Abstract

Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui karakteristik pengembangan modul fisika berbasis CTL terintegrasi pendidikan karakter; (2) mengetahui kelayakan modul fisika berbasis CTL terintegrasi pendidikan karakter; (3) mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Sukamulia setelah menggunakan modul fisika berbasis CTL terintegrasi pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan Research and Development (R&D). Model pengembangan modul yang digunakan adalah model Borg & Gall yang telah dimodifikasi. Pengembangan ini dinilai berdasarkan kelayakan isi, penyajian, kegrafikan, dan bahasa oleh para validator ahli, kemudian diujicobakan terbatas pada 9 siswa. Setelah revisi dari uji coba terbatas, modul diujicoba besar pada kelas XIPA-2. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, angket, wawancara dan soal tes. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) menghasilkan sebuah modul fisika berbasis CTL terintegrasi pendidikan karakter pada materi hukum Newton tentang gerak dan penerapannya dan model pengembangan yang dipakai adalah model pengembangan Borg & Gall. (2) modul fisika berbasis CTL terintegrasi pendidikan karakter yang telah diuji oleh dosen ahli, guru fisika dan teman sejawat menunjukan bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil penilain modul fisika adalah 291 dari skor maksimum 308 dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa modul fisika yang dikembangkan layak digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. (3) modul fisika berbasis CTL terintegrasi pendidikan karakter dapat  meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, rata-rata nilai pretes dan posttes siswa sebelum dan setelah menggunakan modul fisika adalah 41,26 dan 65,55 dengan demikian dapat diketahui ada peningkatan nilai dari data pretest ke posttest dan nilai gain sebesar 0,63 yang tergolong kategori sedang.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty mediated by Customer satisfaction and customer value addition, it also examines, the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, which is mediated by the effect of customer value and customer satisfaction and customer value on customer loyalty mediated by trust. The population in this study are household customers in Kendari who use the services of PDAM for 17,607 households spread are over 10 (ten) districts. The samples in this study are 391 household customers are taken with a precision of 5 % Data Collection techniques utilities questionnaire. Data are analyzed by using. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the help of the program, some of the important findings in this study are : (1) better service improvement of Kendari  Regional causes trust, (2) customer loyalty improvement is also achievable of the provided service is able to enhance customer value. Besides, this research also proves that trust has a mediating role between satisfaction and loyalty of are customers as well as between customer value and loyalty. Keywords : service quality, customer satisfaction, customer value, customer trust and customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research was conducted in an effort to improve student participation, achievement motivation, and learning outcomes through the Active Learning Model Type Everyone is A teacher Here in the subject of sociology for grade XI students at SMA Negeri 2 Menyuke. This research is generally motivated by the fact that the learning outcomes of students in this subject at SMA Negeri 2 Menyuke are still low. Many efforts have been made, but they have not provided maximum results. The use of the everyone is A teacher here (ETH) learning model in this research is an innovative effort in sociology learning at SMA Negeri 2 Menyuke. The method used is Classroom Action Research, with the research subjects being grade XI IPS 1 students at SMA Negeri 2 Menyuke. In addition to observation to observe the implementation of the action and student participation in learning, the instruments used in this research are also questionnaires to collect data on achievement motivation and learning outcome tests to measure the success of learning using this method. There are two cycles used in this research, and it is concluded after the second cycle is implemented. The results of the research show that the use of everyone is a teacher here (ETH) can improve student participation, achievement motivation, and learning outcomes in sociology for grade XI IPS 1 students at SMA Negeri 2 Menyuke. The research results recommend that sociology teachers use this method by varying it with various relevant media.

Abstract

Analysis of the economic value of Albizia chenensis wood needs to be carried out to calculate farmers' profits from selling their wood so that it can be used as a reference in the implementation of farmers' activities in future cultivation when cultivating Albizia chenensis wood until the sales process is accepted by the factory according toGread Log wood. The research was carried out in 5 villages and 1 sub-district, namely Tumbang Mantuhe, Putat Durei, Tumbang Samui, Tumbang Oroi, Luwuk Tukau, and Tehang sub-districts in the Manuhing Raya sub-district, activities were carried out for 3 months from November 2023 to January 2024. Research methods this ispurposive sampling, questionnaires, interviews, and using quantitative and descriptive qualitative field analysis. The results of the research analysis are that the total cost of Albizia chenensis cultivation is IDR. 10,938/stem which consists of fixed costs of Rp. 308/seed and variable costs of Rp. 10,630/stick. The total cost of selling Sengon wood is Rp. 14,950,000/m3 at a price of Rp. 467,187,500/m3 consisting of fixed costs of Rp. 400,000/m3 at a price of Rp. 12,500/m3 and variable costs of Rp. 14,550,000/32 m3 or Rp. 454,687,500,-and the final results received by Albizia chenensis farmers amounted to Rp. 3,373,911 from the sale of 32 m3 of Albizia chenensis wood at a per cubic price of Rp. 96,250,-

