Abstract

The objective of the study is to examine the effect of  CR, DER, EPS and ROA on Stock Prices in LQ45 company is go public in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research wasconducted again because that empirical evidence were linked with fundamental factors with stock prices still showed the different results that need further research to prove how the influence of fundamental factor on stock prices especially the LQ45 sector in Indonesian Stock Exchange. This study was taken because there are still differences between the research study with each other.This research was conducted using secondary data. Population in this research was LQ45 company obtained from share which was listed and “go public” in Indonesian Stock Exchage period 2013-2015. Sampling technique used waspurposive sampling. There is 68 companies that can be analysed. This study is analyzed by using multiple regression.The multiple regression shows that CR have negative and significant impact on stock prices , DER has positive andnot significant effect on stock prices, EPS and ROAhave positive and significant impact on stock prices. Adjusted R Square is 0.850 this means 85% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable , while the remaining 25% is explained by other causes outside the model Keywords: Stock Price, Current Ratio,Debt to Equity Ratio, Earning Per Share and Return On Assets.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (Car), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Operating Expenses and Operating Income (ROA) And Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) Of Return On Assets (ROA) The Banking Companies Period Year 2012-2014. Samples in this study is the overall financial statements of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, ie from 2012 to 2014, amounting to 31 companies that meet the requirements to report financial data are complete. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. Results of research Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) negative effect on ROA. Non Performing Loan (NPL) a negative effect on ROA. Operating Expenses to Operating Income (ROA) but no significant negative effect on ROA and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) to ROA. Keywords: CAR, NPLs, ROA, and LDR to ROA

Abstract

This research analyzed the influence of Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, and Size to Dividend Policy of LQ45 Company which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. A method of the sample using purposive sampling with the same period the end of 2012 until 2015. The data collected were 180 company, but only 29 a company that meet the criteria sample, so that as many as 116 companies that become the sample. Relations and influence between variable explained by using the method regression multiple analysis. The results of the research show that Profitability and the Size of the company have a positive significant effect on Dividend Policy. While Liquidity and Leverage have a negative significant effect on Dividend Policy. Keywords : Dividend Policy, Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, and Size

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Rasio Keuangan (LDR, NPL, NIM, BOPO, dan CAR) terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (ROA) Perbankan Konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2017. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perbankan konvensional yang terdaftar di BEI selama 2015-2017. Sumber data yang digunakan berasal dari Laporan Keuangan Tahunan perbankan konvensional yang terdaftar di BEI. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposing sampling, sehingga sample yang layak digunakan sebanyak 31 perusahaan perbankan konvensional yang terdaftar di BEI. Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa NIM berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROA), dan BOPO berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROA), sedangkan variabel LDR, NPL dan CAR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROA). Abstract

