Abstract

Marketing strategy is a comprehensive plan that directs a company's marketing efforts to achieve its goals. Consists of seven elements: product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence. Islamic business ethics is a set of moral principles that guide business activities, which originate from the Koran and Hadith. Business ethics in Islam emphasizes honesty, transparency, fairness, trustworthiness, and generosity. This research uses a qualitative approach which involves collecting data through observation, interviews and document analysis. Research is carried out in a natural context and is exploratory in nature. Research Results Dalwa Syariah Hotel has implemented various marketing strategies, including market segmentation and marketing mix strategies. This hotel is collaborating with Online Travel Agents, Corporate Clients, Governance and Travel to increase the number of visitors. The hotel marketing mix strategy, which includes product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence, is in line with Islamic business ethics.

Abstract

The aim of writing this journal is to find out strategies for developing halal business in Indonesia. The writing method is descriptive based on previous research reports and several journals with the same theme, namely halal business development. The results of the review of several journals that have been listed can conclude that Indonesia has great potential to develop halal business globally. This is because the demand for halal products is increasing in every country. Not only that, but a halal business also requires several strategies to develop the business, namely by controlling product halalness, halal logistics, and halal verification.

Abstract

This article discusses the investment strategy of Islamic bank stocks in Indonesia using dollar-cost averaging as a method to achieve long-term investment efficiency, by identifying Islamic banking principles that affect investment in Islamic bank stocks and analyzing how dollar-cost averaging can be effectively applied in this context. The dollar-cost averaging approach is designed to consider its potential benefits in reducing the risk of market volatility and increasing asset accumulation over a longer period of time. As technology develops and the financial industry develops in Indonesia, investing has become easier for everyone. For novice investors, understanding and analyzing stock selection can be increasingly difficult. Therefore, considering the risk, amount of money spent, and time value of money, choosing the dollar-cost averaging method is the most suitable strategy for beginner investors. It minimizes the losses incurred while investing.

Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masyarakat Desa Clarak yang belum mampu meningkatkan potensi desanya secara maksimal, sementara desa ini memiliki potensi besar menjadi desa mandiri ekonomi digital. Secara geografis, pembangunan jalan tol Probolinggo-Banyuwangi (Probowangi) menjadikan Desa Clarak sebagai desa yang strategis dalam pengembangan UMKM karena berbatasan langsung dengan jalur jalan tol. Tujuan dari PKM ini adalah menghubungkan produk/usaha lokal masyarakat dengan UMKM dengan memberikan pendampingan layanan merek dagang, pemasaran digital (e-commerce), dan sertifikasi produk halal. Hasil dari PKM ini adalah terdaftarnya merek dagang Café Nyantol sebagai bisnis lokal binaan Clarak, terdaftarnya hak cipta salah satu motif batik pelaku usaha lokal Clarak, terbentuknya e-commerce Clarak Store, terdaftarnya salah satu produk es krim ke Komisi Fatwa MUI, serta beberapa produk usaha lainnya. Outcome yang diharapkan dari PKM ini adalah terbentuknya kesadaran dan pengetahuan pelaku usaha lokal, UMKM, dan BUMDES Desa Clarak untuk mendigitalisasi seluruh produknya hingga terbentuk Clarak sebagai Desa Ekonomi Digital.

