Abstract

Pemasalahan yang dihadapi oleh ibu-ibu PKK Wonokromo I dalam pengelolaan bank sampah adalah proses pemilahan sampah belum berjalan dengan baik, masih banyak sampah yang tercampur dan masih belum tertata rapi, tempat kerja pemilahan yang kurang bersih, terkesan berantakan dan kurang terawat, kurangnya pemahaman dan kemampuan Ibu-ibu PKK dalam mengelola bank sampah yang efisien dan efektif. Solusi untuk memecahkan permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan memberikan pendampingan bagi ibu-ibu PKK Wonokoromo I dalam mengelola bank sampah agar efisien dan efektif melalui pelatihan penerapan konsep 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) atau 5 R (Ringkas, Rapi, resik, Rawat, Rajin) dan studi banding ke bank sampah yang telah menerapkan 5S. Ketercapaian dari kegiatan ini adalah Ibu-ibu PKK Wonokromo I dapat menjelaskan dengan baik tentang konsep 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) atau 5 R Ringkas, Rapi, resik, Rawat, Rajin), dapat memilah dan menempatkan sampah yang dapat didaur ulang sesuai jenis atau bentuknya, dapat  menyediakan wadah/keranjang/tong yang untuk menyimpan sampah daur ulang yang telah di pilih sesuai jenisnya, dapat menempatan wadah/keranjang sampah daur ulang telah dipilah dengan rapi, memberi label pada wadah/keranjang sampah yang dapat didaur, dapat membersihan wadah/keranjang sampah, tempat kerja pemilahan, dan penampungan secara rutin, dapat membuat SOP pengelolaan sampah  dan jadwal perawatan peralatan yang digunakan, dapat membuat jadwal pengumpulan, pemilahan, penyetoran sampah dan semua anggota mampu menjalankan seluruh tahap 5S agar 5S menjadi budaya ibu-ibu PKK dalam mengelola bank sampah.

Abstract

UMKM telah banyak berkembang di wilayah Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, salah satunya di daerah Kecamatan Krebet Kabupaten Bantul, yaitu sentra industri UMKM kerajinan batik kayu. Permasalahan yang muncul di Sentra Industri UMKM kerajinan batik kayu Krebet adalah belum adanya pengukuran produktivitas. Produktivitas merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan UMKM dalam persaingan dunia usaha yang semakin ketat serta dapat mewujudkan kesejahteraan UMKM . Peningkatan produktivitas UMKM dapat meningkatan keuntungan, meningkatkan kualitas produk serta meningkatkan upah pekerja. Untuk melakukan pengukuran produktivitas terlebih dahulu harus dibentuk instrumen pengukuran produktivitas. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini, peneliti mencoba untuk merancang instrumen pengukuran produktivitas yang meliputi kriteria produktivitas, indikator produktivitas, metode/cara pengukuran produktivitas yang tepat, sistematis dan mudah digunakan. Metode yang digunakan dalam merancang instrumen pengukuran produktivitas ini adalah objective matrix (Omax) dengan tahapan meliputi; penentuan kriteria produktivitas, , penentuan indikator produktivitas, penentuan bobot kepentingan indikator produktivitas, perancangan instrumen pengukuran produktivitas dengan metode Objective Mattix (Omax).Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh tiga kriteria yang digunakan untuk mengukur produktivitas, yaitu krteria efisiensi, efektivitas dan inferensial, Indikator-indikator yang digunakan untuk mengukur produktivitas ada 5 indikator. Instumen pengukuran produktivitas dengan model Omax dapat digunakan untuk mengukur produktivitas. Berdasarkan contoh pengukuran diperoleh nilai total produktivitas pencapaian  sebesar 6 (baik).

Abstract

The problem in this research is that there is no performance measurement in the work unit of the Adisutjipto Institute of Aerospace Technology (ITDA). This study aims to design a performance measurement instrument to measure performance in the ITDA work unit. The method used in designing the performance measurement instrument is the balanced scorecard and Objective Matrix (OMAX) method. The results obtained from this study, there are 7 Performance Indicators (IK), namely, the percentage increase in the budget, the percentage of budget absorption, the user/customer satisfaction index, the number of complaints,, the percentage of the implementation of the work program against the planned work program, percentage of conformity of work carried out with existing job description documents, and job satisfaction index. This research also produces worksheets/performance measurement instruments that can be used to measure the performance of work units in ITDA. Based on the worksheets/performance measurement instruments, it was obtained that IK 1 was good, IK 2 was very good, IK 3 was good, IK 4 was moderate, IK 5 was very good, IK 6 was very good, and IK 7 was good. Overall good performance score.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to assist the management of the Bukit Roso Wulan tourist village in implementing website-based online marketing to increase tourist visits. This activity was carried out because the tourism manager did not know how to promote it online. The target to be achieved is that the management of the Evidence Roso Wulan tourism village is able to create website-based online marketing content and understand the implementation of website-based online marketing. The results or outcomes of this community service activity are in the form of the Bukit Roso Wulan website as an online marketing and promotional medium. The achievement of this activity was that the Bukit Roso Wulan tourism manager could create website-based online marketing content and understand the implementation of marketing, especially website-based online promotions. Abstract

Performance issues are not only important for upper middle and large companies, but also important for Small and Medium Industries Creative Industries. To evaluate the current condition of a creative industry, the creative industry needs to determine the multi-criteria Key Performance Indicator (KPI) properly and correctly. Therefore in this study, researchers tried to design a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for the creative industries of bamboo crafts in the Godean district of Sleman. The design of KPI uses the Balanced Scorecard method which includes setting strategic objectives, determining key performance indicators (KPI). From the results of the study obtained 10 KPI, namely: the level of sales growth, the level of customer growth, the level of customer satisfaction, the level of customer complaint fulfillment, the level of production speed, the number of products produced by labor, the percentage of defective products, the percentage of the level of effort to repair defective products, the level of productivity employees, and employee job satisfaction Keywords: Performance, Performance Indicator, Key Performance Indicator, Balanced Scorecard, Creative Industry.

