Abstract

This article wants to describe the quality of public services in the Karang Asam Ilir Village Office, Sungai Kunjang District. A qualitative approach with a descriptive research model as a research method. Interviews, observations, and field studies were used to obtain research data which were then analyzed using an interactive data analysis model. Testing the validity of the data is done by testing the reliability and validity of the data. In general, the quality of public services in Karang Asam Ilir Village is good. Three of the five dimensions of service quality have fulfilled the requirements of good public service. The dimensions that have been achieved include the dimensions of assurance, responsiveness, and empathy. The other two dimensions have not been achieved, namely the dimension of reliability and the dimension of physical or tangible evidence. Supporting factors consist of SOP, Collaboration with Related Services, Budget Availability, and Employee Rolling System. Inhibiting factors aspects of human resources, facilities and infrastructure.Keyword : service quality, physical evidence, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, empathy

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the evaluation of the farmer institutional development program from organizational, managerial and entrepreneurial abilities and the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the evaluation of the farmer institutional development program in Mahakam Ulu Regency. This research uses a mixed method, namely a series of qualitative and quantitative approaches. This research is focused on evaluating the farmer institutional development program in Mahakam Ulu Regency in farmers' managerial, organizational and entrepreneurial development. This study shows that the results of the evaluation of the farmer institutional development program are feasible to continue. This is measured by the efficiency aspect of the farmer institutional development program, which is measured by the optimal use of resources, which is considered good overall on the efficiency of the farmer institutional development program. The effectiveness of the farmer institutional development program in Mahakam Ulu is still categorized as effective (sound). The responsiveness of the farmer institutional development program in Mahakam Ulu Regency is still categorized as good. The adequacy of the farmer institutional development program in Mahakam Ulu is still categorized as good. The distribution of farmer institutional development programs is also quite good. The accuracy of the farmer institutional development program in Mahakam Ulu is still categorized as good.
