Abstract

Setiap organisasi atau perusahaan akan berusaha meningkatkan kinerjakaryawannya untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan yang telah ditetapkan.Keberhasilan suatu organisasi atau perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya tidaklepas dari faktor sumber daya manusianya. Karena, sumber daya manusia memilikiperanan yang sangat penting dalam berbagai sektor, sumber daya manusiamerupakan faktor kunci untuk menggerakkan sumber daya yang lain yang adadalam perusahaan. Berbagai cara bisa ditempuh perusahaan dalam meningkatkankinerja karyawannya diantaranya dengan pengaturan struktur orgnisasi yang baik,gaya kepemimpinan yang sesuai dengan harapan karyawan maupun pembentukkanbudaya organisasi yang nyaman, sehingga sebuah organisasi atau perusahaandapat meningkatkan kinerja sumber daya manusia secara optimal.Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sruktur organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan danbudaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank Mega, Tbk KCU Tendean.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan pada PT. Bank Mega, Tbk.KCU Tendean yang berjumlah 100 orang, sehingga penelitian ini merupakanpenelitian sensus. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresisederhana, regresi linier berganda.Dari pengujian yang dilakukan terdapatpengaruh struktur organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi secarabersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan secara statistik menunjukkan hasil yangpositif dan signifikan. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai F hitung sebesar 94.546dengan F tabel adalah 2,70. Besarnya nilai F hitung > F tabel mengindikasikanbahwa pengaruhnya berdampak positif dan signifikan. Dengan demikian telahterbukti bahwa struktur organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasisecara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Struktur Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi dan Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah untuk melaksanakan salah satu Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi. Selain itu diharapkan dengan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tersebut keberadaan perguruan tinggi dapat memberikan kontribusi besar kepada pengembangan dan penerapan keilmuan kepada masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan pada Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini berupa sosialisasi dan penyuluhan yaitu suatu tindakan, proses, hasil, atau pernyataan yang lebih baik. Dalam hal ini menunjukkan adanya kemajuan, peningkatan pertumbuhan, evolusi atas berbagai kemungkinan, berkembang atau peningkatan atas sesuatu. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat yang diperoleh adalah bertambahnya informasi tentang perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) bagi para ibu-ibu dan anggota kader maupun khususnya kepada warga Kelurahan Bakti Jaya, agar mereka memiliki pandangan yang baik bagaimana upaya pencegahan dan penanggulangan pandemi Covid-19 Kelurahan Bakti Jaya melalui edukasi dan penerapan prilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS). Pengetahuan yang diperoleh pada Pengabdian Masyarakat kali ini diharapkan mampu memberikan informasi yang berguna sehingga masalah kesehatan masyarakat masih menjadi masalah yang cukup besar, dimana mendorong tumbuhnya kemandirian warga masyarakat dan ibu-ibu kader Kelurahan Bakti Jaya di dalam merespon pandemi Covid-19 dan pentingnya menjaga perilaku hidup bersih sehat (PHBS).

Abstract

Pada era kemajuan teknologi sekarang ini, beberapa aktivitas manusia yang dilakukan secara manual seperti menyalakan lampu dan membuka portal area parkir dapat dihilangkan. Penyalaan lampu penerangan dapat dilakuakan dengan menggunakan saklar otomatis. Hal ini bertujuan agar energi listrik yang digunakan tidak terbuang sia-sia dan lebih efisien. sehingga pemborosan penggunaan energi listrik dapat dihindari. Sistem penerangan area parkir dan portal otomatis adalah suatu system yang dikembangkan untuk mempermudah pengguna dalam hal parkir mobil dan pengaturan pintu portal masuk. Sistem ini menggunakan aplikasi blynk dan infra red sensor sebagai pengontrol utama dalam pengoprasiannya. Dari hasil pengujian keseluruhan dapat diketahui bahwa sistem penerangan area parkir dan portal otomatis ini menunjukkan indikasi menjadi salah satu opsi untuk upaya penghematan konsumsi energi listrik. Pengambilan data sistem penerangan area parkir dan portal otomatis ini dilakukan dengan pengamatan unjik kerja pada setiap sensor yang berpengaruh dengan masukan system dalam memproses data masukan. Berdasarkan data pengujian, kinerja system penerangan dan portal otomatis berbasis Internet Of Things dengan menggunaka ESP32 berjalan dengan baik. Sensor LDR dapat bekerja sesuai dengan konsep, sensor ultrasonic mendapatkan nilai presisi sebesar 99,57% dan persentase sensor ultrasonic HC-SR04 sebesar 99,26% maka dapat dikatakan sensor HC-SR04 termasuk kategori akurat atau presisi.

