Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang Pola Longsoran di Daerah Rawan Longsor Berdasarkan  Nilai  Resistivitas  Bumi  di  Desa  Sungai  Langsat,  Kecamatan Simpang Empat, Kabupaten Banjar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui litologi berdasarkan nilai resistivitas bumi di daerah yang diperkirakan rawan longsor dan menentukan pola longsoran menggunakan metode tahanan jenis. Konfigurasi elektroda yang dipakai menggunakan metode Wenner-Schlumberger (1D). Data dari hasil pengolahan program Progress digunakan untuk menentukan litologi. Hasil litologi tersebut dibuat penampang dua dimensi dan tiga dimensi menggunakan program Surfer sehingga dapat ditentukan arah serta pola longsoran pada daerah pengukuran. Nilai tahanan jenis tanah/batuan antara 6,82 – 145,35 Ωm diduga sebagai zona lemah/pelapukan yaitu lapisan lempung sedangkan nilai tahanan jenis tanah/batuan antara 145,35 – 538,33 Ωm diperkirakan sebagai zona lapisan keras yaitu tanah endapan berpasir. Pola longsoran untuk tanah endapan berpasir  diperkiraan  pada  kedalalaman  antara  10  –  30  m,  ke  arah  koordinat X = 285740 mT dan Y = 9635900 mS. Untuk lapisan lempung, longsoran diperkirakan  terletak  pada  kedalaman  antara  4  –  6  m,  ke  arah  koordinat X = 285770 mT dan Y = 9635900 mS.  Besarnya sudut kemiringan lereng yang terbentuk  adalah  16,26o.  Pola  longsoran  pada  daerah  tersebut  adalah  pola longsoran translasi dan pola rayapan tanah.

Abstract

River water and well water are the main sources for the daily water needs for the people of South Kalimantan. However, the peatland water has a muddy and smelly that has an effect on health. This cloudy and smelly condition is due to the condition of the peatlands in the South Kalimantan region. The use of peat water by the community in Muning Baru Village, South Daha, HSU has been carried out for a long time, especially UKM salted fish processing. The quality and quantity of fish production are affected by the quality of clean water. Implementation begins with the design of the filtration membrane, assembly of solar panels, pumps and filtration tubes. It is hoped that this application will support the society towards society 5.0. The results of the implementation are giving the needs of clean water up to 80%, either else NTU 30 become 3.44 NTU, TSS 522 mg/l become 352 mg/l, COD 31.9 mgO2 /l become 6.09 mg02/l.

