Abstract

Kacang panjang adalah sayuran meningkatkan kecerdasan. Tujuan mengetahui respon mikro organisme lokal (MOL) bonggol pisang terhadap produksi tanaman kacang panjang. Tempat di kelurahan Fitu Kecamatan Ternate Selatan dari bulan September - Oktober 2019. Bahan benih kacang panjang, air kelapa, mikro ordanisme lokal (MOL) bonggol pisang, air cucian beras, gula. Rancangan acak kelompok 1 faktor dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan dengan 5 taraf pupuk MOL bonggol pisang yaitu tanpa MOL bonggol pisang per lite air (B0)., MOL bonggol pisang 400 ml per lite air (B1)., MOL bonggol pisang 800 ml per lite air (B2)., MOL bonggol pisang 1200 ml per lite air (B3)., MOL bonggol pisang 1400 ml per lite air (B4). Hasil analisis ragam menunjukkan pupuk organik cair mikro organisme lokal (MOL) bonggol pisang pada dosis 1400 ml (B4) menhasilkan tinggi tanaman 17 cm dan 14 helai hal ini terjadi pada umur 14 HST . Demikian juga komponen jumlah bunga terbentuk 5 bunga panen pertama dan 5 bunga panen kedua, jumlah polong terbentuk 8 polong panen pertama dan 8 polong panen kedua. Komponen panjang polong 82 cm panen pertama dan panjang polong 83 cm panen kedua. Sedangkan diameter polong 4 mm panen pertama dan diameter polong 5 mm panen kedua. Komponen bobot polong 387 g panen pertama dan 437 g panen kedua. Pupuk organik cair mikro organisme lokal bonggol pisang sangat baik untuk digunakan peningkatkan produksi tanaman kacang panjang dan tanaman hortikultura lainnya.

Abstract

Lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) is a vegetable of the world community for salads, fresh vegetables and lettuce leaf juice. The purpose of this study was to determine the growth and production of lettuce plants. Methods: January - April 2021. Farmers' gardens in Gambesi Village, Ternate, North Maluku. Lettuce seed plant material, new formula liquid organic fertilizer (POC FB) and with treatment consisting of: Treatment without new formulation liquid organic fertilizer (POCFB) 1 liter of water/3 polybags (A1), 5 cc of POCFB treatment / 1 liter of water/3 polybags (A2)., POCFB treatment 10 cc/1 liter of water/3 polybags (A3)., POCFB treatment 15 cc/1 liter of water/3 polybags (A4)., POCFB treatment 20 cc/1 liter of water/3 polybags (A5 ). Agronomic parameters include: 1) Lettuce height (cm), 2) lettuce leaf number, 3) Length (cm), 4) Fresh weight of sample (g) with analysis of variance (Anova). The results of the analysis of variance showed that the treatment of POCFB 20 cc/L water/3 polybags (A5) affected all parameters of lettuce observation, age 10 DAP was 5 cm high, at 20 DAP the highest was 9 cm and at 30 DAP the height was 18 cm. Meanwhile, at harvest, the maximum number of lettuce leaves was 6, the longest leaf was 17 cm, and the heaviest sample weight was 118 g when compared to other treatments. Macro and micro elements in POCFB so as to encourage, accelerate the increase in size, length of lettuce.

Abstract

Greening the yard is one of the actions that can tolerate the greenhouse effect and global warming, the utilization of yard land can increase fresh air, support the household economy and reduce pollution. Planting fruit trees is one of the solutions to reduce global warming. Fruit plants can be propagated vegetatively using a grafting system to shorten the reproductive period. The objectives of this research are to: 1) To increase public interest in fruit plants with grafting systems, and 2) to provide information about fruit plants with grafting systems. The research was conducted in bangko hamlet, Bobane Igo Village, West Halmahera Regency. The types of data collected in this research are primary and secondary data. The results showed that the public interest is very large to know about the grafting system on fruit plants. The failure of grafting of fruit plants can be caused by one of them is dependent on temperature and climate, how to take sample time, and the age of the saplings.

Abstract

Lettuce plant (Lactuca sativa L) vegetable of the world community. The purpose of coconut water organic fertilizer as a nutrient for the growth and yield of lettuce plants. Method. This research was conducted from March to July 2022 in the farmer garden of Nusajaya East Halmahera, North Maluku. Lettuce seed plant material, Coconut water organic fertilizer and with the following treatments: B1 treatment without coconut water organic fertilizer 0 cc / 1 liter of water / 3 polybags, B2 treatment of coconut water organic fertilizer at a dose of 10 cc / 1 liter of water / 3 polybags B3 treatment of coconut water organic fertilizer at a dose of 15 cc/1 liter of water/3 polybags, B4 treatment of coconut water organic fertilizer at a dose of 20 cc/1 liter of water/3 polybags. B5 treatment of coconut water organic fertilizer with a dose of 25 cc/1 liter of water/3 polybags. Agronomic parameters include: 1) Lettuce height (cm), 2) many lettuce leaves, 3) Length (cm), 4) Leaf width, 5) Fresh weight of the sample (g) with variety analysis (Anova). The results showed that coconut water 20 cc/L water/3 polybags (P5) had an effect on all observation variables of lettuce, at the age of 10 HST was 13 cm high, at the age of 20 HST the highest was 18 cm and at the age of 30 HST was 24 cm high. Meanwhile, when harvesting, it produced a total of 16 leaves, the longest leaf was 20 cm, and the heaviest sample weight was 130 g when compared to other treatments. Macro and micro particles in coconut water can accelerate the increase in the size and length of lettuce. So that the content of macro (such as potassium) and micro elements (such as magnesium) in coconut water is proven to accelerate growth and increase the yield of lettuce plants.

