Abstract

This study aims to determinethe effect of organizational communication on the performance of employees, the effect of work motivation on the performance of employees and the influence of organizational communication, and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Bukopin, Tbk. Palembang Branch both partially and simultaneously.The sample used in this study was a permanent employee of PT. Bank Bukopin, Tbk. Palembang Branch, which has a minimum service period of 2 years and has offices in Palembang Main Branch as many as 30 respondents. The technique used in taking this sample is to use one of the non probability sampling techniques, namely purposive sampling. The analytical method used is descriPT.ive analysis method using path analysis with the SPSS for Windows version 23.The test results of the hypothesis indicate that the variables: (1) organizational communication has a positive effect on employee performance. (2) Work Motivation of Organizational Communication and Work Motivation means that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Organizational Communication and Work Motivation have a positive effect on Employee Performance at PT.Bank Bukopin, Tbk. Palembang Branch. Organizational communication and work motivation together have an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: how to apply online vegetable marketing strategy at Warung Ibu Yuli in the new normal of Covid-19. The method used in sampling is to use purposive sampling method, the analysis method used is qualitative descriptive analysis method using SWOT and QSPM matrix method. The results of this study showed that the final score after weighting in internal and external analysis there are 7 alternative strategies that have been obtained from the results of the SWOT matrix, namely (1)reminding the public periodically about the quality and price of Warung Sayur Ibu Yuli products, (2)expanding and adding information about the location and phone number or Whatsapp, (3)opening direct orders between and expanding supplier networks , (4) make and add innovations to the marketing done and packaging conducted, (5) the application of discount promos adjusted to the difference in the latest price increase of products, (6)continue to innovate on the service and supervise players in the same market periodically, (7)increase the number of orders from the number of requests. Each altenative is then analyzed using the QSPM matrix.

Abstract

In this 5.0 era or the current digital era, new companies have emerged that utilize the development of technology. Fintech is an alternative to online loan financing that is so easy to feel at this time. In addition, the existence of fintech really affects the lifestyle of today's economic society which is so fast and instant, without requiring a complicated process. The ease of online lending is felt by all circles, especially among private employees in Serang, where the needs are increasing from the increasing need for basic necessities for those who are married and the prices of goods are increasing, with these conditions private employees take Fintech online loan financing for their daily needs because of the ease in terms of registration and disbursement which is very fast. From the data that researchers found, there is an increasing financial gap experienced by private employees in Serang, where the ease of fintech (Financial Tecnology) in online loans is very easy without knowing the impact that will be experienced by private employees, and in the end when payday closes the hole digs the hole, meaning that when payday covers debt and credit. Thus the researcher wishes to discuss the ease of fintech in online lending to private employees in the attack area. The method that researchers use is to use descriptive qualitative methods through a descriptive analysis approach that aims to describe the phenomenon to be studied. As one of the procedures in analyzing or investigating by providing a description of the state of the subject or object in the study, it can be in the form of individuals, institutions, society and others, which are based on the facts that exist or are found as they are. The results of this study are In the attack area the majority of companies in payroll for their employees, in collaboration with financial institutions that encourage employees to understand and use fintech. With the ease of fintech itself, many employees fall into online loan financing which results in various impacts, whether from positive or negative impacts, but the development of this technology provides benefits that are very helpful for private employees in meeting their daily needs.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia industri yang semakin bersaing menyebabkan perusahaan juga mempercepat laju perkembangan bisnisnya, dengan semua itu maka karyawan harus ikut bekerjasama untuk kemajuan perusahaan dengan memenuhi tuntutan perusahaan mengenai kuantitas pekerjaan yang harus diselesaikan di bawah tekanan waktu, tuntutan emosional yang harus stabil saat berinteraksi dengan konsumen, dan sedikitnya fleksibilitas pengambilan keputusan yang tersedia bagi karyawan dalam tugas harian serta ketidakpastian status ketenagakerjaan adalah beberapa bentuk ancaman yang dialami karyawan. indikator dalam job insecurity di antaranya adalah Aspek-aspek pekerjaan yang dirasakan individu, Arti pekerjaan itu bagi indvidu, Tingkat ancaman yang kemungkinan terjadi saat ini, Ketidakberdayaan yang dirasakan individu, Tingkat ancaman terhadap pekerjaan pada tahun berikutnya. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 84 orang responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada Hotel Wyndham OPI Palembang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Penelitian ini menghasilkan variabel Job insecurity baik secara parsial dan secara simultan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Variabel Turnover.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah: Pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Narkotika Nasional Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Badan Narkotika Nasional (disingkat BNN) adalah sebuah Lembaga Pemerintah Non Kementerian (LPNK) Indonesia yang mempunyai tugas melaksanakan tugas pemerintahan di bidang pencegahan, pemberantasan penyalahgunaan dan peredaran gelap narkotika, psikotropika, prekursor dan bahan adiktif lainnya kecuali bahan adiktif untuk tembakau dan alkohol. BNN dipimpin oleh seorang kepala yang bertanggung jawab langsung kepada Presiden. Penelitian mengambil sampel menggunakan Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara hubungan (hipotesis asosiatif) dua variabel yaitu variabel X (Budaya Organisasi) dan variabel Y (Kinerja Pegawai). Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Badan Narkotika Nasional Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir sebanyak 29 responden dengan mengisi kuesioner skala likert. Nilai t-hitung> t-tabel 0.547) dan Signifikansi pada angka (0,000 < 0,05). Artinya dapat disimpulkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi (X) Berpengaruh secara Positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y).

