Abstract

Secara khusus, peneliti berkonsentrasi pada pemanfaatan Total Quality Management (TQM) dalam meningkatkan kualitas institusi di Pesantren Suleymaniye di Taiwan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif sebagai metodologinya. Penelitian semacam ini dikenal dengan penelitian lapangan, yaitu kajian yang mendalam dan menyeluruh terhadap suatu organisasi, lembaga, atau fenomena tertentu. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Ada tiga langkah yang menyusun teknik analisis data: penyajian data, kondensasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, Pondok Pesantren Suleymaniye di Taiwan dapat meningkatkan kualitasnya dengan menerapkan kebijakan TQM yang antara lain mencakup pembuatan kurikulum pondok pesantren yang sejalan dengan tujuan utama lembaga dan menyesuaikan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dengan kebutuhan dan norma budaya siswa Taiwan, Rutin menilai kebutuhan siswa, Adanya jaminan bahwa setiap orang terlibat dalam penerapan TQM di lembaga, Menciptakan perbaikan berkelanjutan, Dekat dengan pelanggan untuk menjaga hubungan, Menawarkan sumber daya pendidikan terbaik.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to provide an overview of the Islamic Religious Education of the Indonesian migrant community in Taiwan, its learning methods and its impact on the Indonesian migrant community in Taiwan. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. This type of research is field research. This research design uses a case study of the expression of Islamic Religious Education. The data collection strategy is carried out in natural settings, primary data sources, and data collection techniques include participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. As a result, community groups, mosques, information technology, and social media have played a significant role in providing Islamic educational resources. Islamic education methods are grouped into three; covers aspects of teaching, learning, and organizing Islamic activities. Islamic religious education has a positive impact on the social life of the Indonesian migrant community in Taiwan, increasing religious identity, social integration, and fostering attitudes of tolerance.

Abstract

This research analyzes “Merdeka Belajar” in Islamic religious education learning in implementing “Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar” at SMP Negeri 1 Ngantru Tulungagung. The research method used is a qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques are used to explore data by conducting interviews, observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of his research were that planning the “Kurikulum Merdeka” for Islamic Education Subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Ngantru Tulungangung was carried out using assessment planning in stages, including cognitive and non-cognitive diagnostic assessments, process assessments in the form of trigger questions and summative assessments. Implementation of the “Kurikulum Merdeka” for Islamic Education Subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Ngantru Tulungangung is done by implementing assessments before and after learning. In practice, if educators want to know students' cognitive abilities, educators present questions that are related to the learning material. Implementing the Merdeka Belajar curriculum starts with preliminary, core, and closing activities. Obstacles to implementing the “Kurikulum Merdeka” include limited material in student books, limited facilities and infrastructure, material in the Merdeka curriculum not yet fully mastered by teachers, implementation of an inclusive school system, limited technology capabilities that support the implementation of the “Kurikulum Merdeka.”

Abstract

This research focuses on developing digital teaching materials using Canva and Book Creator specifically for elementary education students at the State Islamic University of Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. Using a Research and Development (R&D) model, the process unfolds across five key stages: analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate. During the analysis stage, it was discovered that 72% of students found traditional materials unappealing, 64% deemed them irrelevant, and 68% felt they did not promote critical thinking. In the design phase, the emphasis was placed on crafting interactive and visually engaging resources, including infographics, videos, and quizzes. As the development stage progressed, teaching resources were validated by design, content, and materials experts. In the implementation phase, 118 students participated in two sessions with pre-test and post-test assessments. The results were encouraging, showing an increase in the average score from 56.53 to 82.50 (N-Gain Score: 0.82). Notably, 82% of students reported that the digital materials were more engaging, while 76% indicated that the interactive features enhanced their comprehension. The evaluation phase revealed that these digital teaching materials significantly improved student understanding and motivation. Feedback from students and lecturers has pointed to areas for further enhancement, such as improving visual quality and integrating more interactive quizzes and instructional videos. Overall, this study underscores the effectiveness of digital teaching materials in boosting learning engagement and supporting their integration into contemporary educational practices.

