Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji penerapan model problem based learning berbantu media Belajar  seperti  google  site  untuk  meningkatkan  kualitas  hasil  belajar  peserta  didik  dalam pelajaran ekonomi materi Badan Usaha dalam Perekonomian menjadi fokus dalam penelitian ini yang dipelajari peserta didik kelas XI D-8 di SMAN 2 Banjarmasin pada semester genap tahun pelajaran   2022/2023.Penelitian   ini   berjenis   penelitian   tindakan   kelas.   Teknik   analisis pengambilan data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil tes pembelajaran sebagai data kuantitatif. Analisis tes menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar secara konsisten. Data hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan penggunaan media google site dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar yang ditunjukkan dengan perolehan nilai pretest dan posttest terus mengalami peningkatan. Penggunaan media belajar google site dalam pembelajaran ekonomi terbukti dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pada pembelajaran ekonomi materi perpajakan.

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI-6 di SMA Negeri 4 Banjarmasin dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Flipped Classroom berbantuan Google Sites. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada dua siklus. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu: tahap merencanakan tindakan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap observasi, dan tahap refleksi serta menentukan rencana tindak lanjut dari tindakan yang telah dilakukan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI-6 SMA Negeri 4 Banjarmasin dengan jumlah 35 siswa dengan objek penelitian yaitu peningkatakan aktivitas  dan  hasil belajar  ekonomi  dengan  menerapkan  model pembelajaran  Flipped Classroom berbantuan Google Sites. Data aktivitas dan hasil belajar dihimpun berdasarkan hasil dokumentasi, observasi, catatan guru, tes, dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari aktivitas belajar siswa siklus pertama adalah 2,11 dengan kategori Cukup Aktif, dan pada siklus kedua nilai aktivitas belajar siswa meningkat menjadi 2,71 dengan kategori Aktif. Hasil analisis hasil belajar ekonomi siswa pada siklus pertama mengalami kenaikan dengan hasil rata-rata nilai keselururan hasil belajar adalah 65,71, daya serap siswa sebesar 65,71%, dengan ketuntasan klasikal 68,57%, dan pada siklus  kedua  menjadi rata-rata nilai keseluruhan 75,71,  daya serap siswa  sebesar 75,71%, dan ketuntasan klasikalnya menjadi 88,57%. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran Flipped Classroom berbantuan Google Sites meningkatkan aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI-6 SMA Negeri 4 Banjarmasin.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyse the behaviour of the economic aspects of distribution, showing the rivers of the Banjar people and the role of river utilisation in the economics curriculum of class. The type of research used was qualitative phenomenological, with the research subjects being the Banjarmasin riverside community. This research uses interview and documentation methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a taxonomic analysis using the Spradley model (Ethnography). The results of the research show that 1) Banjar people still use rivers for distribution activities, 2) Utilization of rivers as distribution activities can be used as a supplement source for local teaching materials in schools, especially in economic learning, 3. There are differences in the use of rivers in the past and present.

