Abstract

This research is motivated by the low fine motor skills of V Class Elementary School at UPTD SD N 01 Solok Bio-Bio in Solok Bio-Bio Village. One solution to address this issue is to implement pipette folding activities. This study aims to improve fine reading of Al-Quran at V Class UPTD SD N 01 Solok Bio-Bio in Solok Bio-Bio Village. The research method used in this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles, with two meetings in each cycle. Data collection techniques used were observation and documentation. The results of this research show animprovement in children's scores from the pre-action phase, Cycle I, to Cycle II, which can be described as follows: In the pre-action phase, 11 children or 55% had low scores (BB), then in Cycle 1, this decreased to 2 children or 10%, and in Cycle II, it became 0 children or 0%. The moderate score (MB) in the pre-action phase was 2 children or 10%, then in Cycle 1, it became 2 children or 10%, and in Cycle II, it became 0 children or 0%. The high score (BSH) in the pre- action phase was 2 child or 10%, then in Cycle 1, it became 2 children or 10%, and at 2 children or 10% in Cycle II. The very high score (BSB) in the pre-action phase was 5 child or 25%, then in Cycle 1, it became 5 children or 25%, and in the end, in Cycle II, it increased to 17 children or 85%. Based on the above research results, the researcher recommends that teachers consider implementing Cart Sort activities as an alternative method to enhance children's fine reading Al-Quran.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of 4th-grade students at UPTD SDN 02 Koto Bangun on the subject of Asmaul Husna through the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model. The background of this research is the low learning outcomes of students in the subject of Asmaul Husna, as indicated by the students' limited understanding of the meaning and application of the values of Asmaul Husna in daily life. This classroom action research (CAR) was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection phases. In the first cycle, the average student learning outcome reached 70, with a classical completeness level of 54.5%. After improvements in the second cycle, the average student learning outcome increased to 90, with a classical completeness level of 100%. Additionally, the implementation of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) also enhanced students' active participation in the learning process, particularly in terms of critical thinking, group collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at UPTD SDN 05 Sungai Talang. The aim of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at UPTD SDN 05 Sungai Talang through the Cooperative Learning method. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model. The methods employed in the research consist of two cycles, specifically the Cooperative Learning method. Each cycle consists of four stages: planning, implementation/action, observation, and reflection. Each cycle includes one meeting (3 class hours). The population involved in the study is 12 students. The data collection techniques used are observation, tests, and interviews. The results of this study indicate an improvement in student learning outcomes from the pre-action phase to cycles I and II. The learning outcomes of students in the pre-action phase were 42%, in cycle I (first) increased to 67%, and in cycle II (second) further increased to 92%. Thus, it can be recommended that the implementation of the Cooperative Learning method can enhance student learning outcomes in the material of reading the Qur'an Surah Al-Hujurat verse 13 for the 2024/2025 academic year

Abstract

The background of this research is the low learning outcomes of students in the PAI subject, particularly in understanding the material on Asmaul Husna. The PBL method was chosen because it is believed to encourage students to be more active in the learning process, think critically, and solve problems independently. This study was conducted in two cycles, where each cycle consisted of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this study were 10 fourth-grade students. Data were collected through formative tests, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed descriptively both qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the research indicate that the implementation of the PBL model successfully improved students' learning outcomes in the PAI subject, specifically in the Asmaul Husna material. The pre-cycle learning outcomes showed an average score of 68.5, with 50% of students meeting the learning criteria. In the first cycle, there was an improvement, with an average score of 77.6, and 70% of students meeting the learning criteria, although the target of 100% had not yet been reached. After revisions in the second cycle, most students were able to achieve the learning objectives, as seen in the students' average score of 92.0, with 90% of students successfully meeting the learning criteria. This improvement shows that the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model can enhance student learning outcomes, especially in the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subject for fourth-grade students at UPTD SD Negeri 01 Durian Tinggi.

Abstract

Education aims to increase the quantity and quality of students. In the learning process, the selection of the right learning method greatly affects the high and low learning outcomes of students. The learning method is a way that can be done by educators so that the teaching and learning process runs effectively. The problem in this study is the low learning outcomes of students in the subject of Islamic Religious Education. because the learning methods used are still not varied enough. To overcome this problem, the researcher applied the Index Card Match method with the aim of improving Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes in class IV students of UPTD SD Negeri 03 Durian Tinggi Kecamatan Kapur IX. This study uses the type of classroom action research (CAR). The subjects in this study were 10 students in grade IV of UPTD SD Negeri 03 Durian Tinggi Kecamatan Kapur IX consisting of 4 male students and 6 female students. Classroom action research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of one meeting. In this study there are four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection was carried out using observation and written tests. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the average learning outcomes of students had increased. It is known that the KKM value that has been determined by the school is 75. In the pre- study, it was known that 3 students had not completed it with a percentage of 30% and 7 students had completed it with a percentage of 70%. In cycle I, there was an increase of 6 students who completed it with a percentage of 60% and 4 students who had not completed it with a percentage of 40%. Furthermore, in cycle II, there was an increase of 9 students with a percentage of 90% and 1 student who had not completed it with a percentage of 10%. Thus, the Index Card Match method can improve students' learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects at UPTD SD Negeri 03 Durian Tinggi Kecamatan Kapur IX .
