Abstract

Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui karakteristik pengembangan modul fisika berbasis CTL terintegrasi pendidikan karakter; (2) mengetahui kelayakan modul fisika berbasis CTL terintegrasi pendidikan karakter; (3) mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Sukamulia setelah menggunakan modul fisika berbasis CTL terintegrasi pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan Research and Development (R&D). Model pengembangan modul yang digunakan adalah model Borg & Gall yang telah dimodifikasi. Pengembangan ini dinilai berdasarkan kelayakan isi, penyajian, kegrafikan, dan bahasa oleh para validator ahli, kemudian diujicobakan terbatas pada 9 siswa. Setelah revisi dari uji coba terbatas, modul diujicoba besar pada kelas XIPA-2. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, angket, wawancara dan soal tes. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) menghasilkan sebuah modul fisika berbasis CTL terintegrasi pendidikan karakter pada materi hukum Newton tentang gerak dan penerapannya dan model pengembangan yang dipakai adalah model pengembangan Borg & Gall. (2) modul fisika berbasis CTL terintegrasi pendidikan karakter yang telah diuji oleh dosen ahli, guru fisika dan teman sejawat menunjukan bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil penilain modul fisika adalah 291 dari skor maksimum 308 dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa modul fisika yang dikembangkan layak digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. (3) modul fisika berbasis CTL terintegrasi pendidikan karakter dapat  meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, rata-rata nilai pretes dan posttes siswa sebelum dan setelah menggunakan modul fisika adalah 41,26 dan 65,55 dengan demikian dapat diketahui ada peningkatan nilai dari data pretest ke posttest dan nilai gain sebesar 0,63 yang tergolong kategori sedang.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty mediated by Customer satisfaction and customer value addition, it also examines, the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, which is mediated by the effect of customer value and customer satisfaction and customer value on customer loyalty mediated by trust. The population in this study are household customers in Kendari who use the services of PDAM for 17,607 households spread are over 10 (ten) districts. The samples in this study are 391 household customers are taken with a precision of 5 % Data Collection techniques utilities questionnaire. Data are analyzed by using. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the help of the program, some of the important findings in this study are : (1) better service improvement of Kendari  Regional causes trust, (2) customer loyalty improvement is also achievable of the provided service is able to enhance customer value. Besides, this research also proves that trust has a mediating role between satisfaction and loyalty of are customers as well as between customer value and loyalty. Keywords : service quality, customer satisfaction, customer value, customer trust and customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research was conducted in an effort to improve student participation, achievement motivation, and learning outcomes through the Active Learning Model Type Everyone is A teacher Here in the subject of sociology for grade XI students at SMA Negeri 2 Menyuke. This research is generally motivated by the fact that the learning outcomes of students in this subject at SMA Negeri 2 Menyuke are still low. Many efforts have been made, but they have not provided maximum results. The use of the everyone is A teacher here (ETH) learning model in this research is an innovative effort in sociology learning at SMA Negeri 2 Menyuke. The method used is Classroom Action Research, with the research subjects being grade XI IPS 1 students at SMA Negeri 2 Menyuke. In addition to observation to observe the implementation of the action and student participation in learning, the instruments used in this research are also questionnaires to collect data on achievement motivation and learning outcome tests to measure the success of learning using this method. There are two cycles used in this research, and it is concluded after the second cycle is implemented. The results of the research show that the use of everyone is a teacher here (ETH) can improve student participation, achievement motivation, and learning outcomes in sociology for grade XI IPS 1 students at SMA Negeri 2 Menyuke. The research results recommend that sociology teachers use this method by varying it with various relevant media.

Abstract

Analysis of the economic value of Albizia chenensis wood needs to be carried out to calculate farmers' profits from selling their wood so that it can be used as a reference in the implementation of farmers' activities in future cultivation when cultivating Albizia chenensis wood until the sales process is accepted by the factory according toGread Log wood. The research was carried out in 5 villages and 1 sub-district, namely Tumbang Mantuhe, Putat Durei, Tumbang Samui, Tumbang Oroi, Luwuk Tukau, and Tehang sub-districts in the Manuhing Raya sub-district, activities were carried out for 3 months from November 2023 to January 2024. Research methods this ispurposive sampling, questionnaires, interviews, and using quantitative and descriptive qualitative field analysis. The results of the research analysis are that the total cost of Albizia chenensis cultivation is IDR. 10,938/stem which consists of fixed costs of Rp. 308/seed and variable costs of Rp. 10,630/stick. The total cost of selling Sengon wood is Rp. 14,950,000/m3 at a price of Rp. 467,187,500/m3 consisting of fixed costs of Rp. 400,000/m3 at a price of Rp. 12,500/m3 and variable costs of Rp. 14,550,000/32 m3 or Rp. 454,687,500,-and the final results received by Albizia chenensis farmers amounted to Rp. 3,373,911 from the sale of 32 m3 of Albizia chenensis wood at a per cubic price of Rp. 96,250,-

