Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Total Assets Turnover, Return on Assets, Earning Per Share and Price Earning Ratio of share price on publicly traded companies incorporated in LQ45 Index in 2012-2014. This research was conducted using secondary data. The population in this study are all publicly traded companies incorporated in LQ45 Index in 2012-2014. The sample in this study using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The research proves that, EPS and PER positive and significant impact on stock prices, ROA significant negative effect on stock prices and TATO and not significant positive effect on stock prices. Adjusted R Square value is 0,999 this means that 99.9% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable, while the remaining 0.1% is explained by other causes outside the model. Abstract

The objective of the study is to examine the effect of current ratio, Return On E quity, Debt to Equity Ratio, and size to the stock price. The research was conducted on a manufacturing company have listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange periodic 2011-2013. The sampling method in this study using purposive sampling method. The data used in this research is data from  manufacturing companies that meet the selection criteria . The analytical method used in this studyis multiple regression analysis.  The multiple regression shows thatCR, ROE and Size have positive and significant impact on stock prices, while DER has positive and not significant on stock prices. Adjusted R Square is 0,689 this means 68,9% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable, while the remaining 31,1% is explained by other causes outside the model Keywords: Stock Price, Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio and Size

Abstract

The objective of the study is to examine the effect of Earning Per Share , Debt to Equity Ratio , Return on Equity and Dividend Payout Ratio to the stock price. The research was conducted on an industrial manufacturing company that go public on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling method in this study using purposive sampling method with the study period of 2010 to 2013. The data used in this research is data from  manufacturing companies that meet the selection criteria . The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis.  The multiple regression shows that EPS, ROE and DPR have positive and significant impact on stock prices, whileDER has negative and not significant effect on stock prices. Adjusted R Square is 0,901 this means 90.1% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable, while the remaining 9.9 % is explained by other causes outside the model Keywords: Stock Price, Earning Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, and Dividend Payout Ratio.

Abstract

This study aimes to examine and analyze the effect of Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Earnings Per Share(EPS) and Financial Leverage(FL) on stock prices. The research methods used are descriptive and verificative.Methods of analysis used are multiple linear regression,correlation and coefficient of determination. Simultaneous hypothese  is tested  through F test and partial hypotheses are tested trough t test. Annual data are obtained from the Indonesia Stock  Exchange. The sampling method in this study using purposive sampling method with the research period 2010 to 2013. The data used in this study is data from 14 manufacturing companies that mean the selection criteria. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The research purpose that DPR negative and significant on stock price, EPS negative partially did not significantly affect on stock price, and FLsignificant positive on stock price.  Keywords: Stock Price, Dividend Payout Ratio, Earnings Per Share, Financial Leverage

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of firm size, profitability, sales growth, and dividend policy on capital structure. This study was conducted using secondary data. The population in this study are all companies incorporated in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2015. The sample in this study using purposive sampling method. The method of analysis used in this study is the method of multiple regression analysis. The result of this study proves that from the four variables used are firm size have positive and significant effect to capital structure, profitability have negative and significant effect to capital structure, sales growth has no significant effect to capital structure, and dividend policy has no significant effect to capital structure.Keywords: Company size, Profitability, Sales growth, Dividend policy, and Capital structure.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of return on asset, return on equity, earnings per share, dividend payout ratio and capital structure to stock price. The sample of this are manufacture company listed in BEI period 2013-2015 with 468 companies using purposive sampling method. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to analyze by SPSS program. The results of this study prove partially that the return on asset and earnings per share have a positive and significant effect on stock prices, while return on equity, dividend payout ratio and capital structure have no effect and not significant to stock prices. Simultaneously proves that return on asset, return on equity, earnings per share, dividend payout ratio and capital structure have significant effect to stock price. Adjusted R Square value shows the result of share price is influenced by return on asset, return on equity, earnings per share, dividend payout ratio and capital structure, while the rest is followed by other variables outside this research. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Return on Equity, Earning per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio, Risk to stock prices and its consequences for stock returns in manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2017. This research was conducted with using secondary data. The population in this study is. All manufacturing companies are listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2015 - 2017. The samples in this study used a purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this study is the method of multiple regression analysis. The results of this study prove that ROE has a negative and not significant effect on stock prices, EPS has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, DER has a negative and not significant effect on stock prices, BETA has a negative and significant effect on stock prices and stock prices have a negative and insignificant effect to stock returns. Adjusted R square model 1 is 0.981, this means that 98.1% of the dependent variable can be explained by independent variables and the remaining 0.019% is explained by other variables outside the model while the adjusted R square value in model 2 is -0.003 this means that -0.3% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable and the remaining 1.003% is explained by variables outside the model..

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyse the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Non-Performing Loan, and BOPO towards profitability (Return on Assets) of Banking Companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2013 – 2016. This study used purposive sampling method with sample size as 108 banking companies. Hypothesis testing using t-test with 5% significance level. The result showed that Capital Adequacy Ratio has negative significant effect toward Return on Assets, Loan to Deposit Ratio and Non- Performing Loan has no effect toward Return on Assets, while BOPO has negative and significant effect toward Return on Assets.

Abstract

This study is a research that examines and analyse the effect of cash turn over, Capital Structure and firm size towards profitability (Return on Assets) of companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2017. This study used purposive sampling method with sample size as 225 manufacture companies. Hypothesis testing using t-test with 5% significance level. The result showed that cash turn over has negative significant effect toward Return on Assets, Capital structure has negative significant toward Return on Assets, while firm size has positive and significant effect toward Return on Assets.
