Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap etos kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Puskesmas Sungai Kakap Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang ada di Puskesmas Sungai Kakap Kabupaten Kubu Raya yang merupakan-Pegawai Negeri Sipil dengan sampel sebanyak 56 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi sederhana, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji kelayakan model.Berdasarkan hasil regresi linear berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = Y = 5,363 + 0,313X. Hasil koefisien korelasi sederhana menunjukkan nilai R sebesar 0,314 yang berarti bahwa kepuasan mempunyai hubungan yang lemah terhadap etos kerja PNS pada Puskesmas Sungai Kakap Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 0,098, artinya etos kerja dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan kerja sebesar 9,8% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hasil kelayakan model diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,015 dimana lebih kecil dari 0,05 yang berarti bahwa model regresi yang digunakan dapat melihat pengaruh variabel etos kerja yang dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Perubahan tutupan lahan yang semakin meningkat dari kawasan hutan menjadi kawasan pertanian tidak akan terhindarkan akibat semakin banyaknya penduduk di sekitar hutan. Perlu dilakukan langkah-langkah untuk merubah kegiatan pengelolaan lahan yang kurang memperhatikan kelestarian lingkungan menjadi kegiatan yang mampu meningkatkan daya dukung lingkungan. Pola pengelolaan lahan yang mampu mendukung kelestarian lingkungan adalah menerapkan sistem konservasi lahan dalam pengelolaannya dengan mengoptimalkan beragam pohon dan tanaman yang memberi ragam manfaat. Kegiatan meningkatkan pemahaman tentang konservasi lahan melalui penanaman Multi-Purpose Tree Species (MPTS) sebagai upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan pada masyarakat dalam Kawasan Hutan Dengan Tujuan Khusus (KHDTK) Universitas Tanjungpura (UNTAN) dilaksanakan di Dusun Mianas Desa Sumsum Kecamatan Mandor Kabupaten Mempawah. Menggunakan metode kualitatif yang kemudian dijelaskan secara deskriptif. Penyampaian dan pengumpulan informasi dilakukan melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan observasi langsung. Hasil sosialisasi meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat menjelaskan, bahwa mayoritas masyarakat kurang paham sehingga diperlukan intensifikasi pemahaman masyarakat terkait teknik konservasi dan optimasi lahan menggunakan MPTS, upaya pemahaman dan alih teknologi konservasi lahan yang diterapkan harus sesuai dengan kemampuan masyarakat dalam penerapan setiap teknik/pola yang disampaikan sehingga perlahan-lahan dapat mereka implementasikan mandiri dengan pemahaman yang sederhana, melakukan upaya percontohan, minimal satu demplot di desa melalui pengelolaan lahan berkelanjutan dengan cara merubah pemahaman masyarakat secara perlahan berkesinambungan dari pola tradisional menuju teknik IFS yang diintegrasikan dengan optimalisasi lahan melalui tanaman MPTS.

Abstract

Kegiatan PKM ini adalah untuk transfer iptek melalui pemanfaatan produk teknologi tepat guna kepada mitra Kelompok Simpang Jaya 1, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas, nilai tambah, dan tingkat perekonomian dari mitra pada khususnya dan aktivitas ekonomi daerah pada umumnya. Produk permesinan yang dihibahkan diantaranya adalah Mesin Pengupas Buah Pinang dan Mesin Pembuatan Briket. Mitra kelompok sasaran sangat antusias terhadap kegiatan program PKM DRTPM 2023 ini, yang mana semua anggota mengikuti semua tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan sesuai dengan apa yang telah direncakan oleh tim PKM. Sebelum kegiatan PKM DRTPM Masyarakat mengupas buah pinang dengan menggunakan palu dan tang, setelah kegiatan PKM kelompok sasaran mampu mengupas buah pinang dengan bantuan mesin pengupas buah pinang yang telah dihibahkan

