Keberdayaan masyarakat merupakan unsur terpenting dalam upaya mempertahankan diri mencapai kemajuan ekonomi secara individu maupun kelompok. Salah satu diantara perusahaan yang menjalankan program pemberdayaan masyarakat adalah PT. ExxonMobil Cepu Limited bekerjasa dengan Grameen Bank, sebuah organisasi kredit mikro fokus memberikan pinjaman kecil kepada masyarakat kurang mampu agar lebih mandiri dan berdaya ditengah masyarakat. Program Grameen Bank merupakan salah satu upaya untuk pengentaskan kemiskinan dan pengembangkan usaha kecil dengan memberikan program perkreditan rakyat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui model kerja sama pemberdayaan perempuan melalui program Grameen Bank di PT. ExxonMobil dalam prespektif ekonomi Islam. Sedang metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi lapang. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan alasisis deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa model kerja sama pemberdayaan perempuan melalui program Gramen Bank di PT. ExxonMobil dalam prespektif ekonomi islam tercermin pada akad-akad syariah yang telah diaplikasikan dalam bentuk kegiatan-kegiatan antara yaitu akad wakalah, ijarah, murabahah dan istisna.

Career maturity is a condition that needed to choice the program in higher level study. Henceforth, the low level of career maturity in senior high school student has to be solved with the comprehensive intervention as soon as possible. The purpose of this research is to know the effectivity of Reach Your Dreams Training and career counseling for improving career maturity in senior high school student. This research used Solomon Six Group Design. Subjects of this research are 42 senior high school students with average level of career maturity who are divided into two groups given Reach Your Dreams Training, two groups given career counseling, and two control groups. According to the result, the conclusion of this research is Reach Your Dreams Training and Counseling Career can improve career maturity level in senior high school students effectively. It is caused by the effect of Reach Your Dreams Training and career counseling, and not caused by the effect of pretest.

Healing mental and behavioral disorders can be done with a variety of approaches, one of which is a religious approach. It was carried out at the inabah in Sirnarasa. This study aims to uncover the therapeutic principles contained in religious therapies to cure mental and behavioral disorders, such as addiction and avoidance behavior. The approach used is qualitative, while the research method is case study. Data was collected by interviewing the person in charge of religious therapy in Sirabah Village and two students who had recovered. In addition, it also uses documentation of therapy manuals. The result, inabah therapy which includes various kinds of prayers, repentance bathing, and remembrance contains several therapeutic principles, namely water therapy; catharsis; increased awareness of self orientation, time and place; changing irrational beliefs into rational; unconditional positive regard. In addition, therapy in Inabah also includes psychoeducation encouragement to the community and parents of students about the importance of parenting, giving examples, and environmental modification.Keywords:healing; inabah therapy; religious approach; therapeutic principles.healing; inabah therapy; religious approach; therapeutic principles

The interest rate is the cost of borrowing or the price paid for borrowed funds. The interest rate is one of the important aspects in the banking world. This study aims to examine the influence of factors related to interest rate fluctuations set by Bank Indonesia. To examine the factors that affect interest rates in the short and long term. By using the independent variables of inflation, exchange rate, and also the money supply M2. The study was conducted using the Error Correction Model (ECM) method and secondary data for the period from 2019 to 2021. The results showed that all independent variables affected in the short and long term.

Indonesia is one of the countries affected by Covid-19 virus. These impacts influence both physical and psychological health. This study aimed to conceptualize the elaboration of Sufism values with psychology to deal with Covid-19. The research was conducted with a literature review. This research showed that many values of Sufism play an essential role in dealing with Covid-19, for example seclusion is the essence of physical distancing to prevent individuals from worrying; zuhud, qana'ah, and tawakal attitudes prevent individuals from stress; meditative dhikr helps individuals turn irrational thoughts into rational ones; and imitating Sufism as a social movement can create an impact on the society so that they can face Covid-19 together. Thus, this study found that Sufism has a down-to-earth role, namely improving the mental health of individuals during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Rater memiliki peran penting dalam memvalidasi skor hasil pengukuran, sehingga rater diharapkan memiliki keahlian, salah satunya pemahaman tentang psikometrika dan ilmu pengukuran. Akan tetapi, pada kenyataannya terdapat rater yang tidak memiliki kompetensi tersebut sehingga terdapat beberapa kesalahan dalam memverifikasi isi instrumen pengukuran. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini bertujuan untuk menyoroti pentingnya kompetensi rater, bagaimana rater harus membangun kompetensi tersebut, dan bagaimana seharusnya peneliti memilih rater. Metode yang digunakan meliputi literature review dan pengalaman reflektif yang menghasilkan bahwa terdapat beberapa prinsip dan kaidah dalam memvalidasi instrumen pengukuran yang harus dikuasai dan dipahami oleh rater. Secara etika, ketika seseorang kurang memahami kaidah tersebut, maka sebaiknya tidak bersedia untuk memverifikasi isi instrumen pengukuran. Selain itu, para akademisi juga perlu untuk membangun kompetensinya di bidang pengukuran untuk mengisi kelangkaan jumlah seseorang yang pantas menjadi rater. Di sisi lain, para peneliti juga hendaknya menelusuri secara mendalam tentang kompetensi dan rekam jejak ilmiah seseorang yang akan diminta menjadi rater.

Some people experience adversities that affect their psychological conditions, e.g., stress, depression, less happiness, and less psychologically prosperous. One solution to these psychological problems is to increase the attitude of qana’ah/contentment (accepting and being satisfied with what they have). This situation calls for a good qana’ah instrument to provide necessary interventions. This study aimed to test the validity and reliability of the qana’ah instrument. Researchers gathered 670 participants across all Indonesian provinces using the area random sampling approach. The results of the content validity test using Aiken’s formula show that each item in the instrument has a validity coefficient between 0.79 – 0.92. The estimated reliability coefficient of Alpha Cronbach is 0.992. The research also found that the item discrimination index ranged from 0.586 to 0.979, while loading factor of the items ranged from 0.463 to 0.875. The instrument also showed goodness-of-fit based on the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFI=0.987 (>0.900); GFI=0.925 (>0.900); AGFI=0.914 (>0.900); NFI=0.942 (>0.900); and RMSEA=0.0197 (<0.08)). The results of this study indicate that the measuring instrument is valid and reliable.

Qana’ah (contentment) and gratitude are commendable virtues taught in mahasantri (university student who attend in pesantren/Islamic boarding institution). These virtues serve as invaluable assets to navigate through adversities related to apprehensions of future. Despite the cultivation of virtues among mahasantri, some still grapples with anxiety concerning future. Therefore, this research aimed to explain the influence of qana’ah (contentment) and gratitude toward future anxiety in mahasantri using quantitative method. Meanwhile, the participants of this study was 201 mahasantri in Raden Mas Said State Islamic University Surakarta which was obtained by cluster random sampling. The results showed that qana’ah (contentment) and gratitude simultaneously influence future anxiety. Separately, the two predictors also have negative influences on future anxiety. It is hoped that the research will be able to become a reference for teenagers to adopt qana’ah and gratitude. Apart from that, this research is also expected to be an important modality in developing qana’ah therapy to reduce future anxiety.