Abstract

Hidup manusia dalam ajaran Gereja Katolik memiliki nilai yang mulia dan suci. Hal ini didasarkan pada keyakinan bahwa manusia diciptakan oleh Allah sesuai dengan gambar dan rupa-Nya. Oleh karena itu, kehidupan dipandang sebagai anugerah yang harus dihormati dan dilindungi, sehingga segala bentuk penolakan terhadap kehidupan (termasuk bunuh diri) merupakan penolakan terhadap anugerah ilahi. Namun, realitas tragis dan kompleks fenomena bunuh diri membuat Gereja Katolik tidak dapat tetap diam dan kaku dalam ajarannya, melainkan mengambil sikap tegas dan solutif dengan membuka diri terhadap beberapa disiplin ilmu terkait seperti psikologi, kedokteran, dan sosiologi, namun tetap mempertahankan nilai luhur kehidupan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif ajaran Gereja Katolik tentang bunuh diri, dengan menelusuri akar teologisnya dalam pandangan manusia sebagai ciptaan yang mulia dalam gambar Allah (imago Dei), perkembangannya secara historis dari zaman kuno hingga era modern, dan penerapannya dalam dokumen Magisterium seperti Evangelium Vitae dan Katekismus Gereja Katolik. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur digunakan untuk mendukung penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya ketegangan antara ajaran tradisional dan belas kasihan pastoral, respons Gereja Katolik dengan memberikan aplikasi praktis, penafsiran ulang nilai kehidupan dalam konteks penderitaan, integrasi wawasan psikologis ke dalam teologi moral Katolik, serta tantangan dan peluang dalam masyarakat pluralistik.

Abstract

Teachers use several strategies in achieving a learning goal. One of the teacher's steps to have this strategy is to master presentation techniques, or what is usually called the teaching method. Teaching methods are teaching methods that can be used to facilitate the transfer of knowledge to students, so that they are easily understood and understood. This paper aims to examine the existing teaching methods in Islamic Education. There are several teaching methods in Islamic education, including: the lecture method, the question and answer method, the demonstration and experiment method, the assignment method (recitation) and the group work method. Then according to Abdurahman An-Nahlawi, methods that can be applied in Islamic religious education include theQur'ani and Nabawi Hiwar (conversation) methods, the Qur'ani and Nabawi story methods, the Proverbs (parables) method, the Exemplary method, the Habituation method, the Ibrah and Mau'izzah methods, and the Targhib wa Tarhib method

Abstract

The terms of reward and punishment in the Qur'an are called Targhib wa Tarhib. Rewards and punishments aim to stimulate people to always do good. If it is associated with learning, Reward means a gift and punishment means a sanction for violating the rules that have been agreed upon. Rewards and punishments are a method of learning. These two methods are very effective, given to students under certain conditions. Rewards are given to outstanding students but the prizes are not excessive. While the punishment given to students aims to provide a deterrent effect so as not to repeat the same mistake. Punishment should not be in the form of violence but must be educational. Therefore, Rasulullah SAW gave an example by giving a direct warning. This article describes the effectiveness of the reward and punishment method in learning according to the Qur'an. In this study, the authors used library research, namely collecting materials by reading books, articles, magazines and others in the form of literature. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. To take verses in their interpretation based on the theme by collecting verses that have the same direction.

Abstract

The results of the research show that the halaqah institution is the oldest educational institution and has survived from the earliest times of Islam to the present. Halaqah, despite its simple form, plays an important role in the flow of knowledge transformation, especially Islamic knowledge in the development of Muslim society. Kingdom of Samuera Pasai, Lessons given in various halaqahs and other Islamic educational institutions are divided into two levels: First, the basic level consists of lessons in reading, writing, Arabic, Koran recitation, and practical worship. Second, the higher level with material on the sciences of fiqh, tasauf, kalam, and so on. Dayah functions as a kind of Islamic higher education. Because it is in this institution that the highest level of Islamic knowledge is studied by the students of knowledge. Which means a place of study or school, is in every village and has multiple functions, including: First, as a place to study the Koran. Second, as an elementary school, the material taught is writing and reading Arabic letters, religious knowledge, Malay language, morals and Islamic history. Under Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa Banten became very strongly oriented towards Mecca.

Abstract

The purpose of this discussion is the Theory of Islamic Education from the Perspective of the Qur’an and Hadith. The type of research that the writer did was field research which is a qualitative description. Data collection techniques that the authors use are through observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data used is triangulation. From the results of the study indicate that practice in the teacher practitioner community can be in the form of teaching practice and interactions with students or parents. There are 3 differentiations namely: First, content differentiation. The competencies that must be possessed by teachers are pedagogic competence, competence, personality, professional competence, social competence. Second, process differentiation. The strategies carried out by the teacher in differentiating the content to be studied by students are: presenting varied, presenting material with various learning modes, providing various supporting systems. Third, Product Differentiation, the teacher designs what products will be carried out by students in accordance with the , and skills that must be demonstrated by them. The teacher also needs to determine the assessment criteria in the rubric so that students know what will be assessed and what quality is expected from each aspect that they must fulfill.