Abstract

This study aims to; 1) Test and analyze the influence of capital expenditure growth and Original Local Government Revenue growth on economic growth in the Regencies/Cities of West Kalimantan Province. 2) Test and analyze the influence of capital expenditure growth and regional original revenue growth on fiscal stress through economic growth in the Regencies/Cities of West Kalimantan Province. The study uses the Path Analysis method in the Sobel Test of Panel Data Regression to analyze the direct and indirect effects of capital expenditure growth and regional original revenue growth on fiscal stress through economic growth in the 14 Regencies/Cities of West Kalimantan Province. The conclusion from the study results shows that capital expenditure growth and regional original revenue have different influences on fiscal stress and economic growth in the Regencies/Cities of West Kalimantan Province. Capital expenditure growth has a significant negative impact on fiscal stress, while Original Local Government Revenue growth has a significant positive impact on fiscal stress. However, capital expenditure growth and regional original revenue do not have a significant effect on economic growth in the Regencies/Cities of West Kalimantan Province. Additionally, no mediating influence was found between capital expenditure growth or regional original revenue and fiscal stress through economic growth.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of Work Morale and Motivation on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Civil Servants at the UPT Puskesmas Gang Sehat in Pontianak City. The research employs an associative research method. The population under study comprises Civil Servants working at UPT Puskesmas Gang Sehat, with a total sample size of 40 individuals. The data analysis techniques used include multiple linear regression analysis, simple correlation coefficient (R), coefficient of determination (R2), simultaneous influence test (F-test), and partial influence test (t-test). The research results indicate that the multiple linear regression equation is as follows: Y = 4.865 + 0.459X1 + 0.362X2. The results of the correlation coefficient (R) values for Work Morale are 0.668, these values indicate that the relationship between the variable Work Morale (X1) and Motivation (X2) with the variable Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) is significant. The coefficient of determination (R2) has a value of 0.446, indicating that 44.6% of Organizational Citizenship Behavior can be explained by Work Morale and Motivation, while the remaining 55.4% is influenced by unexamined variables in this study. The F-test results indicate a significant simultaneous influence of Work Morale and Motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The t-test results show a significant partial influence of Work Morale on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and a significant partial influence of Motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of morale and internal locus of control on the organizational commitment of civil servants at Transportation Department of Pontianak City. This research employs an associative research method. The population in this study consists all civil servants at Transportation Department of Pontianak City. Totaling 62 civil servants working at Transportation Department of Pontianak City. The sampling technique used in this research is total sampling. The data analysis tools used in this study are multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient (R), coefficient of determination (R2), simultaneous test (F test), and partial test (t test). The research results indicate that the multiple linear regression equation model is: Y = 0.995 + 0.418X1 + 0.312X2. The correlation coefficient value shows an R value of 0.581, indicating that morale (X1) and internal locus of control (X2) have a significant correlation with organizational commitment (Y). The coefficient of determination value, denoted as R2, is 0.337, which means that morale and internal locus of control collectively influence organizational commitment by 33.7%, while the remaining 66.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The simultaneous test results (F-test) indicate a significant influence of both morale and internal locus of control on organizational commitment. The partial test results (t-test) show that there is a significant influence of morale on organizational commitment and a significant influence of internal locus of control on organizational commitment.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Self Esteem and work ethic on the organizational commitment of Civil Servants of the Maritime and Fisheries Service of West Kalimantan Province. The data analysis method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient (R), coefficient of determination (R2), simultaneous test (F test) and partial test (t test). The value of the multiple linear regression equation obtained is Y = 2.651 + 0.243X1 + 0.667X2. This means that if Self Esteem and work ethic are worth 0 then the organizational commitment of Civil Servants at the Maritime and Fisheries Service of West Kalimantan Province is worth 2,651 units. The correlation coefficient value is 0.607. Thus, it can be interpreted that the relationship between independent variable and dependent variable is categorized as strong. The coefficient of determination is 0.369 or equal to 36.9%. Thus the Self Esteem and work ethic influence the organizational commitment variable by 36.9%. The results of the simultaneous test (F Test) are Fcount value 16.364 < Ftable 2.712. This means that Self Esteem and Work Ethic together influence the Organizational Commitment. The results of the partial test (t test) on the Self Esteem variable (X1) are tcount value is 2.519 > ttable 1.987, meaning that the Self Esteem variable (X1) partially influences the organizational commitment variable (Y). For the work ethic variable (X2), the value obtained is tcount 4.570 > ttable 1.987, meaning that the work ethic variable (X2) partially influences the organizational commitment variable (Y).
