoarjo does not have an enterprise architecture and integrated data. To increase the utilization of IT and IS at SMAN 3 Sidoarjo, development through enterprise architecture is needed. The essence of this proposal is to plan an architectural effort as an aid to improving IS and IT at SMAN 3 Sidoarjo in the future. The method used is The Open Group Architecture Framework – Architecture Development Method (TOGAF ADM). The information obtained utilizes qualitative research obtained from observations, document studies and interviews. The continued impact of this research is business architecture, data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture. The selected design content includes application portfolio catalog, application/organization matrix, logical data diagram and computer network diagram. It is believed that this recommendation can be a reference for improving or developing IS and IT at SMAN 3 Sidoarjo to realize the vision and mission of SMAN 3 Sidoarjo through business architecture, information systems architecture and technology architecture..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerimaan fitur ChatGPT di kalangan mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Komputer, dengan menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang dimodifikasi. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan persepsi kegunaan terhadap niat perilaku mahasiswa dalam mengadopsi teknologi ChatGPT sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 356 responden mahasiswa yang aktif menggunakan fitur ChatGPT dalam aktivitas akademik mereka. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) dengan software SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan persepsi kegunaan. Persepsi kegunaan terbukti memediasi hubungan antara motivasi intrinsik dan niat perilaku untuk menggunakan ChatGPT. Selain itu, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap persepsi kegunaan dan niat perilaku, meskipun tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap niat perilaku. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pemahaman faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan teknologi ChatGPT, dengan menekankan pada pentingnya motivasi intrinsik dan persepsi kegunaan dalam mendukung adopsi teknologi ini di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi. Rekomendasi yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengembang dan institusi pendidikan dalam merancang fitur-fitur ChatGPT yang lebih efektif dan mudah diakses oleh mahasiswa.

Abstract

Background: The use of AI in education is growing rapidly, especially in adaptive learning and automated feedback. Recent studies show widespread adoption of AI in higher education, but research at the secondary school level is limited. Factors such as ease of use, motivation, and institutional support play an important role accepting these technologies. Objective: The objective of this study is to investigate the acceptance and usage of the Question.AI application among high school students in Mojokerto Regency, to identify the factors that influence its adoption and effectiveness in enhancing learning outcomes. Methods: The methodology adopted for this research comprises a quantitative study design using a probability sampling method, specifically the Stratified Random Sampling technique. A total of 400 high school students from Mojokerto Regency participated. Data collection was conducted through structured questionnaires designed to evaluate factors influencing the adoption of the Question.AI application. Result: The result revealed that Facilitating Conditions (FC), Habit (H), and Hedonic Motivation (HM) significantly influence students' behavioral intention to use the Question.AI application. Among these, Habit and Hedonic Motivation showed the strongest effect, indicating that students are more likely to adopt AI tools when their use becomes routine and satisfied. Conclusion: These results support the UTAUT2 framework and highlight the need for enjoyable user experiences and adequate support systems to drive sustained adoption. The findings contribute to understanding AI acceptance at the secondary education level and offer practical insights for integrating AI applications more effectively into school environments.

Abstract

Effective network monitoring is essential in ensuring the stability and performance of campus IT infrastructure. This study aims to implement an open-source network monitoring system using Zabbix, integrated with Telegram alerts and a web-based visualization dashboard built with Laravel Filament. The development process follows the PPDIOO methodology, encompassing stages such as planning, installation, configuration, alert integration, and dashboard development. The system was implemented for the network infrastructure of two buildings at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Jawa Timur: the Faculty of Computer Science Building (FIK2) and the Shared Lecture Building (GKB). The results show that the system effectively monitors the status of network devices, CPU and memory usage, DHCP leases, and network traffic. Additionally, it features real-time alerts via Telegram and web-based reports for visualizing network data. This solution enhances operational efficiency and offers a flexible and adaptive monitoring tool tailored to the needs of campus network management.

Abstract

Kemajuan pesat dalam teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah memberikan dampak besar pada bidang pendidikan. SMAN 17 Surabaya berupaya mengadopsi teknologi dengan mengembangkan pembelajaran berbasis website dan e-learning guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Namun, penerapan Teknologi Informasi dan Sistem Informasi di sekolah masih menemui berbagai hambatan, seperti kurangnya integrasi sistem dan belum adanya arsitektur yang sistematis untuk perencanaan dan pengelolaan TI/SI. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan perancangan arsitektur enterprise yang berfungsi sebagai acuan dalam merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan framework The Open Group Architecture Framework dengan metode Architecture Development Method yang meliputi fase preliminary, arsitektur visi, arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur sistem informasi, arsitektur teknologi, hingga peluang dan solusi. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan arsitektur enterprise dengan usulan aplikasi untuk mendukung digitalisasi layanan sekolah, yaitu LMS berbasis Moodle, SIAKAD, SI_Pegawai, SI_Keuangan, Sistem Informasi Kearsipan Dinamis (SIKD), Sistem Perpustakaan Digital berbasis SLiMS, serta SI_Sarpras, yang dapat menjadi pedoman dalam pengembangan sistem informasi yang selaras dengan tujuan strategis SMAN 17 Surabaya.   Abstract Rapid advances in information and communication technology have had a major impact on education. SMAN 17 Surabaya seeks to adopt technology by developing web-based learning and e-learning to improve the quality of education. However, the implementation of Information Technology and Information Systems in the school still encounters various obstacles, such as the lack of system integration and the absence of a systematic architecture for IT/IS planning and management. Therefore, it is necessary to design an enterprise architecture that serves as a reference in designing and developing school information systems. This research uses The Open Group Architecture Framework with Architecture Development Method which includes preliminary phase, vision architecture, business architecture, information system architecture, technology architecture, to opportunities and solutions. The results of this study resulted in an enterprise architecture design with proposed applications to support the digitization of school services, namely Moodle-based LMS, SIAKAD, SI_Employee, SI_Finance, Dynamic Archive Information System (SIKD), SLiMS-based Digital Library System, and SI_Sarpras, which can be a guideline in developing information systems that are aligned with the strategic objectives of SMAN 17 Surabaya.

Abstract

The development of AI is having a significant impact on education. AI applications are designed to improve student understanding, but their implementation faces challenges that affect user acceptance. Initial research with the UTAUT2 model in public high schools showed that only hedonic motivation, habit, facilitating conditions, and behavioral intention had a significant influence on application acceptance and use. Therefore, this study will use a simplification model that focuses on significant variables, namely hedonic motivation (HM) and habit (H) on behavioral intention (BI), as well as facilitating conditions (FC), habit (H), and behavioral intention (BI) on use behavior (UB). This study is expected to provide in-depth insight into the important factors that influence the acceptance and use of AI applications in learning, as well as provide practical contributions to improve the implementation of learning technology in high schools.
