Abstract

Population growth and continuous economic growth increase the demand for food, water and energy. Food security is a condition where food needs are met both for households, such as quality, safety, nutrition, equitable distribution, and affordable. Food security is an important thing in food self-sufficiency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the cost of income and efficiency in irrigated and rainfed rice fields in Klaten district. The method used in determining the sample is done by purposive sampling. Data analysis uses farming analysis such as cost, income and efficiency analysis. The results show that rainfed and irrigated rice fields in Klaten Regency are profitable and efficient in terms of efficiency. The income from irrigation rice farming obtained by farmers is 22,344,090.67/ha and Rainfed is 15,037,684.32/ha and the efficiency of Irrigated lowland rice farming is Rp. 2.11 and Rainfed is Rp. 1.46.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic is one of the toughest periods for all countries, including Indonesia. One way to increase the body's immunity can be done through the consumption of healthy foods, namely fruits and their processed products. The aim of the research is to analyze consumer behavior in the city of Surakarta in consuming fruit and its processed products. The stages in the research are (1) determining the respondents, (2) identifying factors that influence consumer decisions, (3) collecting and analyzing data. Respondents in the study were 100 respondents, who are in the adult age group, namely ages 20 to 60 years who live in the city of Surakarta and have consumed fruit and processed products. Spearman's Rank correlation test was used for data analysis in order to know the relationship between knowledge variables and situational variables with consumer decisions in consuming fruit and processed products. Based on the data analysis, the P value <0.05, so it can be concluded that knowledge variables and situational variables have a significant and direct relationship with consumer behavior in consuming fruit and processed products.