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low ability of children in reading the Al-Quran in class VII SMPN 1 Kapur IX District. One solution to this problem is to implement activities using the Cart Sort method. This research aims to improve the Al-Quran reading ability of children in Class VII SMPN 1 Kapur IX District. The method used in this research is the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method. This classroom action research was carried out in 2 cycles, in each cycle there were 2 meetings. Data collection techniques used were observation and documentation. The results of this study show an increase in children's scores from pre-action, cycle I and cycle II which can clearly be described as follows: the BB value at pre-action was 6 children or 50%, then in cycle 1 it became 5 children or 40%, then in cycle II it became 0 children or 0% MB value in pre-action 2 children or 10%, then in cycle 1 it becomes 2 children or 10% In cycle II it becomes 0 children or 0%, BSH value in the action there are 2 children or 10%, then in cycle 1 becomes 2 children or 10%, for cycle II 2 children 10%, BSB value in pre-action 2 children or 10% then In cycle 1 it becomes 5 children or 40% and at the end of cycle II increases to 11 children or 90%. Based on the results of the research above, the researcher suggested to teachers to use the cart sort method as an alternative activity to improve children's ability to learn PAI. Keywords: , ,

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education students at SMPN 2 Payakumbuh District. Video media through the TPACK learning model is the most appropriate and accurate learning media in conveying messages and will greatly help students' understanding. The purpose of this study was to: determine the improvement of students' Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning outcomes through the TPACK learning model at UPTD SMPN 2 Payakumbuh District. The data collection techniques used were tests and observations. The results showed that video media in PAI subjects was able to increase student learning motivation, especially class VIII students at UPTD SMPN 2 Payakumbuh District. Quantitative evidence can be seen an increase in the test of motivation variables from the first meeting and the second meeting. From the test results also increased from pre-action results of 45%, in cycle I (first) increased to 60%, in cycle II (second) also increased to 90%. While qualitative evidence is that it can be explained from the number of students who expressed pleasure in the use of this TPACK model of growing motivation, student concentration in PAI subjects.

Abstract

The success of learning objectives is determined by many factors including the teacher's factor in carrying out the teaching and learning process, because the teacher can directly influence, foster and improve students' intelligence and skills. To overcome the above problems and to achieve maximum educational goals, the role of the teacher is very important and it is hoped that the teacher has a good teaching method and is able to choose the right learning method and in accordance with the concepts of the subject to be conveyed. The problems to be studied in this study are: The purpose of this action research is to improve PAI learning outcomes through the use of discussion learning methods in class VII UPTD SMPN 1 Kec. Harau.This study used one round of class action research. Each round consists of four stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation, reflection. The target of this research is class VII students of UPTD SMPN 1 Kec. Harau. The data obtained are quantitative and qualitative data. From the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the students' understanding of the material presented by the teacher is getting stronger (learning completeness increased from cycle I, to III, namely 61.76%, and 82.00% respectively. In cycle III, classical student learning completeness was achieved. The conclusion of this research is that the discussion learning method has a positive influence, which can improve student learning outcomes as indicated by the average student answers which state that students are interested and interested in the discussion learning method so that they become motivated to learn.

Abstract

Education aims to increase the quantity and quality of students. In the learning process, the selection of the right learning method greatly affects the high and low learning outcomes of students. The learning method is a way that can be done by educators so that the teaching and learning process runs effectively. The problem in this study is the low learning outcomes of students in the subject of Islamic Religious Education. because the learning methods used are still not varied enough. To overcome this problem, the researcher applied the Index Card Match method with the aim of improving Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes in class IV students of UPTD SD Negeri 03 Sialang. This study uses the type of classroom action research (CAR). The subjects in this study were 10 students in grade IV of UPTD SD Negeri 03 Sialang consisting of 4 male students and 6 female students. Classroom action research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of one meeting. In this study there are four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection was carried out using observation and written tests. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the average learning outcomes of students had increased. It is known that the KKM value that has been determined by the school is 75. In the pre- study, it was known that 3 students had not completed it with a percentage of 30% and 7 students had completed it with a percentage of 70%. In cycle I, there was an increase of 6 students who completed it with a percentage of 60% and 4 students who had not completed it with a percentage of 40%. Furthermore, in cycle II, there was an increase of 9 students with a percentage of 90% and 1 student who had not completed it with a percentage of 10%. Abstract

By using audiovisual media in learning will greatly help students' understanding. The purpose of this study is to: determine the increase in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning outcomes of students through audiovisual media in class V UPTD SDN 05 Suayan. Data collection techniques used are tests and observations. The results of the study indicate that audiovisual media in PAI subjects can increase students' learning motivation, especially class V students of UPTD SDN 05 Suayan. Quantitative evidence can be seen from the increase in the motivation variable test from the first meeting and the second meeting. From the test results, there was also an increase from the pre-action results of 45%, in cycle I (first) it increased to 60%, in cycle II (second) it also increased to 90%. While qualitative evidence can be explained from the number of students who expressed their pleasure in the use of this audiovisual media, the growth of motivation, student concentration on PAI subjects.

Abstract

The card sort method can be used as an alternative method which is felt to better understand the characteristics of students. This research aims to improve student learning outcomes on Asmaul Husna's Example material by applying the Card sort method in class VI SDN 03 Baruah Gunuang with the variable that is the target of change in this research is learning outcomes, while the action variable used in this research is the method Card sort. This research is classroom action research carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation/action, observation/observation, and reflection. The data collection techniques used are observation and tests. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that student learning outcomes continue to increase until they reach a significant increase. The data description shows that there has been an increase in the value of student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the class average score in the initial observation (pre-cycle) from 66 to 72 in cycle I and 82 in cycle II. Classical completeness was 39% in the initial observation, rising to 62% in cycle I and 90% in cycle II. Thus, a recommendation can be put forward that the application of the Card sort method can improve student learning outcomes in the Noble Asmaul Husna Example material for the 2024/2025 academic year.
