Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the components management of the inclusive education implementation in Central Java province. This study was designed with model of CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product). Subjects of the study include teachers, parents, principals, school committees, and the Department of Education and Culture. Instruments used to obtain the data in this study were varied according to the revealed variable. The research instruments used include questionnaires, observation guides, interview, and documentation. The findings of this study revealed that through an instrument system of accreditation inclusive education, the management of inclusive education component in Central Java province generally rated category C (total score = 24-43) and was not even accredited (total score = <24). Meanwhile, school accreditation of SLB in Central Java generally rated category B (total score of 44-63).Keywords : ABK, inclusive education

Abstract

ABSTRACTMillennial moms have different behaviors in shopping for children's items, and the use of makeup is considered as a trend in childre1. Unfortunately, there are currently no special children's makeup products tailored to the needs of children. This study aims to explore how market acceptance of the use of makeup in children, then further translated into a marketing strategy concept that is suitable for children's makeup products so that they can be well received by target consumers, namely Millennial moms who have 3- to 6-year-old girls. 11 years old. The research method used is descriptive verification with market acceptance independent variables (X1) and marketing mix strategies (X2), as well as the dependent variable purchase interest (Y). Data obtained through surveys using questionnaires for 250 millennial mom respondents, who lived in the DKI Jakarta area, which were then analyzed by correlation test and multiple regression test. The results showed that the market acceptance of children's makeup products was positive so that it was potentially good to be marketed with a marketing mix strategy that was in line with the target market for children's makeup products, namely girls aged 3-11 years. As for the verification study shows that there is an influence of market acceptance and marketing mix strategies both partially and simultaneously on the interest in buying children's makeup products. Keywords : market acceptance, marketing mix strategy, buying intention, makeupfor kid, millennial mom. ABSTRAK Millennial mom memiliki perilaku berbeda dalam berbelanja barang-barang anak, dan penggunaan makeup maka pada anak dianggap sebagai suatu tren. Namun sayangnya saat ini belum tersedia produk makeup khusus anak yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali bagaimana penerimaan pasar terhadap penggunaan makeup pada anak, untuk selanjutnya diterjemahkan lebih jauh menjadi sebuah konsep strategi pemasaran yang sesuai untuk produk makeup anak tersebut sehingga bisa diterima dengan baik oleh target konsumen yaitu para Millennial mom yang memiliki anak perempuan berusia 3-11 tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriftif verifikatif dengan variabel bebas penerimaan pasar (X1) dan strategi bauran pemasaran (X2), serta variabel terikat minat pembelian (Y). Data diperoleh melalui survey menggunakan kuesioner pada 250 responden millennial mom, yang tinggal di wilayah DKI Jakarta yang selanjutya dianalisis dengan uji korelasi dan uji regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan pasar produk makeup anak positif sehingga berpotensi baik untuk dipasarkan dengan strategi bauran pemasaran yang sesuai dengan target pasar produk makeup anak yaitu anak perempuan usia 3-11 tahun. Adapun untuk studi verifikatif menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh penerimaan pasar  dan strategi bauran pemasaran baik secara parsial dan secara simultan terhadap minat pembelian produk makeup anak.Kata kunci : penerimaan pasar, strategi bauran pemasaran, minat pembelian, makeup anak, millennial mom

Abstract

Previous studies of words used in academic writing have resulted in the vocabulary list of academic English. This study aims at analyzing the use of the word ‘etc’, the abbreviation for ‘et cetera’, which does not belong to one of that list. It especially concerned with methodological issues relating to theaccurate measurement of the usage of that word in academic writing, in this case the data from the Corpus of Contemporary American English (COCA) and the British National Corpus (BNC). On the basis of findings, it can be concluded that despite the academic writing guidelines in several university’s writing centers in United States stating to avoid the use of ‘etc’ and substitute it with ‘and so forth’ in academic writing, the corpus data show that ‘etc’ used mostly in academic writingcompared to the other types of writing and more popular than the use of ‘and so forth’.