Abstract

Pada saat ini kebutuhan akan pengolahan air untuk mendukung perkembangan ekonomi dan kesehatan dialami oleh pondok pesantren. Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hijrah Jorong Kalimantan Selatan menggunakan air dari sumur bor air gambut untuk memenuhi kebutuhan. Air tersebut merupakan air gambut, hal ini disebabkan oleh kondisi daratan di Kalimantan Selatan yang merupakan lahan gambut. Berbagai masalah penggunaan air saat ini diantaranya kebersihan dan kesehatan, seperti meninggalkan noda coklat hasil endapan serta kondisi gatal-gatal kulit yang dialami santri, dengan jumlah lebih 300 santri dan jamaah di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hijrah Jorong. Hal ini masih merupakan masalah yang harusnya tersolusikan, maka tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas air sumur bor air gambut tersebut sesuai baku mutu air bersih. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu proses pengolahan air yang menggabungkan proses filtrasi, absorpsi dan ultrafiltrasi dengan sistem single flow ultrafiltrasi. Hasil evaluasi berdasarkan laboratorium menunjukkan bahwa terjadi penurunan yaitu nilai jumlah zat terlarut (total dissolved solid/TDS) 0,2%, kekeruhan 25,8%, warna air 63,6%, nitrat 95%, coliform 49,8% serta peningkatan nilai keasaman 2%. Hasil produksi air bersih memiliki kapasitas besar hingga 2400 lt. 80% perwakilan santri dan ustad pengelola mendapatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang penggunaan dan perawatan teknologi pengolahan air ini. At this time, Islamic boarding schools experience the need for water treatment to support economic development and health. The Nurul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School in Jorong, South Kalimantan, uses water from drilled peat wells to meet its needs. This water is peat water caused by the condition of the land in South Kalimantan, which is peat land. Various problems with water use today include cleanliness and health, such as leaving brown stains from sediment and itchy skin conditions experienced by students, with more than 300 students and congregations at the Nurul Hijrah Jorong Islamic Boarding School. So, this community service aims to improve the water quality of drilled peat wells according to clean water quality standards. The method used is a water treatment process that combines filtration, absorption, and ultrafiltration processes with a single-flow ultrafiltration system. The results of the evaluation based on the laboratory showed that there was a decrease in the value of the total dissolved solids  (TDS) 0.2%, turbidity 25.8%, watercolor 63.6%, nitrate 95%, coliform 49.8% and increased acidity value 2%. Besides, clean water production has a large capacity of up to 2400 lt, and the management ustad has knowledge and skills of up to.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze well logging data to determine the aquifer layer of drilled wells in Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency, South Kalimantan. This information is very important for sustainably developing groundwater resources in the region. This research uses well logging data collected from various sources, including resistivity, gamma rays, and spontaneous potential logs. These data are then analyzed using various techniques such as correlation analysis, log interpretation charts, and software to identify aquifer zones based on their characteristic log responses. The analysis succeeded in identifying potential aquifer layers in the wells studied. Aquifers are characterized by resistivity, gamma rays, and lithology. Based on the results of the analysis using WellCad data, four types of rock were obtained, namely: weathered rock (top soil), sand, clay, and sandy clay. Demonstrates the effectiveness of well logging data analysis in identifying and characterizing aquifer layers. Based on these results, it is known that the distribution of confined aquifers and unconfined aquifers has water-carrying properties. So overall it can be concluded that Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency has quite large deep groundwater potential because there are many layers of sand.KEYWORDS: Well logging; aquifer; groundwater; Hulu Sungai Selatan; South Kalimantan.

Abstract

One of the fish in Indonesian waters that has been successfully bred and cultivated is the catfish (Pangasius sp.). In catfish farming, there are several water quality factors that need to be considered, such as temperature and dissolved oxygen levels. Based on the existing description, it is very important to pay attention to the water quality of aquaculture ponds, especially temperature and dissolved oxygen levels for fish survival. This study aims to create an internet of things (IoT) based monitoring system for temperature and dissolved oxygen levels in catfish aquaculture pond water based on NodeMCU ESP8266. Monitoring system is using SEN0237 gravity analog dissolved oxygen sensor, DS18B20 sensor module, NodeMCU ESP8266, 20×4-character liquid-crystal display (LCD), micro secure digital (SD) card module, internet modem. Data from measurements of temperature and dissolved oxygen levels are stored online in the Adafruit.io database in the .csv format and on a micro secure digital (SD) card in the device in the .txt format. The lowest value of dissolved oxygen levels and temperature are 3.4 mg/L or 3.4 ppm and a temperature of 27.9 °C, respectively. Meanwhile, the highest value of dissolved oxygen levels and temperature are 4.6 mg/L or 4.6 ppm and temperature of 30.9 °C, respectively.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian salah satu cara sosialisasi hidup sehat era endemi atau pasca covid-19. Ulasan ringkasanya dapat disampaikan berikut ini; Pada akhir abad ke-18, Edward Jenner, seorang dokter Inggris, membuat terobosan penting dalam perkembangan vaksinasi. Jenner mengembangkan vaksin cacar pertama yang berhasil pada tahun 1796. Observasi pada para pemerah susu yang tertular/terpapar cacar sapi, yang menunjukan gejala tidak terlalu parah, dan gejala itu akibat dari terlindungi cacar sapi. Bintil-bintil cacar sapi disuntikan ulang pada seorang anak laki-laki, yang menunjukkan kekebalan terhadap cacar. Hal ini menjadi dasar bagi vaksinasi modern. Selanjutnya, Pada akhir abad ke-19, Louis Pasteur mengembangkan vaksin rabies, yang menandai tonggak sejarah lain dalam sejarah vaksin. Hasil karyanya menunjukkan bahwa vaksin dapat mencegah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh infeksi virus dan/atau bakteri. Keberhasilan vaksinasi cacar menyebabkan kampanye vaksinasi yang meluas untuk membasmi cacar. Para ilmuwan terus meneliti dan mengembangkan vaksin baru untuk memerangi penyakit menular yang baru muncul dan memperbaiki vaksin yang sudah ada. Contoh penting termasuk pengembangan vaksin untuk melawan human papillomavirus (HPV), retrovirus, dan covid-19. Metode structural equation modelling (SEM) digunakan untuk mengetahui respon publik terkait tulisan ini. Evalusi uji pretest dan post test terhadap 32 responden berumur kisaran 19 tahun dan 12 responden berumur kisaran 18 tahun, berturut-turut sebagai berikut; sangat mengerti (4,32), mengerti (73,45), kurang mengerti (20,85) dan tidak mengerti (1,55); dan sangat mengerti (1,38), mengerti (75), kurang mengerti (22,22) dan tidak mengerti (1,4). Secara umum, responden yang merumur 19 tahun lebih mengerti daripada responden yng berumur 18 tahun, walaupun perbedaannya tidak terlalu berarti.Kata kunci: vaksin, cacar, rabies

