Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan salah satu industri yang potensial untuk dikembangkan pada masa modern sekarang. Namun tidak semua objek wisata dapat berkembang dengan baik karena beberapa faktor, misalnya masih digunakannya media tradisional dalam pelaksanaan promosi. Pemanfaatan media promosi digital yang memanfaatkan akses internet (termasuk website) dirasakan lebih cepat dan mudah bagi semua kalangan pasar yang akan dituju. Pelatihan pengelolaan website dalam rangka peningkatan promosi diharapkan mampu memberikan wawasan bagi para pelaku wisata di dusun kreatif Indonesia dalam meningkatan promosi dusun kreatif Indonesia dan mencapai target kunjungan yang maksimal. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian masyarakat berupa pelatihan Classroom method, pelatihan ini digunakan untuk memperkenalkan teori media digital dan pengelolaan website. Dalam pelatihan ini dilakukan berkesinambungan dengan tetap melalukan evaluasi dan monitoring sehingga dapat mencapai target pelatihan pengelolaan website di dusun kreatif Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengambil topik mengenai perkembangan kepribadian tokoh utama pada novel Seroja karya Sunaryono Basuki Koesnosoebroto dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Novel ini bercerita mengenai Ayu Mang, seorang wanita berkasta dari keluarga Bali yang menikah dengan Andy yang merupakan turis asing dari Inggris. Kepribadian Ayu Mang dalam setiap perkembangan kehidupannya membuat penulis tertarik untuk mengetahuinya lebih dalam. Maka dari itu masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini mencakup perkembangan kepribadian tokoh utama novel Seroja Sunaryono Basuki Koesnosoebroto, faktor-faktor dan fakta-fakta yang memengaruhi sikap perubahan dan perkembangan tokoh utama dalam novel Seroja karya Sunaryono Basuki Koesnosoebroto. Berkaitan dengan masalah tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perkembangan kepribadian tokoh utama dalam novel Seroja karya Sunaryono Basuki Koesnosoebroto dan menguraikan faktor-faktor dan fakta-fakta yang memengaruhi sikap perubahan dan perkembangan tokoh utama dalam novel Seroja karya Sunaryono Basuki Koesnosoebroto. Hasil penelitian novel Seroja diantaranya, perkembangan kepribadian tokoh Ayu Mang yang cukup stabil dalam setiap tahap kehidupannya yang mencakup mencakup identitas vs kekacauan identitas, keintiman vs isolasi, perhatian terhadap apa yang diturunkan vs kemandekan, integritas vs keputusasaan. Sementara dalam faktor dan fakta yang memengaruhi sikap perubahan dan perkembangan, Ayu Mang memiliki pola perkembangan mencakup identitas vs kekacauan identitas, keintiman vs isolasi, perhatian terhadap apa yang diturunkan vs kemandekan, integritas vs keputusasaan.  Faktor-Faktor dan Fakta-Fakta yang Mempengaruhi Sikap Perubahan dan Perkembangan tokoh utama mencakup  penampilan diri, perilaku, stereotip budaya, nilai-nilai budaya, perubahan peranan dan pengalaman pribadi.

Abstract

Startups in Indonesia are growing rapidly due to the increasing number of internet users and people's increasing purchasing power, atransaction activity carried out through startup businesses also contributes to Indonesia's economic growth, , therefore PT Betukang Sejahtera Indonesia is required to be ready to compete both in terms of services and information systems provided through applications, betukang.id is an application that provides various types of carpentry services, this study aims to redesign the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX), Design thinking methodUsed to produce an application display that makes it easier for users to order services, starting from the stage (empathize) to define the problem, the stage (define) formulating the problem, (ideate) collecting ideas, the stage (prototype) making application design, tested at the stage (test) using usability tools maze.co, then evaluating the results of usability testing using the method System Usability Scale (SUS) to 40 user respondents betukang.id obtained an average score of 83, thus it can be concluded that the UI / UX design of the ordering information system in betukang.id application using the Design thinking method can be used easily based on the results of SUS.

Abstract

The head of a madrasah who is able to carry out leadership transformation means that he can turn the potential of his institution into energy to improve the quality of student learning processes and outcomes. Potential cannot develop without the role and function performed by a leader. The implementation of transformational leadership will facilitate the efforts of madrasah heads to accelerate or accelerate the capacity growth of teachers in building themselves, working smarter, and even harder to realize madrasah reform. This study aims to determine the Transformational Leadership Strategy of Madrasah Heads in Improving Teacher Professionalism. The results of the study showed that the strategies carried out by the head of the madrasah in improving teacher professionalism were: 1) Organize the implementation of activities that can improve the performance of educators, 2) Identify problems that occur, 3) Provide rewards and sanctions, 4) Hold meetings between subject educators Subject Teacher Deliberation (MGMP), Increase discipline for all educators, staff, and students in learning, 6) Evaluate difficulties related to educator performance, , Continue to strive for welfare for all educators and staff, Creating comfort (harmony) in the work environment. So from several steps that have been and are being carried out by the head of the madrasah it is proven to be able to improve teacher professionalism in learning.