Abstract

Carrying out the research using a tillage system (no tillage, minimum tillage, maximum tillage) and using chicken manure (no fertilizer, 20 tonnes/ha of chicken manure, 40 tonnes/ha of chicken manure). This research aims (a). to determine the interaction of the tillage system and chicken manure on soil properties and eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) production (b). To determine the effect of tillage systems on soil properties and eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) production (c). To determine the effect of chicken manure on soil properties and eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) production. carried out on Farmers' land in Guaemaadu Village, Jailolo District, West Halmahera Regency, which lasted for three months starting from October to December 2024. The height of the research location was 187 meters above sea level (m asl) with coordinates 01'03'23.55'N 127'27'40.26'E and the soil type was Inceptisol soil. Using a Factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) with Two Factors. Observations were made on plant height, number of leaves, number of fruit, fruit weight, root length, particle density (BV), bulk density (BJ) and percent soil pore (% soil pore), soil pH and water rate (%KA). The results of the research obtained were that there was an interaction between the maximum tillage system and the dose of chicken manure of 40 tons/ha which had a real influence on root length and fruit weight. The maximum tillage system had a real influence on plant height, number of fruit, fruit weight and percent of soil pores. ton/ha has a real influence on plant height, number of fruit and fruit weight.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of increasing the dose of NPK Mutiara 16-16-16 fertilizer on 3 varieties of sweet corn (Zea Mays Saccharata Sturt). This research was carried out in Tuokona Village, South Bacan District in August-December 2024. The research used a Factorial Randomized Block Design with 2 treatment factors, namely the first factor was plant variety consisting of the Paragon variety (J1), the Bonanza variety (J2) and the Super sweet variety (J3). The second factor consists of fertilizer doses P1 (5 gr), J2 (10 gr) and J3 (15 gr). The research data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and continued with the Duncan test (DMRT) 5% for data that was significantly different. Research results Plant varieties had significantly different effects on observations of leaf area, flower age, fruit length, fruit diameter and the best treatment was found in the Bonanza variety and the Paragon variety. The treatment dose of NPK Mutiara 16-16-16 fertilizer resulted in the best treatment at P3 (15 g/plant) for plant height.

Abstract

Kegiatan pembelajaran lapangan Agroteknologi di Kota Tomohon dan Balai Riset dan Pengembangan Tanaman Palma (BRMP) Mapanget, Manado, Sulawesi Utara menunjukkan pentingnya pendekatan transdisipliner yang mengintegrasikan sains, kebijakan, teknologi, dan kewirausahaan dalam kerangka sosial-ekologis yang kompleks. Peran dosen tidak hanya sebagai pendamping teknis, tetapi juga fasilitator kontekstual yang menegaskan prinsip constructive alignment antara capaian pembelajaran, aktivitas lapangan, dan evaluasi. Perspektif kebijakan dari Dinas Pertanian Kota Tomohon menekankan pengembangan hortikultura dan florikultura berbasis bukti melalui penguatan rantai nilai, tata kelola partisipatif, dan inovasi kelembagaan, sehingga pembangunan pertanian dipahami tidak semata dari aspek produksi, tetapi juga regulasi dan dinamika pasar. Sementara itu, BRMP menegaskan pentingnya pemuliaan varietas unggul, konservasi plasma nutfah, bioteknologi perbanyakan, dan inovasi pascapanen sebagai strategi memperkuat ketahanan pangan dan transformasi bioindustri berkelanjutan. Dalam konteks agroklimat pegunungan Tomohon, pembahasan menekankan interaksi genotipe–lingkungan, intensifikasi ekologis, dan konservasi varietas lokal sebagai fondasi agrobiodiversitas. Integrasi kultur jaringan, manajemen pascapanen digital, dan konsep Agriculture 4.0 memperluas pemahaman mahasiswa mengenai efisiensi, keberlanjutan, dan daya saing global. Kerangka holistik ini membentuk cara pandang agronomi sebagai sistem transdisipliner yang resilien, inklusif, dan adaptif terhadap perubahan iklim serta tantangan pangan global.

Abstract

Peternakan yang berdaya saing tidak hanya bergantung pada kualitas produksi, tetapi juga pada strategi komunikasi dan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan visibilitas Peternakan Bambo di Kelurahan Jambula, Kecamatan Ternate Pulau, Kota Ternate, melalui pembuatan video profil sebagai media informasi yang efektif, sehingga dapat menjangkau masyarakat luas dan meningkatkan peluang pengembangan usaha. Selain itu, program ini mengedepankan pelestarian lingkungan dengan menerapkan strategi kebersihan dan pengelolaan limbah berkelanjutan guna menciptakan ekosistem peternakan yang sehat dan bebas pencemaran. Pendekatan ini tidak hanya mendukung keberlanjutan peternakan, tetapi juga menjadi refleksi keseimbangan antara kemajuan teknologi dan harmoni dengan alam, sebagaimana filosofi bahwa keberlanjutan sejati tercapai ketika inovasi dan lingkungan berjalan beriringan.
