Abstract

ABSTRAK Supply chain industri konstruksi merupakan pengeksplorasi sumber daya alam yang besar sehingga dibutuhkan pengintegrasian pemikiran lingkungan kedalam supply chainkonstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bagaimana pembentukan dan bestpractice green supply chain pada konstruksi bangunan gedung yang akan dilakukan denganmengeksplorasi proyek konstruksi green building yang akan disertifikasi greenship untuk newbuilding. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase penilaian greenship untuk aspekpengadaan barang yaitu 71%, 21% untuk pelaksanaan konstruksi dan 8% untuk reverselogistic. Penerapan yang ditargetkan oleh setiap proyek ternyata proyek yang memiliki targetgreen building dengan predikat silver ternyata menduduki peringkat pertama dalam penerapanaspek pengadaaan barang sebesar 55,3%. Penerapan aspek pelaksanaan konstruksi untuksemua proyek memiliki persentase penerapan yang sama yaitu 15,8%, sedangkan untuk aspekreverse logistic hanya diterapkan oleh salah satu proyek yang memiliki green building denganpredikat platinum dengan persentase pelaksanaan sebesar 2,6% sedangkan proyek yanglainnya tidak menerapkannya. penerapan reverse logistic yang terjadi hanya terjadi padatingkat proyek saja dan best practice dari pelaksanaan green supply chain ini hanya pada aspekpengadaan dan pelaksanaan konstruksi.Kata kunci : Green Supply Chain, Green Building, Greenship

Abstract

The development of the Internet makes it very easy to complete administrative work so that it requires good skills on the internet for office employees and village officials in Rantau Mempesai, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province, so training is needed. The College of Technology (STTI) lecturer team decided to hold community service (PKM) in the form of the training. The purpose of the training is to equip office employees and village officials how to complete the administration of government activities so that the administrative work process can be carried out in a very short and efficient time by searching for information, storing data and sending data. This training is carried out using lecture methods, discussions and hands-on practice with discussions on web browsing, Gmail and Geoggle drive. The results of this training evaluation showed a large increase (85.2%) of understanding for office employees and village officials in using the internet to improve skills in the field of technology.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the evaluation of the protection system passive in fire prevention efforts in official buildings Library and Archives of Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province. Data collection was carried out by observation, document review and interviews regarding passive fire protection systems in Service Buildings Library and Archives of Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province. The results of this research are to show that the building has a passive fire protection system with assessment standards and the results of the conformity assessment against applicable standards, namely the Service Building Libraries and Archives have a score of 67.39%.

Abstract

Community empowerment is a process of developing opportunities, willingness/motivation and ability of the community to be able to access resources, thereby increasing their capacity to determine their own future by participating in influencing and realizing the quality of life for themselves and their groups. This counseling activity aims to empower the community through paving block media to support community accessibility and can improve the local village economy and can be continued in the coming year at the local location or in other areas that have the same characteristics. The community was enthusiastic and very positive in participating in this counseling as seen from their many questions and curiosity from the counseling regarding the materials and tools to be used if they wanted to open a community-based home business/industry.

Abstract

Building as an educational service requires maintenance so that the condition of the building remains fit for function. Without building maintenance activities, the function of a building will experience degradation over time. In this study, researchers focused on research on the Main Building of the Indragiri High School of Technology which was more than 10 years old to analyze the level of damage to the building and estimate the cost of maintaining the building. In the calculation that the level of damage is calculated based on the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works Number 24/PRT/M/2008 concerning Guidelines for the Maintenance and Care of Buildings, from the sum of all the components, 89.0% is categorized as Severely Damaged with the greatest damage in structural damage. The estimated maintenance cost for the main building of the Indragiri High School of Technology is Rp. 467,929,000.00 including Four Hundred Sixty Seven Nine Hundred Twenty Nine Thousand Rupiah

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to train and guide the skills of students of West Rengat 1 Vocational School in an effort to increase competence in knowledge, skills and processing of measurement data using a waterpass measuring instrument in soil surveying subjects, because one of the competencies that must be possessed SMK students, especially those majoring in construction and housing engineering, are studying land surveying using a waterpass tool. The methods used in this training activity include presentation, demonstration, practice and evaluation. The results of the evaluation of this activity were obtained from the assignments given to each student. The instructor checks the calculated measurement results. From the initial observation to the final evaluation process, it was found that there was an increase in the knowledge and skills of the students. Initially the participants did not have the ability to do surveying using a waterpass, but after the training was given the participants were able to apply the program. The evaluation results showed that as many as 67% of the participants were able to carry out the measurement assignments that had been given.

