Abstract

Ketersediaan data dan informasi merupakan salah satu kendala utama dalam pengelolaan sumber daya alam dan lingkungan (SDAL) di negara-negara berkembang. Padahal perkembangan teknologi di tengah masyarakat seharusnya mampu mendukung kegiatan pengelolaan SDAL menjadi lebih efisien dan efektif, sekaligus memberdayakan potensi sumber daya manusia setempat melalui open data, urun daya, dan pemetaan partisipatif. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan skema integrasi open data, urun daya, dan pemetaan partisipatif dalam pengelolaan SDAL. Integrasi ketiganya dapat diawali dengan memanfaatkan open data yang tersedia bebas melalui laman daring beragam instansi sebagai data dan informasi dasar. Keterbatasan utama open data yakni dari segi ketelitian serta updating bisa ditanggulangi melalui kegiatan urun daya. Pelibatan masyarakat secara sukarela dalam proses pengumpulan data dan informasi terkait SDAL merupakan ciri utama urun daya. Hasil kegiatan urun daya dikumpulkan secara daring melalui platform jejaring sosial maupun laman penyelenggara. Kualitas data dan informasinya sangat dipengaruhi oleh sosialisasi dari penyelenggara, pemasangan media bantu, dan perangkat yang digunakan oleh masyarakat. Kebutuhan data dan informasi lebih rinci dapat diperoleh melalui kegiatan pemetaan partisipatif yang mana pelaksanaannya harus diawali dengan pelatihan teknis bagi masyarakat dan pihak terlibat. Open data, urun daya, dan pemetaan partisipatif dapat diintegrasikan karena adanya kesamaan seperti semangat untuk berbagi, pemberdayaan masyarakat, pemberian nilai lebih terhadap data dan informasi, efisiensi biaya dan waktu, serta keterbukaan.

Abstract

The role of guides in a tourist area is significant because they are "ambassadors" for the state, management, and the local community. However, their existence is still not being noticed. In facing the Tourism 4.0 era, their challenges are getting more challenging because technology will displace them. They are threatened to become victims of disruption from these technological advances. The results showed that tour guides' qualifications and competence in the Ciletuh Palabuhanratu Geopark are still relatively low. This is due to the lack of attention from all parties. This research recommends that local governments, business actors related to tourism services (hotels, restaurants, banks, etc.) set aside their CSR to conduct training for guides through official organizations (HPI) in turns and are mutually beneficial.

Abstract

Ciletuh Palabuhanratu is a tourist destination area that has received a UNESCO Geopark certificate. However, the people in it still lack awareness and concern for cleanliness, health, safety, and the environment. Therefore, it is necessary to raise awareness and concern for the environment. The application of environmental awareness in the CHSE (Clean, Health, Safety & Environmental Sustainability) program needs to be carried out in every tourism service unit through the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis). The question posed in this research is how is the perception of Pokdarwis members and the community towards the implementation of CHSE in the Ciletuh Palabuhanratu Geopark Area? The method used is a survey with 90 respondents. The results showed that the perception of Pokdarwis members and the community towards the implementation of CHSE was relatively good. Researchers recommend making strict rules to maintain environmental sustainability and security in the Ciletuh Palabuhanratu Global Geopark Area.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan ingin mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan peta konsep terhadap peningkatan daya analisis mahasiswa pada materi perkuliahan Perencanaan Pembelajaran Geografi pada Jurusan Pendidikan Geografi FPIPS UPI. Pemanfaatan model pembelajaran peta konsep (concept map) dalam pembelajaran diyakini akan berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan seseorang dalam proses menganalisis sesuatu yang sedang dikajinya. Semakin banyak konsep yang dilibatkan dalam peta konsep dan terhubung satu sama lain, maka semakin tinggi kemampuan seseorang dalam menganalisis sesuatu yang dikajinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen tipe kuasi eksperimen (nonequivalent control group design), dimana kelompok eksperimen maupun kelompok koktrol tidak dipilih secara random. Penelitian dilakukan pada kelas pararel, dimana satu kelas dijadikan kelas kontrol dan lainnya sebagai kelas ekperimen. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah terdapat perbedaan, yakni kelompok mahasiswa yang mendapat perlakuan, memiliki kemampuan daya analisis yang lebih baik daripada mahasiswa kelompok kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagai berikut Hasil uji statistic menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,042, sedangkan t tabel 2,029, sehingga t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel.  Ini berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dari kolom Uji t menunjukkan nilai P = 0,003 untuk uji dua sisi (2-tailed). Karena  nilai P lebih kecil dari nilai α = 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga terdapat perbedaan antara kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol setelah diaplikasilan model peta konsep pada kelas eksperimen. Rata-rata selisih nilai pre test dan post test  pada kelas (1,8108) eksperimen lebih besar daripada kelas kontrol (0,2162). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan atau dapat dikatakan penggunaan model peta konsep berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa.Kata kunci: peta konsep (concept map), belajar bermakna, daya analisis.

