Abstract

Kondisi pandemi COVID-19 seperti sekarang ini yang menghambat proses penerimaan peserta didik baru, sekolah swasta dituntut untuk mengerahkan strategi inovatifnya agar lembaga pendidikan swasta dapat terus eksis mempromosikan sekolah dan diminati orang tua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi secara mendalam dan menyeluruh terkait strategi penerimaan peserta didik baru yang dilakukan di SMA 1 Perguruan Cikini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode in-depth interview. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara didapatkanlah bahwa strategi dengan analisis SWOT dikerahkan untuk menghasilkan sebuah strategi yang tepat guna sesuai dengan kondisi pandemi. Pemanfaatan luas lahan sekolah dan kerjasama dalam program vaksinasi menjadi kunci kesuksesan promosi penerimaan peserta didik baru. Peningkatan yang cukup signifikan terkait jumlah penerimaan peserta didik baru selama kurun waktu 3 tahun terakhir, bahkan hingga dua kali lipat jumlah penerimaan di tahun sebelumnya. Padahal tahun 2020 dan 2021 merupakan tahun yang cukup sulit untuk bisa melakukan promosi sekolah karena terhambat pandemi yang menimpa seluruh dunia khususnya di Indonesia. Padahal pesaing lainnya yakni SMA swasta lainnya yang ada di daerah Jakarta selatan khususnya terdapat lebih dari 50 sekolah dengan nilai akreditasi A.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the management of education financing at Poris Pelawad 5 Elementary School, Tangerang City. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and document studies, with research results from the principal, treasurer, and one teacher. The results showed that in the process of preparing the RKAS (Activity Plan and School Budget) was carried out by the principal and treasurer and assisted by the school management team. The management of education financing is carried out in three ways, namely, 1), planning, where activities related to schools have been prepared in the RKAS prepared by the school every year at the beginning of the school year.2), Implementation, where for the implementation of financing there are receipts such as, BOS (School Operational Assistance) of the central government, BOSDA (School Operational Assistance) of local governments, and community participation. Expenditure, referring to 8 (eight) national standards of education in schools. 3), Evaluation, this is carried out by SDN Poris Pelawad 5 Tangerang City twice every year, in the middle and at the end of the school year, by holding meetings with relevant parties. And from the results of the evaluation, it is used as a reference by the school for the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the strategy developed by SD Shopos Indonesia in dealing with opportunities and threats of the external environment on a micro basis based on the results of Porter's Five Forces Analysis. This type of research is qualitative with a case study method. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and study documentation. From the research results on Porter's five strengths, currently, SD Shopos Indonesia has a high threat of new entrants, a low threat of substitute products, an increased threat of bargaining power of buyers, low bargaining power of suppliers, and high competition between SPK institutions. From the results of the analysis, several strategies used to maintain the existence of the institution are to apply consistent strategy, namely: (1) Providing learning using national and foreign curricula; (2) Applying national values ??and regional culture through various programs; (3) Forming small classes (less than 20 students/class) so that supervision is good; (4) Providing educational services and teaching of international standards at affordable costs; (5) Developing national, global, and environmental insights in each lesson; and (6) Providing a holistic learning experience. The conclusion is that SD Shopos Indonesia is in a position of high external environmental threat; a small opportunity is exploited with a consistent strategy in maintaining the organization's existence.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find the right strategy for Darus Sunnah Pesantren to face in the disruption era. The disruption era is an era where digitalization is the motor of change that occurs in the social, economic, and cultural sectors. The strategy generated the strengths and weaknesses of Darus Sunnah Pesantren, as well as looking at opportunities and challenges outside Pesantren. This research is a qualitative type of case study model where interviews, observations, and document review as data collection techniques. The results showed that Pesantren Darus Sunnah could utilize its human resources, the majority of whom were millennials and had a good education, to take advantage of digital media, both to raise donations and market their books and promote the institution. Furthermore, based on existing strengths and threats, pesantren can empower their human resources by utilizing their alumni who are many in the digital world. Meanwhile, based on the weaknesses and opportunities, Darus Sunnah can take advantage of online donations and outside assistance to develop digital facilities and infrastructure within the Institution. Meanwhile, based on existing weaknesses and threats, Darus Sunnah can hold digital literacy programs and other programs that counteract the disruption era's negative impacts on stakeholders of Darus Sunnah Pesantren. This competency is also an additional competency for students in the era of disruption.