Abstract

This paper discusses Islamic boarding schools from educational progressivism.Islamic boarding school is one typical and traditional education in Indonesia.This kind of education is considered no longer relevant in the modern world.Islamic boarding schools are freer and more open compared to formal education.Therefore, this kind of education tends to be more progressivism as proposedby John Dewey. Dewey requires that education must involve students directlywith investigation and experimentation. The material is taught to be somethingpractical in life. In addition, the school must be democratic so that it reflects thesocial system represented the school. From the writer’s observation, it was foundthat the preconditions of Islamic boarding schools meet progresissvisme.Kata Kunci: Education, Islamic boarding schools, Progressivism, John Dewey.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using Microsoft PowerPoint learning media on the learning outcomes of FKIP ULM Economics Education students class of 2018 and 2019 in the Business Law course. This type of research is quantitative research with the Quasi Exsperimental Design method. This study used a Non Equivalent Control Group Design. The research sample as a control class is the 2018 class of Economic Education students totaling 23 people and the 2019 class of Economic Education students as an experimental class totaling 28 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The instruments used in this study were questions on the pretest and posttest. The data analysis techniques used in this study were normality test, homogeneity test, N-Gain test and T test using SPSS V. 16 for Windows. 16 for Windows. Based on the results of the T-test calculation, the sig. (2 tailed) of 0.280. Because 0.280 > 0.05 then H0 is rejected. This shows that there is no significant difference in the learning outcomes of Business Law courses between the control group (classes without using interactive learning media Microsoft PowerPoint ) and the experimental class (classes that use interactive learning media Microsoft PowerPoint). It can be concluded that the use of Microsoft PowerPoint learning media on the learning outcomes of FKIP ULM Economics Education students class of 2018 and 2019 has no significant effect on Business Law courses.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau dan mempelajari penerapan dan penegakan hukum tindak pidana perjudian online dalam hukum positif sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 27 ayat (2) Jo. Pasal 45 ayat (2) Undang-undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 11 tahun 2008 sebagaiamana diubah dengan Undang-undang Nomor 19 tahun 2016 tentang Informasi Transaksi dan Elektronik. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah penelitian yuridis normatif, dengan melakukan penelitian terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan dan berbagai literatur yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan. Hasil penelitian ini ialah pertama, pengaturan tindak pidana dalam hukum positif Indonesia tidak mengenal istilah tindak pidana perjudian online sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam Pasal 303 KUHP serta tidak mendikotomi atau membedakan tindakan perjudian tersebut menjadi tindak pidana perjudian online atau tindak pidana perjudian biasa. Kedua, bahwa dalam konteks upaya pencegahan penyebaran tindak pidana perjudian Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 Tentang Perubahan Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 Tentang Informasi Dan Transaksi Elektronik telah memenuhi perannya sebagai upaya pencegahan secara penal, akan tetapi hal tersebut tentu saja masih jauh dari kata cukup. Karena fokusnya adalah pelarangan setiap orang untuk menyebarluaskan informasi apapun dan dalam bentuk apapun yang berisi muatan perjudian sebagaimana dijelaskan mengenai definisi dan ruang lingkup “mendistribusikan” yaitu mengirimkan dan/atau menyebarkan Informasi Elektronik dan/atau Dokumen Elektronik kepada banyak Orang atau berbagai pihak melalui Sistem Elektronik. Sedangkan yang dimaksud dengan “mentransmisikan” adalah mengirimkan Informasi Elektronik dan/atau Dokumen Elektronik yang ditujukan kepada satu pihak lain melalui Sistem Elektronik

Abstract

Background: Children Friendly Schools (CFS) are a dream for every student and parent, because in school students will get academic learning with a feeling of fun and calm. Aim: This study aims to evaluate the real conditions of primary schools in the city of Banjarmasin in the perspective of Child Friendly Schools and recommendations regarding the prototype of standard instruments and constructive criteria to measure the feasibility of schools as Child Friendly Schools with the standards set. Method: The research method uses R&D techniques with stages: needs analysis, instrument prototype development, trials for construct validation and dissemination using 31 Elementary Schools in Banjarmasin City. The instrument of data collection uses a structured questionnaire. Findings: The results of the study show that the measuring instruments for achieving Children Friendly schools include 6 (six) components, namely (1) CFS policy, (2) implementation of the learning process, (3) Trained Educators and Education Personnel on Child Rights, (4) Infrastructure, (5) children's participation, (6) participation of parents, community institutions, business world, other stakeholders. There were 15 schools (48.39%) which were still below the average score and 16 schools (51.61%) were above the average score. The highest achievement level is the Learning Process Implementation Component (93.3%) and the lowest achievement is the Child Participation Component (56.68%). Schools have not been able to optimize the role of key targets to increase children's participation in planning, policy, learning, supervision and complaints mechanisms related to the fulfillment of children's rights and protection in education.
