Abstract

The diversity of race, religion, ethnicity, art and culture in a nation is a potential for intolerance in the form of conflicts with nuances of diversity. In fact, diversity creates the value of local wisdom in the sense of diversity. The motto puts tolerance in a strategic domain. Incomplete understanding of religion and radical attitudes that are developing globally make tolerance difficult to materialize. Various studies on the development of a tolerance model have been carried out, but this model is only based on religious, educational, and cultural perspectives. Philosopische grondslag in this study is used to expose community harmony to solve problems of intolerance and radicalism. This study used a qualitative approach, beginning with collecting information from literature studies, collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, as well as documentation, reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions or data verification. The objectives of this study are (a) to examine the praxis of tolerance based on the philosopische grondslag that has been applied in society, (b) to develop a tolerance model to prevent intolerance and religious deradicalization based on practice to increase peace in society. The results of the study found the values of the Pancasila philosopische grondslag as a habit adopted by a pluralistic society. The case study of the implementation of philosopische grondslag in Sampetan village Boyolali is manifested in the spirit of tolerance and working together to avoid anarchism and radicalism. All of these aspects are the basis for increasing order in society in general.

Abstract

Air asam tambang (AAT) merupakan air dengan kandungan pH rendah (<4) dan logam terlarut dalam air limpasan. AAT terbentuk dari bertemunya tiga komponen, yaitu batuan yang mengandung sulfat, air dan udara. Batuan yang mengandung asam (potential acid forming) yang terkupas selama kegiatan penambangan dapat membentuk AAT setelah bertemu udara dan air yang berasal dari paparan air hujan langsung, air limpasan dan rembesan air tanah. Air limpasan yang tercemar tersebut mempunyai pH sekitar 2 – 4 dengan kandungan logam berat berupa Al, Fe, Mn, Cu dan Zn. Metoda dalam pengelolaan AAT terdiri dari sistem aktif dan sistem pasif. Paper ini membahas mengenai pengelolaan AAT dengan menggunakan sistem pasif wetland. Cakupan yang dibahas menyajikan beberapa hal terkait wetland diantaranya: ukuran wetland dan desain wetland yang tepat termasuk keasaman air yang keluar dari tambang (pH), kondisi reaksi oksidasi, laju aliran air serta waktu yang diperlukan dalam proses wetland serta luasan area yang tersedia untuk konstruksi wetland. Manfaat yang dihasilkan dari studi ini dapat digunakan untuk penelitian selanjutnya dalam rangka program pascatambang tembaga dan emas.

Abstract

This paper describes of three things. First, the Kriging estimation on gold grade which is distributed in the vein. The empirical variogram method based on Matheron classical and robust of Cressie-Hawkins. The two empirical fitting on variogram theory of spherical and exponential equations of weighted least squares and ordinary least squares used. The predictions of six sizes block-Kriging respectively, 15×15, 25×25, 35×35, 50×50, 75×75 and 100×100 based on four variographic models. Second, determine the priority of 24 prediction combinations based on TOPSIS method. Finally, the multiple criterion decision making method namely, 15×15 block Kriging based on a robust empirical variogram of exponential weighted least squares model represents as the best result.
