Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana perencanaan, pengadaan, pengaturan dan penggunaan sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MA Raudlatul Huda Al Islamy. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena dan konteks dalam manajemen sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Perencanaan dimulai dengan mengadakan rapat terkait dengan analisis kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana apa saja yang akan diadakan. Analisis kebutuhan dilakukan melalui rapat selanjutnya disampaikan kepada pihak yayasan. 2) Pengadaan sarana dan prasarana dengan anggaran tersendiri yang berasal dari dana BOS dan komite. Proses pengadaan sarana dan prasarana ditetapkan oleh kepala madrasah koordinasi dengan bendahara dan wakil kepala madrasah bidang sarana dan prasarana dalam menyediakan barang apa saja yang dibutuhan. 3) Pengaturan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di MA Raudlatul Huda Al Islamy dengan cara mencatat seluruh barang yang dimiliki oleh madrasah. 4) Penggunaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan dilakukan dengan penjadwalan serta menunjuk guru yang bertanggung jawab dengan sarana atau prasarana seperti sarana olahraga.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan transformasional adalah salah satu model kepemimpinan yang banyak dipilih para pemimpin dalam organisasi. Bentuk kepemimpinan tersebut memiliki beberapa arti yang berbeda-beda menurut beberapa ahli, namun pada dasarnya mengarah pada hal yang sama. Dalam kepemimpinan tersebut umumnya menekankan beberapa nilai-nilai penting pada para bawahannya untuk mencapai kepentingan organisasi. Sehingga para anggota secara khusus dapat melupakan kepentingan pribadi dan melakukan yang terbaik untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana konsep kepemimpinan transformasional dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research. Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang konsep kepemimpinan transformasional yang meliputi gaya, ciriciri, karakteristik, prinsip, kelebihan dan kekurangannya.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe development and progress of the times always have implications for the development of technology, communication and information that are adapted to human needs and demands. The technologies developed by the technocrats also vary, in the form of biotechnology, multimedia technology and communication technology which have made a significant contribution to education. So, with this technology it is hoped that this development can also improve the quality of Indonesia's inclusive education in the future as a strategic component of human development (human resources) and development of the country.This study aims to determine the implementation and responsibility of students related to Information, Communication and Technology-Based PAI Learning Media for Children with Disabilities in Korpri Special Schools.The results of the study show that the implementation of information, communication and technology-based PAI learning media for children with disabilities is very good. Due to the background of the majority of teachers and education and full dedication to children with special needs. In this case, of course, the achievements made by students are good because the response is also very good. Interest, curiosity, good response, and having potential skills are certainly highly expected by teachers. Many say that children with disabilities are children who are not perfect, but after I enjoyed the essence of this research, it turns out that a perfect child is not just a child who has strengths, but a child who has both strengths and weaknesses.Keywords: PAI Learning Media, Information Communication and Technology, disability

Abstract

Various approaches are needed to reflect the universal values of the Quran in diverse societal contexts. This research aims to depict the use of textual, contextual, and hermeneutical approaches in understanding the Quran, as an effort to comprehend the text within the appropriate context of people's lives. The textual approach primarily focuses on grammatical analysis and literal understanding, while the contextual approach involves understanding the extratextual elements and their connection to the situations and conditions during the revelation of the Quran. The hermeneutical approach emphasizes understanding the text and interpreting its meanings, while recognizing the importance of social, political, cultural, and historical contexts in understanding cultural phenomena. Contextual hermeneutics emphasizes the relationship between the text and the surrounding world.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam terkait konsep perencanaan dalam perspektif Al Qur’an dan Al Hadits. Artikel ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka (library research). Hasil Analisa menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan QS. Al Hasyr ayat 18, dibahas bahwa ketika seseorang akan melakukan sesuatu hal harus dilakukan dengan teliti. Karena setiap apa yang dilakukan oleh seseorang akan dipertanggungjawabkan. QS. Al Fathir ayat 11, menggambarkan tentang teori perencanaan bahwasanya setiap proses atau langkah-langkah yang akan dilakukan dalam suatu perencanaan hendaknya tertulis dalam buku catatan agar mempermudah mengontrol jalur yang telah direncanakan. QS. Al Hadid ayat 22, bahwa dalam suatu perencanaan sangat memerlukan ilmu-ilmu yang berkaitan perencanaan itu sendiri dan apa-apa yang akan direncanakan nantinya. Agar perencanaan tersebut betul-betul terealisasi sesuai dengan tujuan pencapaiannya. QS. Al Anfal ayat 90, dibahas bahwa perencanaan merupakan keseluruhan proses dan penentuan secara matang tentang hal-hal yang akan dikerjakan di masa akan datang dalam rangka pencapaian tujuan yang telah ditentukan. Sedangkan berdasarkan hadits Nabi SAW, bahwa perencanaan dapat diartikan sebagai persiapan untuk melaksanakan aktifitas dengan jangka waktu tertentu dan didasari dengan niat serta mengatur dan melaksanakan rencananya segera tanpa menunda-nunda atau mengundur-ngundur waktu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the competence of administrative staff, the quality of administrative services and to determine the competence of administrative staff in improving administrative services. This research is included in quantitative descriptive research with data collection techniques used are, observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the competencies possessed by administrative staff in improving the quality of administrative services seen from the aspects of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy were categorized as very good. Based on the results that have been found, it can be seen that the average competence possessed by administrative staff is seen from the dimensions of service quality which include tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy  indicates that the competence of his personality It can be seen that the most prominent competence possessed by administrative staff is technical competence while the lowest competence is social competence. The conclusions that can be drawn based on the quality of service seen from the tangibles aspect are that it is necessary to add related facilities, from the reliability aspect, it is good because it has reliability in handling any complaints from students, and is reliable in terms of time and accuracy of service processes. From the aspect of responsiveness, it has been very good because of the mutual communication between administrative staff and administrative staff. Judging from the assurance aspect, there is a guarantee for the security of the service environment as well as a definite guarantee for students provided by administrative staff, while from the empathy aspect, the willingness of the head of administration in serving students is good.

Abstract

ABSTRACK This research discusses Character Education Management at MTs Ma'arif 20 Kalirejo, Central Lampung. The concept discussed is the pattern of character growth of students, which is supported by various elements such as madrasa activities, rules and content of Islamic education lessons at MTs Ma'arif 20 Kalirejo, Central Lampung. Apart from these supporting factors, there are several strategies to advance the concept of character education management, including example, learning, empowerment, acculturation, training, and assessment. Currently, character has a crucial role in human life, especially for the nation's next generation. Therefore, character education is very important in the school environment. However, achieving character values ​​must be implemented through effective management. Character education management is a planned effort to ensure that students know, care about, and internalize values ​​so that they can develop their unique character. This process involves planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring.
