Abstract

The MSME sector plays an important role in national economic growth. The recovery adaptation period brings new opportunities for the MSME sector to develop and improve. By educating businesses about financial literacy, financial technology can help MSMEs grow financially. This business development method is especially seen in financial technology financing. In addition, careful use of access to finance should be encouraged among MSMEs to avoid financing problems. Quantitative and qualitative approaches are carried out to understand MSME financial literacy. The triangulation model combines in-depth interviews and observations of MSMEs to combine the strengths of both qualitative and quantitative approaches. This method is used to assess the financial needs of MSMEs using literature review, data collected from other sources and previous research journals. In addition to funding funding, Fintech can support the needs of MSMEs by combining various financial tools and services. In this new adaptation period, MSMEs need financial literacy and access to Fintech in order to develop. This is because many of them need to manage their finances wisely in order to remain financially capable. After COVID-19 researchers surveyed MSMEs in Probolinggo City for this study. The findings from this study indicate that digital marketing and financial technology payment services have a significant positive effect on increasing sales of Small, Micro, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This is shown by the fact that fintech has a significant positive influence on increasing MSME turnover. In addition, digital literacy has a small but significant effect in reducing the negative impact of fintech on MSME sales. Observing the findings and benefits of the MSME study is expected to help improve MSME digitalization and the financial literacy of MSME entrepreneurs. Because technology plays an important role in business activities and it is important for entrepreneurs to increase their digital literacy in the current era.

Abstract

Warga RT 02 RW 04 Kelurahan Penjaringansari Surabaya merupakan masyarakat urban yang telah menyadari pentingnya menjaga kesehatan individu dan kelompok, salah satunya diwujudkan melalui penanaman tanaman obat dalam bentuk Taman Obat Keluarga (TOGA). Namun demikian, warga memiliki permasalahan terkait tata kelola TOGA dan diversifikasi bentuk olahannya. Program pendampingan ini dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan warga RT 02 RW 04 Penjaringansari terkait tata kelola TOGA dan pengolahan TOGA. Metode yang digunakan pada program ini pendampingan, dimana kegiatan terbagai dalam dua tahap yaitu penyuluhan tata kelola TOGA dengan metode ceramah interaktif dan pelatihan pembuatan minuman serbuk instan “pokak” dengan praktek langsung. Hasil yang diperoleh dari program ini adalah terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan mitra dari sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan yaitu sebesar 69%, sementara itu ketrampilan mitra dalam mengolah TOGA meningkat dari 1 bentuk (cairan) menjadi 2 bentuk (cairan dan serbuk instan) atau peningkatan sebesar 100%. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa penyuluhan dengan metode ceramah dan pelatihan dengan praktek langsung dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan mitra dalam tata kelola TOGA dan diversifikasi bentuk sediaan olahan TOGA. Pendampingan lebih lanjut diperlukan terkait dengan desain kemasan, promosi, serta pemasaran produk olahan TOGA warga RT 02 RW 04 Penjaringansari Surabaya.

Abstract

Abstract—This study discusses the Comparison of Cocoa Bean Export Competitiveness between Indonesia and Nigeria for the 2009 – 2019 Period. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach using the Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) method. The variable data used in the RCA calculation is data on the export value of a country's cocoa beans, the total export value of all commodities of a country, the export value of a country and the total export value of all world commodities during the period 2009 – 2019 obtained from Trademap and UN COMTRADE. This study aims to identify and analyze countries that have a higher competitiveness between Indonesia and Nigeria for the period 2009 – 2019. The findings from this study indicate that Nigeria has higher competitiveness in cocoa bean exports when compared to Indonesia, and both countries have potential to compete in international markets. Keywords: competitiveness, export of cocoa beans, rca, international trade. Abstrak—Penelitian ini membahas tentang Perbandingan Daya Saing Ekspor Biji Kakao antara Indonesia dan Nigeria Periode 2009 – 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA). Data variabel yang digunakan dalam perhitungan RCA adalah data nilai ekspor biji kakao suatu negara, total nilai ekspor semua komoditas suatu negara, nilai ekspor suatu negara dan total nilai ekspor semua komoditas dunia selama periode 2009 – 2019 yang didapat dari Trademap dan UN COMTRADE. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis negara yang memiliki Daya Saing lebih tinggi antara Indonesia dan Nigeria periode 2009 – 2019. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Nigeria memiliki daya saing yang lebih tinggi dalam ekspor biji kakao jika dibandingkan dengan Indonesia, dan kedua negara memiliki potensi untuk dapat bersaing di pasar internasional. Kata Kunci: daya saing, ekspor biji kakao, rca, perdagangan internasional.