Abstract

Peatlands have a crucial role in the global regulation of climate, the sequestration of carbon, and the conservation of biodiversity. Daily human activities and climate change have caused various environmental changes and ecological relationships for peatlands. An important thing to worry about is the decline in water quality, which harms the health and welfare of local communities that depend on clean water sources and drinking water from natural water. Additionally, the escalating demand for clean water necessitates substantial efforts in processing peatland water resources. The degradation in water quality harms the ecology and health of humans who use it for daily needs. Single Flow Ultrafiltration technology has emerged as a promising water treatment method, showing great potential in treating peat water while maintaining the ecological balance of peatlands. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a combined treatment process consisting of filtration, absorption, microfiltration, and single-flow ultrafiltration. The application of this technology is carried out in the South Kalimantan region, with water processing stages, namely raw water filtration, semi-finished raw water filtration, ultrafiltration, and an ultraviolet irradiation process at the final stage so that the water is ready for consumption. Using both techniques, empirical methodologies were utilized to analyze the results of water quality and production capacity. This study proposes single-flow ultrafiltration to treat peat water for daily use. This research shows that the single-stream ultrafiltration treatment method for peat water gives a better water quality result than ordinary ultrafiltration treatment. This is indicated by the percentage difference in decreasing TDS values by 149%, turbidity by 200%, and color by 500%, increasing pH by 14.9%, decreasing nitrite by 135%

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi lapisan batuan andesit menggunakan metode geolistrik 2D dengan konfigurasi Schlumberger di daerah Pengaron, Kalimantan Selatan. Pengukuran dilakukan untuk lima lintasan dengan panjang tiap lintasan 270 m. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memodelkan penampang lintang nilai resistivitas 2D, menentukan jenis litologi, kedalaman dan ketebalan batuan andesit di daerah penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh tiga lapis jenis batuan. Lapisan pertama merupakan lapisan top soil dengan nilai resistivitas 39–116 Ωm, lapisan kedua adalah lempung dengan nilai resistivitas 143–298 Ωm dan lapisan ketiga merupakan batuan andesit dengan nilai resistivitas 320–1.000 Ωm. Hasil interpretasi 2D menunjukkan bahwa batuan andesit memiliki nilai resistivitas 382–1.000 Ωm pada kedalaman 10-77 m dan ketebalan 10–55 m. Research has been carried out to identify andesite rock layers using 2D geo-electrical method with Schlumberger configuration in the Pengaron area, South Kalimantan. Measurements were made for five tracks with a length of each track being 270 m. The purpose of this research is to model the cross section of 2D resistivity values, determine the type of lithology, depth and thickness of andesite rocks in the study area. Based on the results of data processing, three layers of rock types were obtained. The first layer is the top soil layer with a resistivity value of 39–116 Ωm, the second layer is clay with a resistivity value of 143–298 Ωm and the third layer is andesite rock with a resistivity value of 320–1,000 Ωm. The 2D interpretation results show that andesite rocks have a resistivity value of 382–1,000 Ωm at a depth of 10-77 m and a thickness of 10–55 m.