Abstract

The study is a development research aims 1) to find discovery learning-based junior high school science learning tools to increase students' motivation and learning outcomes, 2) to analyze the validity, practicality and effectiveness of discovery learning based junior high school science learning tools to increase students' motivation and learning outcomes. The development model used in this study refers to the 4D development model, which consists of several stages, namely defining, designing, development, and dissemination. The learning devices developed had been conducted through the validation stage by the validator and through trials, and had been revised by the developers to produce learning devices which are valid, practical, and effective. The results of the study reveal that (1) the expert’s validation of RPP is 3.30 with valid criteria, (2) the expert’s validation of BAPD is 3.24 with valid criteria, (3) the expert’s validation of LKPD is 3.51 with very valid criteria, and (4) the expert’s validation of THB is 3.35 with valid criteria. The learning devices are stated to be practical because the learning devices implementation is in fully implemented category with an average value of 3.58. The teacher’s response and students’ responses are in very positive category with 87.50% and 87.50%, respectively. The learning devices also meet the effectiveness value with the results of increasing the score of learning motivation from 69.04% to 82.04% and the learning outcomes meet effective criteria with a class completeness percentage of 85%.

Abstract

In human life, health is the most valuable asset. a healthy body and soul gives happiness to everyone. But sometimes circumstances make human health decline. One of the causes of declining human health is due to viruses or bacteria that spread without people knowing it. One of the infectious diseases is tuberculosis (TB). Tuberculosis is a disease that occurs due to an infection caused by a bacterium called Mycobacterium tuberculosis. TB is a disease that spreads very easily, namely by air. The patient will spread germs through the air if the patient coughs or sneezes. Death is not uncommon because those with symptoms are afraid to go to the hospital for medical check-ups because they are hampered by a lack of funds. This situation is very concerning. Because of these circumstances, technological developments can be used as an alternative solution in replacing or assisting in diagnosing diseases experienced by people based on their symptoms. One of the technologies that develop about diagnosing disease is by using an expert system. An expert system is a system created by experts by developing technology based on science. In expert systems, their use must be combined with a method so that they can work properly and optimally. In this study the method used is the Bayes Theorem method. The Bayes Theorem method was developed by a priest named Thomas Bayes. The pastor comes from England who is a Presbyterian pastor. The Rev. Thomas Bayes developed Bayes' Theorem in 1763 and was perfected and redeveloped by an expert named Laplace. Based on the results of the above process, information was obtained that 87% of patients who consulted had pulmonary tuberculosis

Abstract

Kecamatan Burneh adalah kecamatan yang berada di Kabupaten Bangkalan yang memiliki pengembangan sektor pertanian yang cukup baik. Hal ini dikarenakan adanya Bendungan Dam Tunjung Burneh yang mengaliri kawasan persawahan di Kecamatan Burneh, termasuk Desa Tunjung. Desa Tunjung adalah desa yang memiliki jumlah petani cukup tinggi yaitu sebanyak 266 petani. Namun, disamping memiliki hasil produksi padi yang tinggi, terdapat permasalahan yang menghambat petani padi Desa Tunjung dalam menjalankan usahataninya. kurang efisiensinya dalam usahatani padi. Permasalahan tersebut  yaitu kurangnya efisiensi biaya dalam menjalankan usahatani dan lahan pertanian yang sempit dan terbatas. Oleh sebab itu, perlu adanya penelitian guna menganalisis efisiensi usahatani padi di daerah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efisiensi teknis dan efisiensi ekonomis usahatani padi di Desa Tunjung serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor sosial ekonomi penyebab terjadinya inefisiensi teknis dan ekonomis udahatani padi di Desa Tunjung. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Tunjung dengan metode analisis efisiensi produksi menggunakan fungsi produksi stochastic frontier cobb douglas sejumlah 60 sampel petani. Hasi penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 60% petani padi di Desa Tunjung dikatakan efisien secara teknis sedangkan sisanya yaitu 40% tidak efisien secara teknis. Rata-rata efisiensi alokatif serta efisiensi ekonomi usahatani padi di Desa Tunjung belum dapat mencapai efisien, secara keseluruhan (60 petani) tidak efisien yaitu sebesar 0.745 dan 0.733  (< 0,8).