Abstract

Indonesia is a maritime country that has two-thirds of its ocean area larger than its land area and has 17,500 islands along 108,000 km of coastline. Indonesia's oceans provide a source of economic income that can support economic activities every year. The Blue Economy is aligned to increasing marine economic activities without destroying the ecosystem and preserving marine resources in a sustainable manner. The research carried out was to analyze the influence of caught fish and fish cultivation on economic growth in East Java. Researchers use multiple linear regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method and secondary data types in the form of numerical numbers which will be processed using Statistical Tests in Eviews software. The time series data used comes from the official BPS (Central Statistics Agency) website for 5 years. The results of the research show that captured fish production and fish cultivation have a significant and significant impact on economic growth in East Java. Fish Catching and Fish Cultivation will have an even greater impact if the East Java Government increases new innovations such as implementing the Blue Economy on every coast where Fish Catching and Fish Cultivation occurs in East Java.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki kontribusi yang besar pada pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara. Kabupaten Sampang Madura merupakan salah satu daerah yang turut berkontribusi pada kegiatan perekonomian, khususnya di Jawa Timur. Jumlah UMKM yang besar dan kenaikan Nilai Tambah Bruto Atas Dasar Harga Berlaku (NTB ADHB) tiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis profil, kendala, dan strategi pengembangan UMKM di Kabupaten Sampang Madura. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis konten dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui survei dan wawancara kuesioner terhadap 114 UMKM di Kabupaten Sampang Madura. Data diolah dan divisualisasikan menggunakan voyant dan excel. Studi pustaka yang diperoleh dari berbagai jurnal, artikel, maupun website digunakan sebagai data pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profil UMKM di Kabupaten Sampang Madura menunjukkan potensi pertumbuhan secara berkelanjutan, namun terdapat beberapa kendala yang dialami, meliputi pemasaran, bahan baku, persaingan, modal, sumber daya manusia, distribusi atau transportasi, dan kerja sama. Strategi pengembangan UMKM yang dapat dilakukan adalah mengikuti sosialisasi, pelatihan, bergabung dalam komunitas, metode bisnis beralih ke digital, menjaga hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan dan pemasok, serta melakukan inovasi. Mayoritas pemilik UMKM masih berusia produktif dan berpendidikan tinggi. Sebanyak 43 unit UMKM telah beroperasi lebih dari 10 tahun dan mulai mengadopsi teknologi digital. Abstract

Investment is synonymous with the activity of placing funds in the current period with the expectation of gaining profits in the future, one of which is through the capital market. One intriguing investment activity is Shariah-compliant investment, not limited solely to Muslims; even non-Muslims are interested in investing due to its principled process, providing a sense of tranquility, and enhancing confidence in transactions deemed halal. The determination of Shariah-compliant investments is undoubtedly influenced by macroeconomic factors. Therefore, it is crucial to examine how the BI rate, inflation, exchange rate, and oil prices affect Shariah stock prices. The method employed is explanatory through a multiple regression model with secondary data from the period 2014 to 2021. This study found that the BI rate and oil prices have an impact on Shariah stock prices. A high BI rate can make interest-based investment instruments more attractive than Shariah stocks, resulting in a shift of funds from the stock market to other financial instruments. Meanwhile, oil prices will affect the performance of companies, especially in the energy sector, such as production costs, transportation costs, and other expenses that use energy as a component of their activities.

