Abstract

Alasan dibuatnya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja bank yang sudah dicatat di BEI. Faktornya antara lain permodalan, likuiditas, biaya operasional, risiko kredit. Laporan ini memanfaatkan informasi yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perbankan yang berada di BEI dengan data laporan keuangan selama 2018 – 2022. Sampel yang sesuai adalah 39 institusi perbankan, yang menggunakan strategi purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria. Regresi berganda dipakai pada laporan ini. Laporan ini mendapatkan jawaban sebagai berikut: variabel likuiditas memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja perbankan, permodalan biaya operasional dan risiko kredit signifikan terhadap kinerja perbankan dan memiliki pengaruh yang negatif.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of motivation, work compensation, and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted at PDAM Tirta Moedal, Semarang City using employees as samples. In determining the sample, this study used the Slovin formula to determine the sample size. Test the validity of the data using factor analysis. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 23 software. The research results showed that motivation had a positive and significant influence on employee performance, work compensation also played a role in influencing employee performance, apart from that work discipline had a positive and significant influence on employee performance. This research makes contributions both theoretically and practically.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of the Current Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Long-Term Debt to Equity, and Company Size on profit growth in retail sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2019-2022 period. The data used were obtained from financial statements accessed through the IDX website. This research employs purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression. The results show that Company Size has a positive and significant effect on profit growth, while the Current Ratio and Total Asset Turnover have no effect on profit growth, and Long-Term Debt to Equity has a negative and significant effect on profit growth.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of financial performance, dividend policy and capital structure on the value of the company. The sample in this study is companies indexed on LQ45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2023 non-banking. The data analysis technique used used multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that partially ROE, DPR, and DER have a positive and significant effect on the company's value. Simultaneously, ROE, DPR, and DER have a significant effect on the company's value.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of school leadership, work environment, and workload on teacher performance. The object of this research is a private vocational high school in Semarang City. The results show that the independent variables of school leadership and work environment have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, while the independent variable of workload has a negative and insignificant effect on teacher performance. Good school leadership in providing guidance, support, and motivation to teachers will influence the improvement of teacher quality and work productivity. A good work environment with adequate facilities and a supportive atmosphere will help teachers work more effectively, increase motivation, and ultimately improve teacher performance. Heavy workloads can lead to physical and mental fatigue, which can ultimately disrupt work productivity and performance quality. An imbalanced workload can cause stress, decreased motivation, and exhaustion, leading to a decline in teacher performance.

Abstract

The company’s value is evidence that the entity has tried to run the company’s operation well with maximum profit and is a useful indicator for investors and shareholders, as it describes the success of an entity that can be seen from the price of shares. From that understanding it was decided to testing and proving the significance of profitability (ROE), company size (SIZE), leverage (DER), and liquidity (CR) towards company’s value (PBV). This type of research is the entire property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) and sampling using purposive sampling with the final sample of 90 surveys. Double linear regression for data analysis methods using the help of SPSS software. From this study obtained results and proved that profitability (ROE) and leverage (DER) have an influence towards company’s value. Whereas, company’s size (SIZE) and liquidity (CR) proved to have no influence towards company’s value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the Effect of Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance of Noms Group, Noms Kopi Semarang The population of this study amounted to 110 employees, while the sample amounted to 92 employees. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. This study used a type of survey by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data testing is carried out using validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, f tests, coefficients of determination and t tests. The results of this study showed that partially work discipline did not have a significant effect on employees at Noms Group, Noms Kopi Semarang. However, partially, work motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Noms Group, Noms Kopi Semarang. In addition, simultaneously work discipline, work motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Noms Group, Noms Kopi Semarang.