Abstract

Purpose: The achievement indicator in this community service program is the realization of independence in providing the ability of farmer households in processing papaya raw materials into papaya dodol as a characteristic of souvenirs from the Mojosongo Boyolali sub-district. The purpose of this service program is with this socialization and training to educate the public by utilizing the papaya fruit harvest, in this case the selected papaya is mojosongo so that it has added value, not only selling the fruit but also being processed into papaya dodol. Method: Methods of implementing activities include training and education socialization program for making papaya dodol for farmers' households. This community service program aims to transfer knowledge through community empowerment by socializing training and education on making papaya dodol. The activity began with the socialization of the benefits of papaya fruit training and the procedures for making papaya fruit dodol The next activity is education about making papaya fruit dodol. Result: The results of this activity the community was able to make dodol from the raw material of papaya mojosongo and benefited the community, especially in the Kemiri Village, Mojosongo Village, Boyolali Regency with the opening of business opportunities for making papaya dodol. Conclusion This community service activity is to transfer knowledge through community empowerment by socializing training and education on making papaya dodol in the Kemiri Village, Mojosongo Village, Boyolali Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of KWT on village economic empowerment. Qualitative and quantitative research was conducted by statistically examining the role of farmer groups in village economic empowerment. The number of respondents determined by the researcher was 50 female farmer respondents assuming they had met the normal distribution statistically. The technique of taking respondents purposively (deliberately) with several criteria including 50 peasant women are members of the farmer women group from KWT Tani Mulyo and KWT Sari Rejeki. The research instrument in the form of questions using the Guttman scale was then categorized qualitatively and tested using the Spearman Rank Correlation. The results showed that the role of KWT in village economic empowerment in Sragen Regency was qualitatively categorized into high and moderate high categories. The role of KWT in village economic empowerment in Sragen Regency in the high category (High Association) is shown by the increase in the ability of farmer women to manage their farms through vegetable cultivation with a hydroponic system. The role of KWT in improving the family economy, helping to open new productive business opportunities through the production of herbal medicine, and helping to empower mothers to be independent and independent in the moderate high category (moderately high association). The role of KWT on village economic empowerment was also analyzed by quantitative methods using the Spearman Rank correlation test. The results show that there is a relationship between the role of KWT on village economic empowerment in Sragen Regency (0.005 value less than 0.05) so that the results of hypothesis testing are reject Ho and accept Ha. The value of Spearman's Rho is 0.388. The value shows that the direction of the relationship between the role variable of KWT and the variable of village economic empowerment is positive, and shows the strength of the weak relationship. This is because not all women farmer members participate in KWT activities and are able to adopt the knowledge and knowledge gained from KWT. Keywords: KWT; Farmer Women; Village EmpowermentINTISARITujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran KWT terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi desa. Riset penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menguji secara statistik peran kelompok tani terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi desa. Jumlah responden yang ditetapkan oleh peneliti adalah 50 responden wanita tani dengan asumsi telah memenuhi distribusi normal secara statistika. Teknik pengambilan responden secara purposive (sengaja) dengan beberapa kriteria diantaranya adalah 50 wanita tani merupakan anggota kelompok wanita tani dari KWT Tani Mulyo dan KWT Sari Rejeki. Instrument penelitian berupa pertanyaan dengan menggunakan skala Guttman kemudian dikategorikan secara kualitatif dan diuji dengan menggunakan Korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  Peran KWT terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi desa di Kabupaten Sragen secara kualitatif dikategorikan menjadi kategori tinggi dan moderate tinggi. Peran KWT dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi desa di Kabupaten Sragen dalam kategori yang tinggi (High Association) ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan kemampuan wanita tani dalam mengelola usahataninya melalui budidaya sayuran dengan sistem hidroponik. Peran KWT dalam menaikkan perekonomian keluarga, membantu membuka peluang usaha baru yang produktif melalui produksi jamu herbal, dan membantu memberdayakan ibu-ibu agar mandiri dan berdikari dalam kategori moderate tinggi (moderately high association). Peran KWT terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi desa juga dianalisis dengan metode kuantitatif menggunakan uji korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara peran KWT terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi desa di Kabupaten Sragen (nilai 0.005 kurang dari 0.05) sehingga hasil pengujian hipotesis adalah tolak Ho dan menerima Ha. Nilai Spearman’s Rho yaitu sebesar 0.388. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa arah hubungan variabel peran KWT dan variabel pemberdayaan ekonomi desa bernilai positif, dan menunjukkan kekuatan hubungan yang lemah. Hal ini disebabkan karena anggota wanita tani tidak semua yang berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan KWT dan mampu mengadopsi pengetahuan dan ilmu yang didapatkan dari KWT. Kata kunci: KWT, wanita tani, pemberdayaan desa

Abstract

The basic method used in this research is descriptive. The number of samples selected for analysis was 30 samples. The research technique used is a survey technique, namely research in which data collection takes samples from one population. Sampling was done using a random sampling technique (random sampling) on some tea bags consumers. The data used in this study is primary data. The involvement of consumers in the decision-making process of purchasing tea in Solo Raya is high, meaning that consumers are involved in evaluating the attributes of tea products to make the best decisions in purchasing tea products. These attributes include taste, scent, color, packaging, packaging design, content capacity, price, and distribution of tea products.

Abstract

E-commerce platforms have now developed into fresh agricultural products, one of which is fruit. Purchasing online means customers cannot choose their own products like in offline stores. Therefore, the aim of this research is to identify the attributes that consumers often talk about and analyze consumer satisfaction with fruit on e-commerce platforms. Data analysis in this research was carried out using descriptive statistical methods and the Naïve Bayes approach. Data was taken from the Tokopedia platform with a total of 316 reviews using random sampling. The research results show that the attributes most frequently reviewed by consumers are service attributes (49%) and product attributes (44%), while the price attribute is reviewed the least (7%). Attributes related to product, price and service were assessed as having negative performance overall because nine of the twelve attributes analyzed indicated consumer dissatisfaction. Seller reviews are very important for business continuity so that sellers can improve their services and pay more attention to product quality so that the reviews appear positive. Research using the naive Bayes approach to determine customer satisfaction sentiment towards fruit products has not been widely carried out so the results of this research can complement previous studies.