Abstract

To solve the challenges of the urban agriculture system, urban farming is a viable option. RT 02 RW 04, located in Penjaringansari Village, Rungkut Subdistrict, Surabaya City, is a group of urban dwellers attempting to survive in difficult circumstances. Vertical gardening (TOGA) development employing vertical farming methods has been chosen to preserve the environment and health. This activity intends to provide help and information transfer, particularly in the growth of TOGA (family medicinal plants) on restricted land as a more effective agricultural alternative. The aid covers planting media selection, seedling, planting, and harvesting. The Edu_DoIt approach (Education and Do It) is used in this community service project, which means education with direct application. The result of this activity is educational vertical gardening in limited spaces. The harvested produce is sold to the local community, providing not only knowledge but also sustainable economic value. This activity has led RW 04 Penjaringansari Surabaya to be nominated as one of the top 500 neighborhoods in Surabaya, demonstrating the residents’ commitment and hard work in improving their environment

Abstract

Tourism village development has emerged as one of Indonesia's regional economic growth strategies. Selotapak Village is one of the settlements that is utilizing Gartenhutte's natural tourism potential as its main appeal. Because the available facilities are currently limited, there is a need to increase the attractions that can attract tourists, one of which is the building of a one-of-a-kind swing. This attraction is ideal for the scenic scenery as well as the tourism environment. Certainly, the introduction of this new attraction will have a multiplier effect on tourism development and community well-being. The development of the "swing" attraction in Gartenhutte is planned to offer further economic value to the hamlet

Abstract

Abstract.     Productive endeavors owned by individuals or businesses within the micro, small, and medium-sized scope are referred to as micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). In the era of digitalization, MSMEs are compelled to adapt to digital technology in their business operations, as well as changes in business practices and consumer behavior. Sambal Dede Satoe is one of the MSMEs that was initiated in 2011, producing various types of chili sauce. It is essential to recognize changes in consumer behavior in the digital era. The purpose of this research is to understand how consumer behavior has changed for Sambal Dede Satoe and how online media is utilized to sustain its business. The research method employed is qualitative, using data triangulation for validity, with primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data from the Sambal Dede Satoe website. The research results indicate that there are four factors influencing the transformation of consumer behavior in the digital era: product information sources, product purchasing mechanisms, satisfaction levels, and sales levels. The implications of the transformation in consumer behavior necessitated Sambal Dede Satoe to make changes in various aspects of their business, particularly in digital marketing strategies, to enhance product sales and business sustainability.   Abstrak.   Usaha produktif yang dimiliki perorangan maupun badan usaha dengan lingkup mikro, kecil dan menengah disebut Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Pada era digitalisasi, UMKM  dituntut beradaptasi terhadap teknologi digital dalam operasional usahanya, demikian pula cara berbisnis dan perilaku konsumen mengalami perubahan. Sambal Dede Satoe merupakan salah satu UMKM yang dirintis sejak tahun 2011 dengan produksi aneka sambal, perlu mengenali perubahan perilaku konsumen-nya di era digitalisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana perubahan perilaku konsumen Sambal Dede Satoe serta pemanfaatan media online yang  diterapkan  guna  mempertahankan  bisnisnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik keabsahan triangulasi data, sedangkan data yang digunakan adalah data primer melalui kuesioner serta data sekunder melalui website Sambal Dede Satoe. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada empat faktor yang mempengaruhi transformasi perilaku konsumen di era digital yaitu sumber informasi produk, mekanisme pembelian produk, tingkat kepuasan, dan tingkat penjualan. Implikasi dari transformasi perilaku konsumen yang terjadi menuntut Sambal Dede Satoe melakukan perubahan di berbagai aspek bisnis khususnya pada strategi pemasaran digital guna peningkatan penjualan produk dan keberlanjutan usaha.

Abstract

Abstract. The aim of this research is to determine the level of satisfaction of online motorcycle taxi driver partners in Surabaya. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection through questionnaires using a Likert scale. This study uses the dimensions of service quality at a fast food restaurant in Surabaya using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) data analysis methods. The results showed that the overall satisfaction level of online motorcycle taxi driver partners at a restaurant in Surabaya based on the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method obtained results of 82.86% in the "satisfied" category. The results obtained by the Cartesian Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) diagram show that there are attributes that need to be repaired, increased, reduced in intensity, and maintained as expected by online motorcycle taxi driver partners in Surabaya. Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan mitra driver ojek online di Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan dimensi kualitas pelayanan pada restoran cepat saji di Surabaya dengan menggunakan metode analisis data Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan tingkat kepuasan mitra pengemudi ojek online pada sebuah restoran di Surabaya berdasarkan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) memperoleh hasil sebesar 82,86% dengan kategori “puas”. Hasil yang diperoleh diagram Cartesian Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat atribut-atribut yang perlu diperbaiki, ditingkatkan, dikurangi intensitasnya, dan dipertahankan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan oleh mitra pengemudi ojek online di Surabaya..