Abstract

This research discusses the obstacles or challenges faced in the application of the Local Government Information System (SIPD) application in the preparation of financial reports at the West Sumbawa Regency Social Service and how the effectiveness of the application of the Local Government Information System (SIPD) application in the process of preparing financial reports at the West Sumbawa Regency Social Service. The purpose of this study is to determine the obstacles or challenges faced in the application of the SIPD application in the preparation of financial reports and analyze the effectiveness of the application of the Local Government Information System (SIPD) application in the process of preparing Financial Statements at the Social Service of West Sumbawa Regency. This research uses mixed methods (combined methods) qualitative methods to determine the obstacles or challenges faced in the application of the SIPD application in the preparation of financial reports and quantitative methods to analyze the effectiveness of the application of the Local Government Information System (SIPD) application in the process of preparing financial reports at the Social Service of West Sumbawa Regency. The results showed that the use of SIPD for the preparation of Financial Statements still has obstacles and challenges, namely it takes longer because SIPD is integrated with applications at the Ministry of Finance and SIPD has incomplete features so that the preparation of Financial Statements must be used simultaneously between SIPD and the Financial Management Information System (FMIS) so that the preparation of Financial Statements, data must be done manually so that it slows down the process and is prone to errors because it requires accuracy in the process of preparing functional SPJ. From the results of the analysis using SPSS, the t test obtained a significance value of 0.842> 0.717 or the value of t count> t table so that it can be concluded that the use of the Local Government Information System Application is not effective on the quality of Financial Statements at the Social Service of West Sumbawa Regency.

Abstract

The application of critical literacy in English as a foreign language (EFL) learning is gaining attention as awareness of the importance of education that builds social awareness and reflective thinking increases. However, the understanding and implementation of critical literacy concepts among EFL teachers still vary, especially in non-native contexts. This study aims to explore EFL teachers' perceptions of critical literacy as well as the teaching practices they use in integrating this approach into their classrooms. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and classroom observations of ten EFL teachers at the secondary level in Indonesia. Data were analyzed thematically using Braun and Clarke's approach to identify key patterns in teachers' perceptions and practices. The results show that most teachers understand critical literacy as the ability to analyze texts in depth and question the ideologies behind the texts. However, limited theoretical knowledge, lack of professional training, and a crowded curriculum are the main obstacles in consistently implementing critical literacy practices. Nonetheless, some teachers showed initiative by adapting teaching materials and encouraging critical discussions in class. The findings provide important implications for curriculum development, teacher training and language education policy in EFL contexts.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine whether there is an effect of implementing akhlakul karima in curriculum development to prevent bullying at school. In the implementation of the teaching and learning process, instilling good moral character in students is crucial to their development. Morals should be introduced and implemented as part of their daily routine at a young age to become a fundamental aspect of their lives. With the advancement of technology and the widespread influence of the internet, students are exposed to a variety of positive and negative information, which can easily influence their lives. By adhering to the right morals, students can filter out the negative influences and distinguish between good and bad, based on the teachings of their respective religions. The curriculum is subject to change with the changing times. One of its key objectives is to put on the practice of akhlakul karima in students' everyday life at school. The habit should start with the teachers, who should perform as facilitators and inspirers, whereas the school should support the process of nurturing good behavior in students through the curriculum. Recent instances of bullying highlight the students' inadequate comprehension of the significance of akhlakul karima. Islam teaches us to love and respect each other. As educational institutions, schools have a crucial role in teaching students. Therefore, the curriculum at school must include the cultivation of akhlakul karima, which emphasizes good character building. The research conducted qualitative research by content analysis in the Madrasah Aliyah Kota Tasikmalaya curriculum. Results of the research illustrate school that implements akhlakul karima in their curriculum have a positive effect on preventing bullying. Even though there is an indefinite remark in the curriculum by the government, the hidden curriculum in the vision and mission of the school will build the good moral character of students.