Abstract

Tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh Kompensasi, Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PHD Plaju Palembang. Desain penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah asosiatif, variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variable bebas dan satu variable terikat. Sebagai variable bebasnya adalah pelatihan kerja (X1), kompensasi (X2) dan pengembangan karir (X3), sedangkan variable terikatnya adalah Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Sampel yang digunakan peneliti untuk penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 31 orang dijadikan sebagai sampel. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang menggunakan skala likert. Teknik Analisis Data Kuantitatif menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Parsial (Uji t), Uji hipotesis secara bersama (Uji F) dan Koefisien Determinan (R2). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah dibahas oleh peneliti dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pelatihan Kerja, Kompensasi dan Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PHD Plaju Palembang.

Abstract

Digitization is the process of converting information or data from a physical form into a digital format that can be processed using information technology. In an effort to improve the quality of public services, the government needs to utilize various online platforms such as websites, mobile applications and social media. This step aims to strengthen the E-Government system and facilitate public access to information and services provided by the government. Thus, digitization plays an important role in advancing public services and increasing interaction between government and society. The purpose of this study was to find out how the application of the concept of digitization in public services at the Manunggal Jaya Village Office. This study uses qualitative research methods aimed at describing, summarizing the various conditions, situations or variables studied. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and literature studies. The data collection techniques are purposive sampling and accidental sampling. The research focus includes elements of support, capacity, benefits, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the concept of digitalization. The results of the study show that as a form of implementing the digitalization concept, Manunggal Jaya Village has developed and activated an official website as an effort to improve the quality of public services. However, the obstacles found were the lack of public knowledge about the Village website and low participation in accessing it. For this reason, wider socialization and education that is directed to the community is needed regarding the use of the Village website.

Abstract

National Sports Week (PON) is the biggest sporting event in Indonesia, which brings together the best athletes from all provinces. In 2024, it will be the 21st PON which will take place in Aceh and North Sumatra. This research aims to analyze the framing of the editorial reporting on the Aceh-North Sumatra National Sports Week (PON) from two national media, namely Media Indonesia.com and Kompas.id using Robert Entman's framing analysis model. This analysis was carried out to find out how the two media frame the issue, highlight certain aspects, and their impact on readers. Based on research, it was found that the two media have different approaches in framing the 2024 Aceh-North Sumatra PON.

Abstract

Human relations or relationships between people are one of the important elements in the success of an organization. This concept includes communication, social interaction, and effective leadership within the organization. This journal aims to review the importance of human relations in increasing employee productivity and welfare, based on an analysis of several scientific journals. Based on existing literature, the implementation of good human relations contributes greatly to creating a positive work environment and increasing team effectiveness.

Abstract

This research isconducted to find outthe influence of leadership style and organizational culture partially and simultaneously employees commitment at Sjakhyakirti University of Palembang. Data areobtained from questionnaires. The respondents areall staffs and lecturers at Sjakhyakirti University of Palembang. The results of the research analyzeusing Multiple Linear Regression which Leadership styles and organizational culture havea significant influence to employees commitment also leadership style and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on employees commitment. It is suggested that the leadership of Sjakhyakirti University of Palembangmaintainsa participative and delegative stylesin orderto maintainthe affective commitment of the employees in University of Sjakhyakirti. The leader should pay attention to discipline and employees developmentbecauseit will certainly impact on the sustainability commitment of employees and lecturers in Sjakhyakirti University of Palembang.