Abstract

Kerusakan jembatan merupakan salah satu masalah yang sering terjadi di Indonesia pada umumnya dan di Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu khusnya. Kerusakan jembatan dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai macam hal terutama oleh kurangnya perawatan dan pemeliharaan terhadap jembatan. Dengan adanya kerusakan jembatan tersebut dapat mengakibatkan terhambatnya hubungan antar daerah dan dapat pula mengakibatkan terjadinya kecelakaan. Jembatan merupakan salah satu bagian penting dari suatu sistem jaringan jalan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai kondisi jembatan dan kendala-kendala maupun kerusakan yang terjadi pada jembatan serta langkah-langkah penanganan jembatan diwilayah studi. Adapun kriteria-kriteria yang di analisis dengan cara Inspeksi Visual Jembatan (INVI-J). untuk mengetahui dan menentukan nilai kondisi eksisting jembatan dipergunakan metoda Bridge Management System (BMS) dan metoda Bridge Condition Rating (BCR), NYSDOT (New York State Departement of Transportation). Pada penelitian ini ada 5 jembatan yang dilakukan penilaian dengan type jembatan yang berbeda diantaranya, type jembatan rangka baja, jembatan beton, jembatan komposit dan jembatan non standart. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil penilaian kondisi jembatan dengan kesimpulan sebagai berikut : (1). Jembatan Danau Raja Type Rangka Baja BCR 5,635 (Baik), equivalen of age 19,4 tahun dan waktu layan jembatan 30,6 tahun dengan usulan pemeliharaan rutin. (2). Jembatan III Rawa Asri Type Balok T/ Beton BCR 6,438 (Sangat Baik), equivalen of age 8,5 tahun dan waktu layan jembatan 41,5 tahun dengan usulan pemeliharaan berkala. (3). Jembatan Pasir Ringgit Type Non standart BCR 2,684 (Buruk), equivalen of age 45,55 tahun dan waktu layan jembatan 45,55 tahun dengan usulan penanganan penggantian/pembangunan jembatan baru. (4). Jembatan Petalongan I Type Komposit/ Baja BCR 5,597 (Baik), equivalen of age 19,9 tahun dan waktu layan jembatan 30,1 tahun dengan usulan penanganan pemeliharaan rutin. (5). Jembatan Kelawat Type Balok T/ Beton BCR 5,614 (Baik), equivalen of age 19,6 tahun dan waktu layan jembatan 30,4 tahun dengan usulan penanganan pemeliharaan rutin. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi Kondisi Jembatan, Nilai Kondisi Jembatan.

Abstract

Parkir adalah suatu tempat dimana kendaraan dapat berhenti sementara atau untuk berhenti jangka waktu tertentu bila diperlukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kebutuhan dari ruang parkir eksisting, dan juga untuk merencanakan kebutuhan Satuan Ruang Parkir (SRP) dan luas ruang parkir pada Gedung B Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Indragiri. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan data numerik untuk analisis. Hasil dari penelitian ini mendapatkan bahwa indeks parkir tertinggi kendaraan roda dua terjadi pada hari Rabu sebanyak 1,71 %, artinya kalau indeks parkir melebihi 1 % menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan ruang parkir melebihi kapasitas, sehingga perlu penambahan area parkir. Sedangkan pada indeks parkir yang tertinggi pada roda empat terjadi pada Jumat sebanyak 0,33 menunjukkan bahwa kapasitas area parkir kendaraan roda empat masih memadai. Untuk perencanaan penambahan area parkir direncanakan dijalan masuk Gedung B Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Indragiri dengan ukuran 4 m x 16,50 m dengan luas 66 m2 dan dapat menampung 44 unit dengan pola parkir sudut 900.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the condition of three steel truss bridges in Indragiri Hulu Regency in 2023 using the Bridge Management System (BMS) and NYSDOT methods. The assessment results showed that all three bridges, namely Trio Amanah Bridge, Danau Raja Bridge, and Sei. Singgris I Bridge, were in good condition and recommended for routine maintenance every six months. This study concludes that the application of the BMS method is effective in identifying bridge conditions and planning appropriate maintenance.

Abstract

Theodolite training for students at SMKN 1 Kelayang aims to boost their understanding and practical skills in agricultural land mapping surveys. The program kicked off by identifying the school's needs for facilities and infrastructure, especially practical equipment, which directly impacts students' knowledge of land surveying. The training was split into classroom theory and field practice. Theory sessions covered theodolite basics, fundamental mapping survey principles, key components, and functions. Pre-test and post-test results showed a significant jump in student knowledge, from 46.67% to 85.70%. Field practice focused on theodolite operations, including setup, measurement, and data processing. Even though students initially struggled, instructor guidance helped them master these skills. This training does more than just equip students with technical expertise in agriculture and mapping; it also cultivates critical thinking and an awareness of accurate data's importance in managing agricultural land resources, ultimately preparing them to compete in the workforce.
