Abstract

Produk bersertifikat dan berlabel halal memiliki market yang sangat menjanjikan dikarenakan Indonesia merupakan mayoritas penduduk muslim terbesar di dunia. Sehingga para pelaku UMKM wajib memiliki dan memproduksi produk yang bersertifikat dan berlabel halal. Program PkM menawarkan dan memberikan solusi untuk para pelaku UMKM agar dapat lebih cepat memiliki sertifikat dan berlabel halal pada produknya. PkM ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan community development agar program yang dilakukan secara sistematis, terencana dan terarah untuk membantu dan memberikan solusi yang dihadapi oleh para stakeholders. Program PkM dilakukan pada bulan mei-juni 2022. Hasil kegiatan program PkM menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman dan kesadaran untuk memiliki sertifikat halal pada produk yang diproduksinya, serta dapat menggukan label halal pada produknya guna untuk perkembangan dan keberlanjutan bisnisnya

Abstract

Kediri Induk is a village located in Kediri sub-district, West Lombok district. This village is a village that has many Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). One of the MSMEs in Kediri Induk village is the very promising Murni Leather Crackers MSME, namely processing cowhide into cowhide cracker products. The problems currently faced by MSMEs are weak product innovation and weak marketing networks. To motivate and develop these MSMEs by providing an innovation that is more attractive than previous products both in terms of packaging, flavor variants, logos and marketing networks. After motivation and assistance, this MSME succeeded in developing its production with new variants and succeeded in marketing its products through digital marketing

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance the capacity of culinary MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) actors in Lingsar District, West Lombok Regency, in utilizing social media as a tool for promotion and sales improvement. Using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, the program was implemented through four main stages: needs analysis, digital marketing training, four-week intensive mentoring, and evaluation and reflection. The mentoring activities focused on three MSMEs representing different culinary sub-sectors, namely traditional dry snacks, catfish floss, and wet cakes. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ digital literacy, frequency of online promotional content, and an increase in business turnover by 20–30%. The program also fostered collaborative networks among MSME actors to ensure business sustainability through digital platforms. Thus, the PAR approach proved effective in empowering MSMEs toward sustainable digital independence in West Lombok.
