Abstract

This research is motivated by low student learning outcomes in integrated IPS lesson. Based on the background of the problem, conducted research on improving learning results of integrated IPS using guided inquiry method of students of class VIII SMPN One Roof 11 Merangin 2015/2016 school year. The purpose of this study to determine the use of guided inquiry method is expected to improve the results of learning IPS integrated class VIII SMPN One Atap 11 Merangin. This type of research is a classroom action research (PTK). This study consisted of 2 cycles. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that the use of guided inquiry method can improve student learning outcomes. For that the authors suggest to the integrated IPS teachers to use guided methods of inkuri in the learning process so that student learning outcomes can increase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan Faktor penentu yang menyebabkan siswa pendidikan pesantren mengalami kesulitan belajar. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian eksploratif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa sekolah berasrama yang ada di kota Bangko yaitu siswa yang berasal dari MAS Al-Munnawaroh dan MAS Al- Mujhadah. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis faktor mengunakan SPSS versi 17. Variabel-variabel dalam penelitian ini terbentuk menjadi 5 (lima) faktor.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  Faktor 1 yaitu faktor fisiologis dengan jumlah skor varians sebesar 16.701%. Faktor 2 yaitu faktor sekolah dengan jumlah skor varians sebesar 12.673%. Faktor 3 yaitu faktor psikologis dengan jumlah skor varians sebesar 11.628% Faktor 4 yaitu faktor materil dengan jumlah skor varians sebesar 9.404%. Faktor 5 yaitu faktor instrumental dengan jumlah skor varians sebesar 8.445%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari ke 5 (lima) faktor yang terbentuk akan dapat menjelaskan 58.85 % dari variabilitas variabel penelitian yang ada. Sedangkan faktor penentu kesulitan belajar bagi siswa berasrama ditunjukkan oleh faktor 1 dengan varains sebesar 16.701%..Kata Kunci: Siswa Pondok Pesantren, Kesulitan Belajar, Analisis Faktor

Abstract

This research is based on IPS learning in the XE Economics class of SMA N 8 Merangin namely the teacher still acts as an active conveyor of the material while the passive students listen and copy the material delivered by the teacher. Therefore learning strategies that can make students think critically, logically, and can solve problems with open attitude, creative and innovative, is cooperative integrated learning model of reading and compocition (CIRC). This type of research is Classroom Action Research. The research of each cycle implemented in this study looks at the learning outcomes of students in the first cycle obtained by 56.71 or 8 students who completed from 31 students. And seen from observation activity of teacher (researcher) in class XE SMA N 8 Merangin at cycle I average value is 34,5 that is being. The result of score in cycle II is 77,10 or 23 complete students from 31 students. And data of observation activity of teacher (researcher) in class XE SMA N 8 Merangin in cycle II happened increase of average value is 81,62 that is good.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the use of mind map media is expected to increase the activity and learning outcomes of students of class VIII IPS Terpadu in SMP Negeri 2 Junjung Sirih Solok District. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The object of this research is the students of class VIII consisting of 26 students. This research was conducted on November 22, 2017 - January 13, 2018. The study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. At the time of the research, the researcher used observation sheet to see the activity change and the students' learning result during the learning process using mind map learning media. The data obtained is processed by percentage technique. Based on this research, it is found that with the use of mind map can improve the activity and the result of student learning but in the implementation still require the learning strategy and good class management.Keywords: Mind Map, Learning Activity, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