Abstract

Research and Community Service (PKM) is one of the manifestations of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. PKM activities is to foster lecturers in improving their abilities and skills as well as the existence of Pamulang University which is an agent of change in order to provide significant benefits to society. The Unpam Accounting Study Program held PKM at Al-Tsaniyyah Islamic Boarding School in South Tangerang Banten. PKM at Al Tsaniyah Islamic Boarding School is to provide accounting and entrepreneurship training and improve hard skills in the field of digital entrepreneurship and utilization in terms of data collection, use of digital interpreneurship content to students as provisions in their future. The materials of PKM are throughout presentations, discussions and training, at the end of the session to find out the extent to which the material can be absorbed, questions and answers are asked to the students and door prizes are given.

Abstract

Background:Changes in the education sector present significant challenges and problems for communities, influencing various sectors, including the social domain. Educational institutions, such as madrasahs, are crucial in addressing these challenges. Purpose:This study aims to analyze the impact of the visionary leadership of madrasah heads, organizational culture, and achievement motivation on teacher performance. Methods:A quantitative approach with path analysis was used in this research. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire, followed by normality, validity, and reliability tests. The data were processed using SPSS software for path analysis. Results:The study found that visionary leadership of madrasah heads, organizational culture, and motivation for achievement significantly influenced teacher performance. Conclusions:The findings suggest that strengthening visionary leadership, enhancing organizational culture, and fostering achievement motivation can improve teacher performance in madrasahs. However, the study is limited to madrasah aliyah (high school) level, and future research is recommended at higher educational levels.

Abstract

Oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq) is one of the plantation crops that produces vegetable oil which has become the main ingredient and leading agricultural commodity in Indonesia. The quality of oil palm seedlings is a disease attack during the seedling stage. The most common disease found in oil palm nurseries is leaf spot disease. The aim of this research is to propose strategies for handling leaf spot in oil palm nurseries in Indonesia. This research is a literature study research. The data used comes from secondary data. Data collection methods use textbooks, journals and periodical. Data analysis is carried out by reading, collecting, citing information, concluding and interpreting the results obtained through relevant study materials. The results obtained that there are several strategies that can be used to treat leaf spot in oil palm nurseries in Indonesia, i.e. by carrying out photon energy irradiation which can increase plant resistance to various types of pathogens, developing organic fertilizer formulations and using biocontrol agent which is expected to help oil palm nurseries in suppressing leaf spot disease, using fungicides to prevent resistance, taking preventive measures to reduce the risk of spot disease on oil palm leaves, carrying out conservation fertilization using S2 (385 mesh), S3 (638 mesh), and S4 (644 mesh) sachets and applying liquid  smoke areca nut in suppressing the growth of Curvularia sp.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Capital Intensity, Sales Growth and Managerial Ownership on Tax Avoidance in primary food and beverage consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019 to 2023. This type of research is quantitative research, using secondary data. The data analysis method used is the panel data regression test using the Microsoft Excel and E-Views 12 applications. The population in this study were primary consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019 to 2023. The data collection technique in this study was purposive sampling technique with the results of 125 research populations into 10 research samples processed in this study. The results showed that capital intensity, sales growth and managerial ownership simultaneously affect tax avoidance. And partially states that sales growth has a persial effect on tax avoidance. While capital intensity and managerial ownership have no effect on tax avoidance. Keywords : Capital Intensity, Sales Growth., Managerial Ownership, Tax Avoidance

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to implement an aquaponics system with DFT hydroponics in water spinach cultivation in Dolok Sagala Village, Dolok Masihul Subdistrict, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The aquaponics system combines fish farming with plant cultivation, where fish wastewater is used as a plant nutrient source. In contrast, the DFT hydroponics system allows efficient nutrient circulation. The application of this technology aims to increase agricultural productivity in limited land areas, provide sustainable farming solutions, and enhance local food security. The results of this activity show that the aquaponics and DFT hydroponic systems can significantly improve the growth of water spinach with minimal use of land and resources. Community participation in this activity also increased, reinforcing awareness of the importance of modern agricultural technology.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Sales Growth, Capital Intensity, and Company Sze on Tax Avoidance in non-cyclicals consumer industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2023. The type of research used is quantitative research with secondary data sources. By using a purposive sampling method based on predetermined criteria. The results of this research show that Sales Growth, Capital Intensity, and Company Size simultaneously influence Tax Avoidance. The Sales Growth variable shows that it partially has no effect on Tax Avoidance. The Capital Intensity variable partially shows an effect on Tax Avoidance. The Company Size variable partially shows an effect on Tax Avoidance.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of capital intensity, sales growth and financial performance on tax avoidance in Transpotation and Logistics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. This type of research is quantitative research and uses secondary data in the form of annual financial statements on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the company's official website. The population in this study is 37 Transportation and Logistics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023 and the sample technique was taken using purposive sampling by meeting the criteria of 6 companies that were sampled in 5 years of observation. The data analysis technique in this study uses panel data analysis using the help of e-views software version 12. The results of this study show simultaneously that capital intensity, sales growth and financial performance affects tax avoidance. And it partially shows that capital intensity has a significant effect on tax avoidance, while sales growth and financial performance have no significant effect on tax avoidance.
