Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pentingnya model pembelajaran mental tangguh pada masa transisi pandemi corona berbasis media sosial di Indonesia. Dalam rangka mengembangkan kesehatan mental dan membentuk mental yang tangguh, yang diperlukan dimasa krisis khusunya yang telah dialami yaitu pandemi corona, maka dilakukan model pembelajaran mental tangguh pada masa pandemi corona berbasis media sosial di Indonesia. Manfaat model pembelajaran mental tangguh pada masa pandemi corona ini dengan pelaksanaan psikoedukasi dengan memberdayakan individu, keluarga, maupun komunitas. Guna menemukan, menjaga, dan mengoptimalkan kondisi sehat mentalnya dalam menghadapi kehidupan sehari-hari walaupun dimasa krisis penyesuaian transisi pandemi corona.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to conduct a needs assessment as the basis for developing an interactive workbook for academic stress management within school counseling services. Methodology: This study employed a Research and Development approach using the ADDIE model, limited to the analysis phase. A mixed-method design was applied to obtain comprehensive data. Quantitative data were collected through a questionnaire administered to 169 students, while qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews with 10 students and one school counselor, as well as classroom observations. The instruments included the Academic Stress Scale (34 items, α = 0.918) and semi-structured interview guidelines. Quantitative data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially using ANOVA and Pearson correlation, while qualitative data were analyzed through thematic analysis. Main Findings: The findings indicate that academic stress among students is relatively high, with 91.3% of participants experiencing moderate to high levels of stress. The primary sources of stress include examination pressure (60%), social conflicts (25%), and family expectations (15%). Students expressed strong preferences for counseling media that are visual, simple, culturally relevant, and usable independently. In particular, students preferred workbook-based media integrating local cultural values such as cooperation (gotong royong) and Islamic spirituality. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study highlights the urgent need for culturally adapted counseling media to support students’ emotional regulation and stress management. The novelty of this study lies in integrating the needs assessment of academic stress with cultural adaptation of Dialectical Behavior Therapy principles into an interactive workbook format suitable for school counseling.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the profile of career decision-making self-efficacy among students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Tasikmalaya based on categorization, specific aspects, and comparisons between male and female students. This research employs a quantitative descriptive method to reveal the general overview of CDMSE among university students. The population of this study consists of students from the 2022 cohort at Universitas Muhammadiyah Tasikmalaya. The sample includes 260 students selected using simple random sampling. The results show that, in general, the CDMSE profile falls into the moderate category, with 60.77% (158 students). The highest aspect identified is self-appraisal. Based on gender, male students demonstrate slightly higher CDMSE levels compared to female students. However, the One-Way ANOVA analysis result of 0.414 > 0.05 indicates that there is no significant difference in CDMSE between male and female students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh mindfulness terhadap penerimaan diri pada remaja yang mengalami fatherless. Fenomena fatherless dapat berdampak pada kondisi psikologis remaja, salah satunya terkait penerimaan diri. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatif. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa SMKN 1 Rancah, dengan sampel sebanyak 127 siswa yang teridentifikasi mengalami fatherless dan dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen adaptasi Child and Adolescent Mindfulness Measure (CAMM) dan skala Penerimaan Diri. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara mindfulness terhadap penerimaan diri pada remaja fatherless, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Kontribusi pengaruh (R Square) mindfulness terhadap penerimaan diri adalah sebesar 21,4%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat mindfulness, maka semakin tinggi pula penerimaan diri remaja yang tumbuh tanpa kehadiran figur ayah.
