Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh harga, promosi dan tempat, terhadap keputusan pelanggan berbelanja di Giant Alauddin Makassar baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Dalam pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan angket, data yang terkumpul berupa data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode insidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel 60 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga (X1), promosi (X2) dan lokasi (X3) mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pelanggan. Berdasarkan perhitungan uji koefisien korelasi (R) diperoleh nilai R sebesar 0,874 menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang sangat kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) keputusan nasabah menyimpan dana dijelaskan oleh harga, promosi, dan lokasi sebesar 63,30 %. Berdasarkan hasil Uji t menunjukkan bahwa bahwa variabel harga (X1), promosi (X2), dan lokasi (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pelanggan berbelanja di Giant Alauddin Makassar. Uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga, promosi, dan lokasi secara simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan pelanggan berbelanja di Giant Alauddin Makassar. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima. Kata kunci : harga, promosi, lokasi dan keputusan nasabah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect, cultural, social, personal, psychological and financial products to the customer's decision to use financing at Bank Muamalat in Makassar. Primary and secondary data collection through interviews and questionnaires. Total sample of 100 customers. The results showed that based on multiple linear regression analysis showed that cultural variables (X1), social (X2), personal (X3) and experience (X5) has a positive influence on customer decisions. While the psychological variables (X4) have a negative influence on the decision to use a product financing. Based on the coefficient of determination (R2) financing decisions using the product described by the cultural, social, personal, psychological, and experience of 96.7%. Based on t test results indicate that that the cultural variables (X1), social (X2), psychological (X4) and experience (X5) significantly influence the customer's decision to use a product financing. While the private variable (X3) does not affect the customer's decision to use a product financing. F test indicates that the variable cultural, social, personal, psychological and simultaneously experience a significant influence on  customer decision variables using financing products.Keyword: kebudayaan, sosial, pribadi, psikologis, pengalaman dan keputusan nasabah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the significance of the effect of product completeness, price, and location of consumer decisions to shop at the New Agung Stationery Store and Office in Makassar, either partially or simultaneously. Data collection was carried out by interview and questionnaire, the data collected were primary and secondary data. This study uses the incidental sampling method with a sample size of 98 respondents. The results showed that based on multiple linear regression analysis showed that the variable product completeness (X1), price (X2) and location (X3) had a positive influence on customer decisions. Based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient test (R), the R value of 0.613 indicates a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination (R2) for the customer's decision to save funds is explained by the price of the product and location of 37.6%. Based on the results of the t test shows that the variable product completeness (X1), price (X2), and location (X3) have a significant effect on consumer decisions to shop at New Agung Stationery Store and Office in Makassar. The most dominant factor influencing consumer purchasing decisions is product completeness. The F test shows that the variable product completeness, price, and location simultaneously has a significant effect on consumer decisions to shop at the New Agung Stationery Store and Office in Makassar. Thus the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Hadji Kalla Branch Information Sumiharjo Makassar with the aim to determine the accounting information system sales of spare parts PT Hadji Kalla Branch Information Sumiharjo Makassar. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, the authors describe the results of observations and interviews and analyzing the data obtained in the field. After analysis and discussion, the authors obtained the conclusion that the information system of accounting of sales of spare parts has been applied in accordance with the theory so as to produce information that is reliable enough, such as the existence of conformity between the task and the responsibility of each part, functioning optimally each function is related, the availability of the documents required, the conformity of the accounting records used, as well as the suitability of procedures that make up the system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and service quality on consumer decisions to use Maxim online transportation services in Makassar. The data collection technique was done by interview and questionnaire. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. This research uses incidental sampling method with a sample size of 84 respondents. The results showed that based on multiple linear regression analysis showed that the variable price (X1) and service quality (X2) had a positive influence on consumer decisions. From the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient (R) test, the R value is 0.828, indicating a very strong correlation. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.686. This means that the consumer's decision to use Maxim online transportation services is influenced by the price and service quality of 68.6%. Based on the results of the t test, it shows that the variable price (X1) and service quality (X2) have a significant effect on consumer decisions to use Maxim online transportation services in Makassar. The F test shows that the variable price and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer decisions to use Maxim online transportation services in Makassar. Thus the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh total quality management terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proporsional sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel yang dihitung berdasarkan perbandingan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai tetap dengan jabatan terstruktur sebanyak 42 orang. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah model struktural dengan metode partial least squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan total quality management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung dan dapat meningkatkan kinerja. Begitupun juga kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung. Hasil uji mediasi kepuasan kerja juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara total quality manajemen terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keputusan konsumen menggunakan layanan Grab Food selama masa pandemi di Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 variabel yaitu Diskon (X1), Bebas Ongkos Kirim (X2) dan Keputusan Pembelian (Y). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang pernah menggunakan layanan Grabfood di Makassar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 80 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik incidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik Analisis Data yaitu Uji Asumsi Klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji multikolinearitas, kemudian Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Koefisien Determinasi, dan Uji Hipotesis yang terdiri dari Uji Parsial dan Uji Simultan. Hasil penelitian ini, secara parsial diskon berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, begitu juga gratis ongkos kirim berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan, diskon dan gratis ongkos kirim berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen menggunakan layanan Grab Food selama masa pandemi di Makassar. Kata kunci : diskon; gratis ongkos kirim; keputusan pelanggan Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of consumer decisions to use Grab Food services during the pandemic in Makassar. This study uses 3 variables, named Discount (X1), Free Shipping (X2) and Purchase Decision (Y). The sample in this study is all consumers who have used Grabfood services in Makassar. The sample in this study amounted to 80 people. The sampling technique used in this research is incidental sampling technique. This study uses Data Analysis Techniques, namely Classical Assumption Test consisting of normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test, then Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Test, and Hypothesis Testing consisting of Partial Test and Simultaneous Test. In this study, partially discount has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, as well as free shipping has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, discounts and free shipping have a significant effect on consumers' decisions to use Grab Food services during the pandemic in Makassar. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, organizational culture and work environment on widyaiswara performance, and analyze the dominant influence among the three variables on widyaiswara performance. This type of research is quantitative which is designed to answer the problems that have been formulated and the objectives to be achieved as well as to test hypotheses. The sample size was selected using full sampling, namely 161 widyaiswara respondents. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that transformational leadership plays an important role in work activities, where work action-oriented transformational leadership influences performance improvement. This is proven by the results of research showing that transformational leadership has an effect on the performance of widyaiswara. Organizational culture that is loaded with values ​​and working principles influences performance improvement. This is proven by the results of research showing that organizational culture influences the performance of widyaiswara. Work environment that is integrated with work dynamics influences performance improvement. This is proven by the results of research showing that the work environment has an effect on the performance of widyaiswara. Dominant transformational leadership influences performance improvement. This is proven by the results of research showing that transformational leadership is charismatic, inspiring, shows intellectual stimulation and individual considerations have an effect on increasing widyaiswara performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the provision of investment credit and working capital loans at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The population in this study is the amount of investment credit and working capital credit at PT. Bank BNI in the period 2015 to 2019. This research fully uses secondary data, secondary data in the form of financial reports that have been published by PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The data analysis technique used is the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and the conclusions in this study are based on the F test or simultaneous test of investment loans and working capital loans simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on probability, meaning that both variables this can increase the probability.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Digital marketing merupakan salah satu strategi yang digunakan oleh pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dan mempermudah dalam mencari informasi produk. Meski demikian, para pelaku usaha, terutama yang mewakili usaha kecil dan menengah, masih mengandalkan metode pemasaran tradisional. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan para pelaku UMKM di desa Timbuseng dalam pengelolaan pemasaran guna mendorong penjualan produk secara besar-besaran dan meningkatkan daya saing UMKM, serta penguasaan digital marketing dalam rangka menjaring calon konsumen melalui media sosial. Kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan yang memadukan sosialisasi dengan gaya ceramah, mengidentifikasi masalah, serta diskusi tanya jawab. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berimplikasi kepada para pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah untuk lebih termotivasi dan semangat dalam berbisnis sehingga usaha yang mereka kelola dapat berkembang. Kata kunci: Strategi Pemasaran, UMKM, Digital Marketing  ABSTRACT Digital marketing is one of the strategies used by micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to meet consumer needs and make it easier to find product information. However, business actors, especially those representing small and medium enterprises, still use on traditional marketing methods. This activity aims to increase the knowledge and ability of MSME actors in Timbuseng village in marketing management to encourage massive product sales and increase MSMEs competitiveness, as well as mastery of digital marketing in order to attract potential consumers through social media. PKM activities are carried out with an approach that combines socialization with lecture style, problem identification, and question and answer discussions. The results of this activity have implications for micro, small and medium business actors to be more motivated and enthusiastic in doing business so that the businesses they manage can develop. Keyword: Marketing Strategy, MSMEs, Digital Marketing