Abstract

Toilet training is a way to train children in controlling their bodies when going to defecate (BAB) and urinate (BAK), carried out when the childrenare ready both physically, mentally and intellectually. In kindergarten aged, they should be able to control the urinary tract so that children no longer wet or bulge. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of toilet training in the perspective of Islam in RA Al Furqon 2 Kedungwaru Tulungagung. The method used is descriptive qualitative method, where researchers as key instruments. The results of this study: 1) the teacher explains cleanliness, purity and impurity, and manners when defecating, urinating and how to use the toilet and clean it. 2) Taught prayer reading into the toilet and exiting the toilet, 3) gives students the opportunity to defecate (BAB) or small (BAK). ) When they find a sign of students want to urinate (BAK) and defecate (BAB) and escort him to the toilet. 5) students are taught to queue, alternately, and orderly in using the toilet, 6) teach to flush the toilet and get students to wash their hands properly after defecating (BAB) and urinating (BAK) 7) getting students used to take off and use own clothing after large and small waste 8) give praise and appreciation. Toilet Training at RA Al Furqon 2 has been successful because there were no students who wet their bed.

Abstract

This article discusses a religious humanist-based learning. Learning is an activity carried out by a teacher, lecturer, tutor, facilitator so that students can learn. The teacher as an important key in learning because the teacher besides being an educator, also as a teacher, guide and trainer. That requires learning that can be enjoyed by students or children. One of them is religious humanist based learning. Religious humanists are a way of teaching that includes students with dignity and students according to their respective characteristics. Religious humanist learning is a process of teaching and learning in class that respects the basic values ​​to achieve success that is truly made the foundation in the formation of the morals of the nation's children. Learning students or children more enjoy learning but also does not carry the character or aspects of religion. So aspects of growth and development, such as physical, cognitive, social, emotional, linguistic aspects and other aspects such as religion and morals, independence and art can grow and develop optimally.

Abstract

Islamic educational institutions are currently competing to get students and get quality human resources to improve the quality of the institution. Human resources are an important element because they play an active role in improving the quality of the institution. Human resources are the driving force of educational institutions that determine the quality of the institution. The purpose of this study is to formulate how human resource management is carried out at the Amanatul Ummah International Standard Madrasah Education Institution with a research focus on planning, recruitment, placement and, and development of human resources in improving the quality of institutions at MBI Amanatul Ummah Pacet Mojokerto the phenomenon in its entirety. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, field observations and documentation as supporting. The results of the study found that human resource planning refers to the needs of students as customers, while recruitment refers to the need to maintain quality. Placement and development of human resources at the Amanatul Ummah International Standard Madrasah are based on the results of the evaluation of the teacher council, advice from the kyai of the pesantren. The results of the study also showed that the right recruitment of human resources can improve the quality of the institution. Human resource development has an effect on better student services. This study concludes that improving the quality of institutions can be done through recruitment, evaluation, advice and development or read as a theory in improving the quality of institutions

Abstract

Vocational High School (SMK) as a level of formal education that provides special skills in preparing graduates to be ready to work and well-developed independence. The graduates produced are in the form of a ready-to-use workforce, in the sense that they can directly work as expected and needed by society, especially the people of the Business World, the Industrial World and the World of Work (DUDIKA). The manpower needed is skilled labor as quality human resources according to their competence and expertise and has high competitiveness.The research method used in this study uses a qualitative method with a cross-site phenomonological approach. Data collection techniques are participant observation, indepth interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were 1) single case data analysis, 2) cross-site analysis. The research results show that:The Lifeskills Education Program in Enhancing Student Independence in the two educational institutions is: Adapting the curriculum to the competencies needed by the world of work; Determination of theoretical and practical learning activities according to the expertise program; Teachers are teachers who are professionals in their field; Determining strategies for conducting training, building partnerships, knowledge and technology innovation to produce professional graduates; Development of life skill programs, Procurement of written and practical exams (competence test), Implementation of life skills education.