The objective of the study is to examine the effect of Firm Size, Growth, Devidend Policy, andProfitability to Firm Value in an industrial manufacturing company that go public on the Indonesian StockExchange. The sampling method inthis study using purposive sampling method with the study period of 2014 to2017. The data used in this research is data from manufacturing companies that meet the selection criteria. Theanalytical method used in this study is multiple regresion analysis.The multiple regression shows that Firm Size,Devidend Policy, and Profitability have significant positive effect on Firm Value, while Growth haven’tsignificant positive effect on Firm Value. Adjusted R Square value of 0,848 can illustrate that the dependentvariable is explained by the independent variable variabelitas for 84,8%, while 15,2% are influenced by theother variables.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pendidikan merupakan hak setiap warga negara, termasuk anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus tuna grahita. Pendidikan bagi anak-anak tuna grahita lebih ditekankan pada penguatan keterampilan agar dapat menjadi bekal dalam hidupnya. SLB Wiyata Dharma 2 yang mendidik anak-anak tuna grahita berada di Kabupaten Sleman yang merupakan daerah sentra salak pondoh. Ketika musim panen raya, harga salak pondoh sangat rendah. Alternatif solusi yang dapat dilakukan adalah pemberdayaan siswa dengan penguatan keterampilan melalui pengolahan salak pondoh menjadi berbagai macam produk olahan. Pengabdian pada masyarakat dilakukan dengan beberapa metode yaitu penyuluhan, demonstrasi dan pelatihan, praktik pengolahan salak pondoh, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil program pengabdian pada masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa siswa dan guru SLB Tuna Grahita Wiyata Dharma 2 Sleman mengikuti kegiatan dengan tekun dan serius. Guru dan siswa SLB Wiyata Dharma 2 Sleman mendapat wawasan, pengalaman dan keterampilan dalam mengolah salak pondoh menjadi wajik dan dodol, sehingga dapat menjadi bekal untuk berwirausaha agar lebih mandiri dan tidak tergantung pada orang lain. Abstract: Education is the right of every citizen, including children with special needs for mental retardation. Education for mentally disabled children is more emphasized on strengthening skills to become provisions in their lives. SLB Wiyata Dharma 2, which educates mentally disabled children, is located in Sleman Regency, the center of snake fruit. During the harvest season, the price of snake fruit is very low. An alternative solution that can be done is empowering students by strengthening skills through processing snake fruit into various kinds of processed products. Community service is carried out by several methods, namely counseling, demonstration, training, the practice of processing snake fruit, and evaluation. The results of the community service show that students and teachers of SLB Tuna Grahita Wiyata Dharma 2 Sleman participate in activities diligently and earnestly. Teachers and students of SLB Wiyata Dharma 2 Sleman gain insight, experience, and skills in processing snake fruit into “wajik” and “dodol” to become provisions for entrepreneurship to be more independent and not dependent on others.

Abstract

The aims of this research was to prove the influence of  size company, profitability, leverage, institutional ownership toward the income smoothing. Income smoothing is practice used by managers of a company to reduce the fluctuation of the reported income to achieve the target income either artificial or naturally. Index Eckel (1981) was used to determine the income smoothing. This research was carried out by using 12 food and beverages companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 4 years period from 2005 until 2008. The hypotheseses were tested using binary logistic regression. The result’s shows that the size of company was significant influence to income smoothing. The influence of profitability, leverage, institutional ownership was not significant. Key words: the size of company, profitability, leverage, institutional ownership, income smoothing

Abstract

Corporate financial management is one of the most important activity in keeping the sustainability of the corporate. Corporate prefers using internal financial sources, retained earnings, rather than external financial sources. However, if the internal financial sources cannot meet operating cost, then an alternative option of external financial sources is debt, and the last alternative is issuing new shares. This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of dividend policy, profitability, assets structure, and corporate size on corporate debt policy. This research uses financial report of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2014 – 2018 as observation data. Sampling method used is purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis, analyze using application SPSS version 21. The results of this study prove that corporate size has a positive and significant effect toward corporate debt policy, meanwhile dividend policy, profitability, and assets structure do not have effect toward corporate debt policy. The value of Adjusted R2 is 0.452, it shows that independent variables are able to explain dependent variable as much as 45.2% and the remaining 54.8% explained by other variables outside the model. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the tax aggressiveness through the components of financial ratios namely liquidity, leverage, profitability, and corporate size in manufacturing companies of consumer goods sub-impurities on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. The selection of samples uses proposive sampling with the criteria of consumer goods subsector companies that report complete finances and companies earn profits. Based on these criteria, a sample of 98 observations was obtained. Analytical techniques use multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that liquidity negatively affects tax aggressiveness, leverage negatively affects tax aggressiveness, profitability positively affects tax aggressiveness, and corporate size negatively affects tax aggressiveness. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Return on Equity (ROE), Earning per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Risk to stock prices and its consequences for stock returns in manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2017. This research was conducted with using secondary data and the samples in this study used a purposive sampling method. The results of this study prove that ROE and DER has a negative and not significant effect on stock prices, EPS has a positive and significant effect on stock pricesBETA has a negative and significant effect on stock prices and stock prices have a negative and insignificant effect to stock returns. Adjusted R square model 1 is 0.981, this means that 98.1%