Abstract

Fruits are one of the horticultural commodities that play an important role for the health of the body. Fulfillment of balanced nutrition needs to be done because good nutrition will go hand in hand with good health. Nutrition Guide for Balanced Diet is the principle of consuming daily foods that contain nutrients in the type and amount according to the needs of each person according to the age group. Early childhood is a child in the age range of 0 to 6 years old who has a golden age where children develop rapidly. Early childhood requires quality and creative social interactions so that children are motivated. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide education on the introduction of local Indonesian fruit commodities with social interaction learning methods to students at Permata Hati Preschool Surakarta City. The method used is social interaction learning so that students have the will to consume fruits as an effort to fulfill balanced nutrition that supports growth. The activities that have been carried out have resulted in students from the Permata Hati Preschool Surakarta City knowing local Indonesian fruits and having a willingness to eat fruit to support growth.

Abstract

Karanganyar Regency is one of the districts that has potential in the agricultural sector. One of agricultural commodities in Karanganyar Regency is tea. The tea plantation products in Karanganyar Regency are processed by MSMEs in the Kemuning, Ngargoyoso, Karanganyar area. Tea produced by MSMEs Kemuning, Ngargoyoso, Karanganyar is marketed in the domestic market. Partners in the Community Service activity are MSMEs in Kemuning, Ngargoyoso, Karanganyar. The problem faced by partners have regarding export opportunities for tea they produce. The aim of implementing Community Service is to provide education regarding export opportunities for tea produced by MSMEs Kemuning, Ngargoyoso, Karanganyar to Uzbekistan and increase the quality value and competitiveness of tea produced through proper post harvest management. The methods used in Community Service are counseling, demonstration and evaluation. The results of the Community Service activities are that participants are enthusiastic about taking part in Community Service activities, and the activities can increase participant’s understanding and insight regarding tea export opportunities to Uzbekistan, as well as understanding the importance of post harvest management of tea to increase the quality value and competitiveness of tea products.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has touched various sectors in Indonesia. The presence of an oline market can help entrepreneurs market their products. MSMEs Buah Baru Online operates in the online fruit sales sector. The hope is that the business carried out by connecting consumer via the internet can increase fruit sales. However, there is a problem that the marketing mix implemented by MSMEs Buah Baru Online is not optimal. The aim of this reserach is to analyze the influence of the marketing mix on interest in buying fruit online among MSMEs Buah Baru Online. The basic method in this reserach is descriptive analysis. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis to determine ter influence of the independent variables, namely Product (X1), Price (X2), Place (X3), Promotion (X4) as well as the dependent variable, namely Purchase Interest (Y). Consumer characteristics of MSMEs Buah Baru Online are dominated by female aged 35 until 44 years old with occupation as employee and income more than IDR 3.000.001,00. The marketing mix together influences the interest in buying fruit online among MSMEs Buah Baru Online. The better marketing mix that is implemented the more it can increase consumer buying interest in the MSMEs Buah Baru Online.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Memorable Tourist Experience (MTE) on Tourist Satisfaction (TS) and Revisit Intention (RI) among visitors to Kebumen Geopark, Central Java, Indonesia. As a newly designated geopark integrating conservation, education, and community empowerment, Kebumen Geopark holds strong potential as a sustainable ecotourism destination. Using a quantitative associative approach, data were collected through purposive sampling of tourists who had visited the geopark at least twice, and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results show that MTE significantly and positively affects both TS and RI, while TS also has a direct positive effect on RI. Furthermore, TS mediates the relationship between MTE and RI, confirming its role as a key determinant of tourist loyalty. The measurement model demonstrates high validity and reliability, while the structural model indicates a good level of fit (SRMR = 0.050, NFI = 0.880). These findings suggest that enhancing tourists’ memorable experiences—through novelty, authenticity, and emotional engagement—can improve satisfaction and foster repeat visitation. The study contributes empirical evidence for sustainable tourism development and provides practical insights for destination managers to strengthen Kebumen Geopark’s branding through experience-based strategies.