Abstract

Besaprah di masyarakat Melayu Sambas mengalami transformasi nilai akibat pengaruh globalisasi dan perubahan gaya hidup modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pergeseran makna sosial dalam tradisi Besaprah dan adaptasinya dalam konteks kehidupan modern. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif di beberapa komunitas adat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai kebersamaan dan solidaritas sosial dalam Besaprah mulai bergeser menjadi ritual estetis akibat modernisasi dan urbanisasi. Namun, tradisi ini tetap relevan melalui adaptasi bentuk pelaksanaan dan promosi digital. Revitalisasi melalui pendidikan berbasis kebudayaan dan kebijakan pelestarian budaya diperlukan untuk menjaga keberlanjutan tradisi ini. Penelitian ini menyarankan eksplorasi lebih lanjut mengenai efektivitas promosi digital dalam pelestarian budaya lokal.

Abstract

Digital transformation is one of the main instruments in bureaucratic reform efforts aimed at improving the quality of public services and state budget efficiency. Through the application of information technology such as e-government, e-budgeting, and digitalization of public services, the government can reduce operational costs, accelerate administrative processes, and increase transparency. However, in practice, this transformation process faces various challenges, such as infrastructure gaps, low digital literacy, internal resistance, and data security threats. This study aims to identify opportunities and challenges for digital transformation in the context of state budget efficiency in Indonesia. The method used is a literature study with a descriptive-qualitative approach. The results of the analysis show that digital transformation plays an important role in driving fiscal efficiency, but requires strong policy support, increased human resource capacity, and equitable digital infrastructure development.

Abstract

Sigapiton Tourism Village is a tourist destination located in the Lake Toba area with the main attractions of natural beauty and authentic local culture. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of digital promotional media for Sigapiton Tourism Village through the AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) model approach, and to analyze digital marketing strategies using SWOT analysis. The research used in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and through SWOT mapping. The results of the study showed that the digital promotion carried out was quite effective in building attention, interest, desire, and some actions from the audience. Promotion strategies based on visual content, educational narratives, emotional approaches, and digital communication facilitation are the main strengths. Based on the SWOT analysis, the marketing strategy for Sigapiton Tourism Village is in Quadrant I (Strength-Opportunity), with an internal score of 0,02 and an external score of 0.20. This shows that the development of digital promotion can be directed at an aggressive strategy by utilizing internal strengths to maximize external opportunities.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the potential for developing agrotourism in Sigapiton Village as an effort to support rural tourism development. The analysis was carried out using the 6A components approach (Attractions, Accessibility, Amenities, Available Packages, Activities, and Ancillary Services) to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the destination. Furthermore, a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) was conducted to map internal and external factors influencing agrotourism development. Based on the SWOT results, the QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) method was used to determine the most effective priority strategies to be implemented. The findings indicate that Sigapiton Village has strong potential in terms of natural beauty, local culture, and agricultural diversity, but still faces challenges such as limited accessibility, lack of public facilities, and low community involvement. Through QSPM calculations, the prioritized strategies identified are: (1) development of educational tourism packages based on agriculture and local culture; (2) improvement of accessibility and public facilities; (3) optimization of the role of the community and youth; and (4) digital promotion and agrotourism branding. These strategies are expected to support the development of tourism in Sigapiton Village as an agrotourism destination and contribute to the well-being of the local community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the decision to visit domestic tourists from North Sumatra to foreign destinations. The research method uses a quantitative explanatory approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires to 100 respondents selected purposively. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results showed that of the seven independent variables studied, only tourism promotion (X4) and hobbies and interests (X8) had a significant effect on the decision to visit (Y), with coefficients of 0.175 and 0.376, respectively. Meanwhile, personal motivation (X2), tourism products (X3), income (X5), recommendations (X6), and the environment (X7) did not show a significant effect. The R² value of 0.704 indicates that 70.4% of the variation in the decision to visit can be explained by the variables in the model. These findings focus on the importance of effective promotion strategies and adjusting domestic tourist destinations to the interests of the younger generation to increase the competitiveness of local tourism. Research recommendations include strengthening digital promotion, developing interest-based tour packages, and improving destination facilities and accessibility. Abstract

This study aims to analyze sustainable tourism development strategies in Simamora Tourism Village, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. This village has significant potential in the natural and cultural tourism sector, such as Sisingamangaraja Palace, Aek Silang whitewater rafting, and Batu Nganga. However, the management of this potential has not been optimally implemented. Several challenges remain, such as low community participation, limited infrastructure, and residents' limited understanding of the concept of sustainable tourism. This study used a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and field observations. Informants in the study included village officials, local communities, and managers of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). The data obtained were analyzed using the SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results) approach to identify strengths, opportunities, aspirations, and expected outcomes in sustainable tourism development. The results show that although the tourism potential in Simamora Village is quite high, the lack of coordination between stakeholders and the absence of an integrated development strategy are the main obstacles. Therefore, this study recommends several strategic steps, including improving the quality of human resources in the tourism sector, strengthening supporting infrastructure, and developing tourism products based on local wisdom that can foster active community involvement. Community participation in every stage of planning and management is crucial for achieving sustainable and competitive tourism. The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference in formulating policies for sustainable village tourism development.