Abstract

[Bahasa]: Media pembelajaran berkembang seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Namun pemanfaatan IPTEK dalam pembelajaran belum optimal disebabkan keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru terhadap Informasi Teknologi (IT). Pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui program pelatihan ini bertujuan agar guru dapat membuat media pembelajaran digital untuk meningkatkan minat siswa dalam belajar. Pelatihan ini menawarkan enam media digital yang dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran yaitu Google Earth Engine, Google My Maps, Google Earth Pro, Android, Augmented Reality, dan Website.  Metode pelaksanaan program ini adalah analisis situasi, pemberian materi, dan praktik pembuatan produk media digital melalui pendampingan trainer terlatih. Hasil dari program pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa belum semua guru geografi mampu menerapkan media digital di dalam pembelajaran. Namun tidak semua guru mampu untuk membuat media digital secara mandiri karena keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan serta faktor usia. Program pengabdian melalui pelatihan media digital ini membantu guru geografi dalam membuat dan mengembangkan media digital untuk pembelajaran geografi. Kata Kunci: guru geografi, media digital, pelatihan, pembelajaran [English]: Learning media develops along with the rapid development of information and communication technology. However, the utilization of science and technology in learning still needs to be improved due to the limitations of teachers' knowledge and skills in Information Technology (IT). This community service program aimed to help teachers create digital learning media to increase students' interest in learning. This program offered six digital media: Google Earth Engine, Google My Maps, Google Earth Pro, Android, Augmented Reality, and Website. The method used was situation analysis, material provision, and practice of making digital media products through the assistance of trained trainers. The results of this program show that not all geography teachers applied digital media in learning, and not all teachers can create digital media due to limitations of knowledge and skills. Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Indonesian government took steps to impose restrictions on community activities that had an impact on the education sector. This has led to the re-implementation of learning activities from home which still need to be more effective. On the other hand, the difficulty in understanding learning material and the emergence of laziness in students to read the textbooks provided are problems that must be addressed immediately. One of the learning media that can be used to support learning activities at home is a learning module. Based on the results of previous research, this module is effectively used in learning in class IV SD Negeri 1 Sindangkasih. In the next stage, the module is used as material for a strengthening program for learning at home. The dedication method is strengthening the implementation of learning at home with the use of digital modules by parents of students. The results of the learning reinforcement program with digital modules are very effective for parents of students. Parents think using digital modules in learning at home is more structured and can clarify learning objectives at home. In addition to using digital modules, collaboration between teachers and parents is also a factor that needs attention to support the effectiveness of student learning activities at home.

Abstract

Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) can be developed by all cognitive learning models such as discovery learning, and its implementation is relatively easy. The purpose of the research formulated is to want to know the implementation of geography learning that is oriented towards Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in geography subjects at the high school level and want to know the perceptions of students about geography learning at the high school level. This study used the survey method and obtained 140 geography teachers from all over Indonesia. The results of the research show that geography teachers have adequate competence in HOTS-oriented learning. However, some of them do not understand the principles of HOTS-oriented learning well. In the classroom, they use an expository approach (lectures) rather than inquiry. Steps that need to be taken to improve teachers' understanding of HOTS-oriented learning are through collaboration between teachers to improve their teaching practices or through guided re-variation of teaching practices (microteaching). The focus of the exercise is on the cognitive "shaking" strategy of students through meaningful questioning techniques.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence and training on employee performance with work effectiveness as a mediating variable at PT Unicorn Tosan Perkasa. Amid increasing business competition, companies must ensure that employees have adequate competencies and undergo effective training to achieve optimal performance. Despite various efforts in human resource development, employee performance has not fully met the expected targets. Therefore, this study examines how competence and training influence employee performance and the role of work effectiveness as a mediating variable. The method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the relationships between variables. The results show that competence significantly affects work effectiveness and employee performance, as does training. Work effectiveness mediates the influence of competence and training on employee performance. In conclusion, the company needs to enhance employee competence and training to improve overall performance and work effectiveness.

Abstract

Anxiety disorders are the most common mental illnesses. Spiritual therapy is one of the efforts carried out in nursing care to address discomfort or anxiety. Spiritual care, in addition to medications and other medical treatments, is a means of involving religion through prayer and remembrance, which are aspects of healing or deep psychotherapy aimed at developing selfconfidence in patients and, most importantly, fostering optimism. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of psychospiritual education on the level of preoperative patient anxiety. The research design is pre-experimental with a one-group pretest-post-test design in the Orchid and Ashoka rooms at RS H. Abu Hanifah Bangka Tengah, with a total sample size of 24 respondents. Sampling was done using purposive sampling technique. The research resultsshow that after receiving psychospiritual education, anxiety levels significantly decrease with a value of p = 0.001. Based on the research findings, individuals experiencing anxiety should receive nursing care that includes spiritual support therapy. Abstract

Lingkungan sekolah merupakan tempat yang dimana untuk membentuk karakter setiap peserta didik. Melalui program sekolah sehat ini, dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran ekologis yang diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga menjadi suatu kebiasaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab fokus penelitian untuk: 1) mengetahui pelaksanaan program sekolah sehat SMP Negeri 3 Lembang, 2) mengetahui tingkat kesadaran ekologis siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Lembang, 3) mengetahui pengaruh program sekolah sehat terhadap kesadaran siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Lembang. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi sederhana. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 195 siswa kelas VII menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) pelaksanaan program sekolah sehat belum sepenuhnya dijalani oleh siswa hal ini dilihat dari jumlah persentase yang termasuk kedalam kategori sedang hal ini didukung oleh indikator yang memiliki frekuensi tertinggi yaitu ruang kelas yang nyaman dan bersih dari berbagai sampah. 2) tingkatan kesadaran ekologis siswa SMP Negeri 3 Lembang juga termasuk kedalam kategori sedang, hal ini didukung oleh indikator dengan frekuensi tertinggi yaitu mengelola sampah sesuai jenisnya. 3) Adanya pengaruh yang pengaruh yang signifikan antara Program Sekolah Sehat (X) terhadap Kesadaran Ekologis (Y) Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Lembang.