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan menemukan strategi yang tepat bagi Pesantren Darus Sunnah menghadapi era disrupsi. Era disrupsi merupakan era dimana digitalisasi menjadi motor perubahan yang terjadi dalam sektor sosial, ekonomi dan budaya. Strategi dihasilkan melalui analisis SWOT dengan menilai kekuatan dan kelemahan Pesantren Darus Sunnah, serta mencermati peluang dan tantangan di luar Pesantren. Penelitian ini berjenis kualitatif model studi kasus dimana wawancara, observasi dan telaah dokumen sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pesantren Darus Sunnah dapat memanfaatkan sumber daya manusianya yang mayoritas dari kalangan milenial dan memiliki pendidikan baik untuk memanfaatkan media-media digital, baik untuk menggalang donasi, memasarkan karya tulis mereka dan mempromosikan Lembaga. Selanjutnya didasarkan pada kekuatan dan ancaman yang ada, pesantren dapat melakukan pemberdayaan sumber daya manusianya dengan memanfaatkan alumninya yang banyak berkecimpung di dunia digital. Sementara berdasarkan kelemahan dan peluang yang ada, Darus Sunnah dapat memanfaatkan donasi online dan bantuan-bantuan pihak luar untuk pengembangan sarana dan prasarana digital di dalam Lembaga. Sedangkan berdasarkan kelemahan dan ancaman yang ada, Darus sunnah bisa mengadakan program literasi digital dan program lain yang berfungsi menangkal dampak negatif dari era disrupsi bagi stakeholder Pesantren Darus Sunnah. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap strategi pengembangan usaha yang dilakukan dan melihat bagaimana perspektif pendidikan Islam terhadap strategi pengembangan pondok pesantren Nurul Iman Parung di era disrupsi. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kualitatif. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan telaah literatur (literature review) dari berbagai penelitian yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya. Metode analisis deskriptif merupakan metode analisis data yang dilakukan dengan menyusun data yang diperoleh kemudian diinterpretasikan dan dianalisis sehingga memberikan informasi bagi pemecahan masalah yang dihadapi. Berdasarkah hasil penelitian diketahui strategi pengembangan usaha yang dilakukan pondok pesantren Nurul Iman Parung terdiri dari 4 strategi yaitu 1). Melakukan pengembangan ide usaha, 2). Melakukan perluasan skala usaha; 3). Perluasan cakupan usaha; 4). Perluasan melalui kerjasama. Strategi pengembangan pondok pesantren di era disrupsi  dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam telah terimplementasi dengan baik diawali dengan membuat software khusus untuk pengelolaan pendidikan yang menunjang proses pembelajaran selanjutnya membuat kelas digital dan melakukan pengembangan sarana dan prasarana digital yang semuanya akan berdampak pada proses pembelajaran yang ada di dalam pesantren.Tujuan dari pendidikan Islam dan kurikulum pendidikan Islam pun telah diterapkan dengan baik di Pesantren Nurul Iman.

Abstract

Education financing is a very important component in the process of providing education. Funding is funding issued either by individual students or members of the public, as well as the government for the smooth running of education and the use and use of financing effectively and efficiently. This study aims to describe the financing of education in junior high schoolsAn Naja Boarding School which includes educational funding sources as well utilization and use of the financing. As for approach and the method in this study uses descriptive qualitative data from interviews, observations, and document studies. Data analysis techniques were carried out using qualitative analysis techniques which included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. While the data validity technique, researchers used data and method triangulation techniques. The results of the study show that the financing system for SMP An Naja Boarding School is centralized, centered on the foundation. schools offer educational fees that are affordable to education customers, and are lower when compared to private educational institutions in the area. Educational resources and use include: students, BOS funds, regular regional donors, incidental grants, waqf and grants, and activity proposals. Sources of education costs are allocated to all the needs of schools and also Islamic boarding schools. The analysis of educational costs produces investment costs, operational costs, and educational personal costs.Keywords: Education Financing, Effectiveness Cost Analysis