4 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan problematika pada pembelajaran bahasa Inggris Hukum. Bahasa Inggris Hukum, atau juga dikenal dengan English for Legal Purposes (ELP) sama seperti ESP lainnya dimana membutuhkan pendekatan khusus dalam mempelajarinya. Penelitian ini tergolong field research dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik pengamatan atau observasi dan teknik wawancara dan teknik purposive sampling dipilih untuk menentukan partisipan pada penelitian ini. Permasalahan umum yang muncul dalam penelitian ini dapat diklasifikasi menjadi dua bagian, yaitu lingustik dan non-linguistik. Problematika linguistik yang dihadapi dalam proses pembelajaran bahasa Inggris Hukum diakibatkan oleh karakteristik bahasa Inggris itu sendiri sebagai bahasa asing. Kesulitan yang dihadapi partisipan tampak pada kurangnya penguasaan vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking dan grammar.Kemudian problem atau permasalahan non linguistik yang dihadapi dalam proses pembelajaran bahasa Inggris Hukum adalah kurangnya motivasi peserta didik serta keberagaman kemampuan berbahasa Inggris peserta didik. Sehingga menjadi suatu tantangan tersendiri bagi tenaga pendidik dalam menjembatani kebutuhan setiap peserta didik agar mencapai tujuan pembelajaran.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to find out whether there is a correlation between compensation and the performance of teachers and staff at MTs Syekh Maulana Qori. This study uses a quantitative approach with a type of correlational. The population in this study were all teachers and staff at MTs Syekh Maulana Qori, with a total of 15 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique so the sample used in this study was the entire MTs Syekh Maulana Qori staff, totaling 15 people. The main research data were obtained from respondents' questionnaire answers which were constructed from each indicator of the two research variables. After the data is declared normal and homogeneous then the research is continued. In order to answer the research hypothesis, a T-test was carried out by considering the value of T count and the value of sig. The results of the analysis showed that the t count value was 3.332 > t table 2.131 and the sig. 0.47 < 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which also means that there is a positive and significant effect of compensation on the performance of teachers and staff of MTS Syekh Maulana Qori. The results of the study also obtained an R square value of 0.795 or 79.6% compensation can contribute to the performance of teachers and staff of MTs Syekh Maulana Qori. So that compensation is highly recommended to be considered and carried out in order to provide a sense of justice for teachers and staff who have dedicated themselves to MTs Syekh Maulana Qori. Of course, their performance will have a direct, both positive and negative impact on student achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance mediated by teacher satisfaction on Tahfidzil Quran Lebay Yasin Boarding School. A quantitative approach and explanatory research will be used in this research. Primary data comes from questionnaires of variables, while secondary data comes from school data, textbooks, and journals. The population were 41. The sample was used through non-probability sampling purposive sampling, were 41. The data analysis techniques used SEM PLS by SmartPLS 3. The results of this study indicate that there was significant direct effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance t-statistic 2.444 > 1.96 p-value 0.015 or (p < 0.05), transformational leadership on teacher satisfaction t- statistic 10.319 > 1.96 p-value 0.00 or (p < 0.05), teacher satisfaction on teacher performance t-statistic t-statistic 21.404 > 1.96 p-value 0.00 or (p < 0.05), The result also discovered that there was significant indirect effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance mediated by teacher satisfaction t-statistic 8.232 > 1.96 p-value 0.00 or (p < 0.05). So, the school leader was recommended to empower and develop peer relationships in order to achieve teacher performance effectively.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to prove (1) Effect of Economic Literacy on Consumptive Behavior, (2) Effect of Lifestyle on Consumptive Behavior (3) Effect of economic and lifestyle literacy on Consumtive behavior of STKIP YPM Bangko Economics Education student. Research on student of study program of Economics STKIP YPM Bangko.  The research approach that will be used in this research is quantitative approach, while the method used is survey method. This study was analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. The study population was 108 people. Sampling using proportional random sampling. The number of selected samples is 85 people. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The data were processed using multiple regression. The result of the research shows that (1) Economic Literation has a significant influence on consumptive behavior in STKIP YPM Bangko STKIP economic student, (2) Lifestyle has significant influence on consumptive behavior on STKIP YPM Bangko economic education student and (3) Economic Literacy and Lifestyle has a significant influence on consumptive behavior in STKIP YPM Bangko's economic education studentsKeywords : Economic Literacy, Lifestyle, Consumptive Behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of the Economic Care Day 2024 program at SMK Negeri 1 Merangin is to foster student leadership, creativity, teamwork, and sociopreneurship. Utilizing several interactive training sessions, practical exercises, and realistic business simulations, this program seeks to equip students to become creative and socially conscious entrepreneurs. Four major areas are the program's focus: The first is Leadership Development, which teaches students how to make decisions, solve problems, and manage a team; the second is Creativity Enhancement, which promotes creative thinking and solution-based entrepreneurship; the third is Collaboration Training, which stresses teamwork and good communication; and the fourth is Sociopreneurship Education, which introduces the idea of business models that put profit and social.  Economic Care Day 2024 reaches 146 students as participants aim to equip students with strong social entrepreneurship knowledge, enhanced leadership, teamwork abilities, and an expanded entrepreneurial attitude. Through experiential learning, workshops, case studies, and mentorship, students are equipped to contribute to their communities and the global economy
