Abstract

This journal aims to find out whether online learning systems or virtual systems will be very effective or not and find out about the influence of online learning systems from an Islamic point of view. Due to remember that the era of development of technology and information is unavoidable and greatly affects our daily lives. And from the point of view of Islam it is also obligatory to seek knowledge and teach knowledge that we already know and practice. This research uses qualitative research, while the method we use is collecting all information from forms of literacy and other reading materials in the form of scientific articles and so on by utilizing the internet as a source of information livelihoods to make this journal article. The results of this study are that online learning is very effective in today's era because we have to take advantage of existing technology and information, and it depends on how we use it wisely and are able to use media well.

Abstract

Supervisi pendidikan didefinisikan sebagai proses pemberian layanan bantuan profesional kepada guru untuk meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas pengelolaan proses pembelajaran secara efektif dan efisien. Supervisi juga diartikan sebagai pandangan dari orang yang lebih ahi kepada orang yang memiliki keahlian di bawahnya. Istilah supervise adalah seorang yang professional ketika menjalankan tugasnya. Tujuan pengawasan pendidikan adalah menilai dan memperbaiki faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses pembelajaran dan meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran sehingga menciptakan lulusan yang baik dalam kualitas dan kuantitas. Tujuan dari supervisi pendidikan adalah usaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan cara memberikan layanan dan bantuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas mengajar guru di kelas sehingga membantu guru mengembangkan profesi, pribadi dan membantu kepala sekolah menyesuaikan program pendidikan yang sesuai dengan kondisi masyarakat. Implementasi yang terjadi dilapangan supervisi ini masih sering menemui kendala pengadaan calon supervisor yang kurang dirasa tepat, kreativitas dari seorang supervisor yang masih dikatakan rendah, serta fasilitas yang menjadi pendukung pembelajaran yang tidak merata.

Abstract

Entering the era of globalization , the Islamic educational institutions have a huge responsibility in responding to various demands of society , especially in improving the quality of education by improving the quality of human resources in it . Performance management is one of the alternatives that can be used by Islamic educational institutions to improve the quality of human resources in order to achieve its objective of institutional accordance with market demand. Abstract

The leadership of the school principal and the performance of teachers greatly influence the religious character of education for students. This research aims to describe (1) to determine and analyze the influence of school principal leadership on education with a religious character (2) to determine and analyze the influence of teacher performance on education with a religious character (3) to determine and analyze the influence of principal leadership and teacher performance on education religious character. This research uses quantitative methodology. The population used in this research were students at PAB 10 Medan Estate Middle School. The sample in this research was 50 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. There are 3 research variables, namely: school principal leadership (X1), teacher performance (X2), and religious character (Y). Data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression, F test, T test, coefficient of determination test (R2), heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test. The results of the research conducted show that the principal's leadership and teacher performance together have a significant effect on religious character.  This can be seen from the results This can be seen from the results of the F test, namely that the Fcount value is 19.936. The conclusion is that Fcount > Ftable (19.936 > 3.20) meaning that the leadership of the principal X1 and the performance of teacher X2 simultaneously influence religious character (Y).
