Abstract

CV. Kharisma Indah Lestari merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang laundry, dimana perusahaan ini menghandle laundry hotel dan perusahaan ini telah bekerja sama dengan sejumlah hotel besar yang ada di Manado. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan yang ada di CV. Kharisma Indah Lestari Mokupa. Rancangan studi penelitian adalah menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Miles and Huberman, kegiatan menganalisis data digunakan dengan 3 cara yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dan untuk pengumpulan data penelitian ini melalui observasi lapangan, dokumentasi dan wawancara kepada 7 responden dengan teknik Snowball Sampling atau pengambilan sampel rujukan dimana pada awalnya jumlah informan sedikit tetapi lama-kelamaan membersar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan CV. Kharisma Indah Lestari Mokupa adalah lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, beban kerja, disiplin, spontanitas/ kesadaran diri (self awareness), loyalitas dan kepemimpinan. (2) lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, dan loyalitas merupakan faktor-faktor utama yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. (3) Beban kerja merupakan faktor yang dapat membuat kinerja karyawan CV. Kharisma Indah Lestari Mokupa menurun. (4). Spontanitas / Kesadaran Diri (Self Awareness) belum sepenuhnya dimiliki oleh para karyawan yang ada di CV. Kharisma Indah Lestari Mokupa.(5).Kepemimpinan pihak atasan, dapat menjadikan para karyawan menjadi disiplin. Kata Kunci: kinerja karyawan, kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, beban kerja, disiplin, spontanitas/ kesadaran diri, loyalitas.

Abstract

Peningkatan sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu solusi dari setiap masalah yang terjadi dalam suatu organisasi. Untuk meningkatkan sumber daya manusia dalam suatu organisasi, maka organisasi tersebut harus meningkatkan semangat kerja pegawainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Promosi Jabatan, Mutasi dan Kompensasi Terhadap Semangat Kerja Pegawai pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kota Manado. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 35 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang di bagikan kepada pegawai pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kota Manado. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Semangat kerja Pegawai pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kota Manado. Variabel Promosi Jabatan dan Mutasi terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap Semangat Kerja Pegawai pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kota Manado. Promosi Jabatan, Mutasi dan Kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Semangat Kerja Pegawai pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kota Manado.   Kata Kunci: promosi jabatan, mutasi, kompensasi, semangat kerja

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of career development, job loyalty and Employee Welfare on employee performance at the National Unity and Political Agency of South Minahasa. This research uses quantitative and associative methods. The sampling technique in this research used saturated samples. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire distributed to 35 respondents who were KESBANGPOL Agency employees. The results show that career development, job loyalty and employee welfare simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the National Unity and Political Agency of South Minahasa. Career development partially and significantly influences the performance of employees of the South Minahasa National and Political Unity Agency. Job loyalty partially and significantly influences the performance of employees of the National Unity and Political Agency of South Minahasa. Employee welfare partially and significantly influences the performance of employees of the National Unity and Political Agency of South Minahasa. It can be concluded that Career Development, Job Loyalty and Employee Welfare simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the South Minahasa National and Political Unity Agency, while the variables of career development, job loyalty and employee welfare partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of National Unity and Political Agency employees. Abstract

This study investigates the impact of workload on service performance while considering other influencing factors. Using a causal research design with a quantitative approach, data were gathered through questionnaires distributed to 100 employees of RSUD Sayang Rakyat Makassar. Analysis was conducted with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using PLS. The results show that workload has a positive and significant influence on service performance through workability. A higher workload motivates employees to develop skills, enhancing service outcomes. These findings align with motivation and competency theories, which emphasize that improving employee skills can boost productivity and service quality. The study contributes to management science by showing that effective workload management enhances employability and service performance. Organizations are advised to implement workload strategies and support skill development. Limitations include the use of cross-sectional data and a focus on a single industry, suggesting that future research should broaden the generalizability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, WorkMotivation, and Work–Life Balance on the Performance of the Brimob Corps Members ofPaniki Dua in Manado City, North Sulawesi. The background of this research stems from theneed to understand the dynamics of police officers’ performance, which is shaped by variousinternal and external organizational factors. The performance of police personnel—especiallyBrimob members who face high-risk duties—depends greatly on the leadership patternsapplied within the unit, the strength of the organizational culture, the level of workmotivation, and the members’ ability to balance demanding job responsibilities with theirpersonal lives. Therefore, this study is crucial for providing empirical insights into the keyfactors that determine performance improvement in the field.The research employed a quantitative approach using survey techniques, with questionnairesdistributed to 100 Brimob members as the research sample. The collected data were thenanalyzed using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software to examinestatistical relationships and effects among the variables. This approach was chosen to ensureobjective, measurable, and scientifically accountable results. The findings show thatLeadership Style has a significant but negative influence on member performance. Thisindicates that the leadership approach currently applied has not fully succeeded in enhancingperformance and may even create pressure or discomfort among members. In contrast,Organizational Culture is found to have a significant and positive effect on performance,demonstrating that a conducive work environment, strong organizational values, and well-structured work systems can effectively enhance members’ productivity.Keywords: Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Work-Life Balance,Performance, SPSS – IBM SPSS software

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the direct influence of career development, work environment and workload on employee work motivation and work spirit. The influence of career development, work environment and workload on employee work spirit through work motivation at CV Harapan Baru Sulut. This study is a quantitative study with an associative approach. The sample used a saturated sample with a total of 47 respondents. The results of the study indicate that: career development has a significant effect on work motivation, the work environment does not have a significant effect on work motivation, workload has a significant effect on motivation, career development does not have a significant effect on work spirit, the work environment does not have a significant effect on work spirit, workload has a significant effect on work spirit, work motivation does not have a significant effect on work spirit, career development through work motivation does not have a significant effect on work spirit, the work environment through work motivation does not have a significant effect on work spirit and workload through work motivation does not have a significant effect on work spirit at CV. Harapan Baru Sulut.