Abstract

Abstract: Financial institutions have a role as intermediary institutions or a process of transferring funds from savers to borrowers or those who need funds. The role of financial institutions is very large in the growth and development of the community's economy. Currently, non-bank financial institutions also have the influence to develop the businesses of the surrounding community that cannot be reached by banks. One of them is in the Sharia Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSPPS) Kramat, which provides financing with rahn products. Researchers conducted research on the implementation of rahn products and strengthening the business of members in KSPPS Kramat. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of Rahn products and to determine the effect of Rahn financing in increasing income and strengthening businesses that were built or even being run by members. The research conducted at KSPPS Kramat uses qualitative research methods, by interviewing several members of KSPPS Kramat and their administrators. While the data collection techniques carried out by researchers are interviews, documentation and observation. In this study the researchers found several things. In the application of the Rahn product at KSPPS Kramat using a sale and purchase agreement, but it does not take advantage of the goods that are pawned and the application for financing is also easy. With the financing of rahn products, businesses around the village of Jatiarjo have increased, this is because the installments at KSPPS Kramat do not have usury. And the monthly installments are quite light, making it easier for the community to pay off the proposed financing. Keywords: KSPPS, Rahn Products, Income Increase.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian terkait strategi pembiayaan murabahah bermasalah dengan metode reschedulling pada masa pasca pandemic yang terjadi di koperasi karyawan Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan.Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan mejelaskan secara rinci bagaimana penerapan strategi penanganan pembiayaan murabahah yang dilakukan oleh pihak koperasi pada masa pasca pandemi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif diamana perolehan data dari hasil obesrvasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Teknik dalam menganalisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif yang merupakan gabungan antara penelitian kepustakaan dengan penelitian yang terjun langsung ke lapangan, data yang diperoleh dari lapanngan di analisis senhingga bisa mendapatkan suatu kesimpulan dari penelitian ini. objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengenai strategi penanganan pembiayaan murabahah bermasalah pada masa pasca pandemi di Lembaga Keuangan Syariah Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan dengan subjek penelitian yaitu ketua Koperasi Karyawan Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa penerapan straregi reschedulling yang dilakukan sudah sangat baik sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, , faktor-faktor penyebab pembiayaan bermasalah yaitu ada faktor internal, faktor eksternal, dan juga faktor lingkungan, strategi penaganan pembiayaan murabahah bermasalah di koperasi karyawan universitas yudharta pasuruan dengan penjadwalan kembali atau istilahnya disebut metode rescheduling. Manfaat penelitian ini nantinya sebagai bahan refrensi serta bahan evaluasi terhadap kinerja lembaga keuangan itu sendiri Kata Kunci: Strategi, Pembiayaan Murabahah Bermasalah, Reschedulling

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organizational commitment, work motivation, and job satisfaction on human resource performance. This research is quantitative using a survey type and data analysis techniques using SPSS 25. The respondents for this research were 67 employees of PT. Karya Maju Sejahtera, Gudang B. The results of this research show that organizational commitment partially has no effect on human resource performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously these variables have no effect on the performance of PT. Karya Maju Sejahtera Bersama.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of implementing sharia principles in the hotel industry, especially in the context of sharia dalwa hotels, with a focus on aspects of customer loyalty. Sharia principles provide a framework that is in accordance with Islamic values, such as justice, transparency and shared prosperity. This research identifies whether there is an influence between customer loyalty at Dalwa Syariah hotels on sharia principles and trust. Through analysis of primary and secondary data, the findings show that consistent application of sharia principles increases customer trust and satisfaction, which in turn strengthens their loyalty.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia usaha di era globalisasi ini, menimbulkan persaingan yang sangat tajam antar bank untuk berkompetisi menarik nasabah dengan memberikan produk yang beraneka ragam dan layanan yang terbaik bagi nasabah. Hal utama yang harus diperhatikan agar nasabah bertahan dan tidak berpindah kepada pesaing adalah bank harus membuat nasabah puas dengan produk dan layanan yang diberikan. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan utama bank untuk mewujudkannya adalah menciptakan satisfaction. Bank berusaha mendesain kualitas layanan yang dimiliki sebaik mungkin untuk menciptakan dan meningkatkan rasa puas bagi para nasabahnya. Untuk mencapai kepuasan nasabah tersebut diperlukan variabel-variabel yang dijadikan sebagai sarana untuk pencapaiannya. Menurut teori, kualitas layanan setidaknya mencakup lima variable, yaitu: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangible. Artikel ini akan menjelaskan bagaimana pengaruh dimensi tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty secara parsial dan bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan nasabah Bank Syari’ah.

The halal label is part of the product with product information the packaging. Companies must apply halal labeling on packaging because to provide certainty about the halal status of these products give confidence to Muslim consumers. Digital marketing form of business that carries out marketing and advertising of brands products throughout the digital world. the application of digital marketing through social media used companies can increase revenue and attract consumers. Honey picking tours have implemented halal labeling and digital marketing for honey products.The purpose of this research first to find out application of halal labeling to consumer buying interest and the second goal is find out application of halal labeling to consumer buying interest in picking honey tours. This type of research used qualitative research using a descriptive approach. research instruments used by researchers in this research observation, interviews, and documentation. From the results of the study was found the application of halal labeling in honey picking tours includes process for obtaining halal labeling on packaging. application of digital marketing to consumer buying interest using E-commerce. existence of digital marketing very large positive impact on companies, including increasing sub-sales, saving promotional power, facilitating communication between companies and consumers.