Abstract

Weeka Sejahtera Group  merupakan usaha produktif dengan usaha utamanya minuman ringan wedang uwuh. Saat ini Weeka memiliki 2 masalah guna memperluas potensi pasarnya, pertama masalah bidang produksi yang belum memiliki SOP produksi dan fasilitas produksi yang terbatas dan kedua adalah masalah tata kelola keuangan dimana belum dilakukan pengelolaan keuangan berdasarkan sistem akuntansi yang baik, banyak transaksi penjualan produk maupun biaya yang dikeluarkan yang belum dicatatkan secara rinci. Olah karenanya dari sisi produksi diadakan penambahan oven pengering, pencuci jahe dan rotary dryer serta dibuatnya SOP  produksi sedangkan dari sisi tata kelola keuangan dibangun sistem informasi manajemen keuangan guna memudahkan pencatatan dan pelaporan. Agar menambah pemahaman pengelola dan karyawan pada tanggal 5 dan 12 September 2024 diadakan pelatihan tata kelola keuangan dan manajemen produksi. Dari kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan dampak meningkatkan jumlah jahe rajang  untuk dikeringkan sebanyak 15kg/hari menjadi 40kg/hari sehingga meningkatkan produktivitas 167%. Dan menghilangkan biaya cuci jahe sampai Rp. 3.000.000/bulan.

Abstract

Stone Park is one of the tourist destinations located in Turunan, Girisuko, Panggang, Gunungkidul. The Stone Park tourist destination is currently not widely visited by tourists because it only offers sunrise spot facilities, photo spots, gazebos, and camping areas that have been widely offered by other tourist destinations. To support Sustainable Tourism which can have a long-term impact on the environment, social, culture, and economy, it is necessary to develop attraction spots. The aerosport attraction spot is one of the attraction spots that is quite popular with the public. To provide understanding and skills, training has been held on making and flying the Out Hand Launch Glider (OHLG) Aircraft which was attended by 21 participants consisting of Stone Park tourist destination managers and the surrounding community. The participants were able to understand the need for the development of aerospace attraction spots and succeeded in making and flying the OHLG aircraft.

Abstract

One of the obstacles often faced when carrying out aircraft maintenance activities is the unavailability of lubricating oil that meets the established quality standards due to delays in the supply of lubricating oil from suppliers. In order for maintenance activities to be carried out according to the specified schedule, continuous availability of lubricating oil from suppliers is needed. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on the selection of reliable or trustworthy lubricating oil suppliers in supplying lubricating oil needs that meet the established quality standards. In selecting a lubricating oil supplier, the ELECTRE and TOPSIS methods are combined, where the ELECTRE method is used to process the weight of each supplier criterion and the TOPSIS method is used to rank alternative solutions obtained from the ELECTRE method classification.It is hoped that by combining these methods, recommendations for reliable suppliers can be provided. The suppliers selected as partners for providing lubricating oil are supplier C with an A* value of 3.090 and supplier B with an A* value of 2.973. The selection of suppliers is based on supplier performance with 6 criteria, namely the quality of lubricating oil, the price of lubricating oil, the responsiveness of the supplier's service and response, the speed of delivery to partner expeditions and the policy of replacing damaged or leaking lubricating oil

Abstract

Exercise has become an essential necessity as its benefits in one's physical development have been widely recognized. In addition, regular exercise also makes a positive contribution to mental health by reducing stres levels. Aeromodelling is a type of educational exercise that can reduce stres. Even so, interest in the aerospace sport is still low due to a lack of understanding of its benefits. Through aeromodelling training, especially among students, participants are introduced to the basic concepts of flight. In addition to training creativity, these activities can improve participants' analytical skills, because they learn to design and test aircraft models to fly stable and long through thermodynamic calculations and other scientific approaches, so that physics education can also be absorbed in an applicative and fun way.

Abstract

Bakpia Menik is a Small and Medium Enterprise (UKM) which operates in the field of bakpia production. Bakpia is one of the local cakes which is the main souvenir from Yogyakarta, so there is a big potential for increasing production. However, SMEs still lack production management planning to optimize resource use. So it is difficult to capture this big opportunity to maximize profits for SMEs. Seeing these problems, this research designed an integer linear programming mathematical model to optimize profits by using existing resources. Integer Linear Programming (ILP) is a mathematical model for maximizing profit and minimizing cost based on a mathematical model involving integer variables represented in a linear relationship. This research produces an integer linear programming model that presents the variables, resources, and constraints of Bakpia Menik. The model output shows that the optimal production amount by maximizing resource use is 31232 units and the maximum profit is IDR 33,431,750. From the model output, it can also show the advantages and disadvantages of Bakpia resources, so that resource availability planning can be carried out which can minimize holding costs.
