Abstract

The rapid growth of fintech applications has increased the need for sentiment analysis to understand user perceptions of the offered products. This study focuses on sentiment analysis of user reviews for the Flip application on Google Play Store by applying the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm within the CRISP-DM framework. The analysis process involves text preprocessing, sentiment labeling using a pretrained BERT model, and classification using SVM with TF-IDF feature extraction. The results indicate that the majority of users express positive sentiment (56.9%), primarily regarding cost efficiency, transaction ease, and product speed. However, negative sentiment (43.1%) is also present, mainly concerning additional fees, transaction delays, and technical issues in app usage. A topic modeling analysis using the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) method identifies key topics that highlight both Flip's strengths and challenges. The findings suggest that while Flip holds significant potential in meeting user needs, improvements are needed in product aspects, cost transparency, and app performance optimization. This study is expected to serve as a strategic foundation for fintech app developers to enhance data-driven product quality, ultimately increasing user satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

Preschool education through Kindergarten (TK) plays a crucial role in child development in Indonesia, yet unequal access remains a significant issue. This study evaluates the need for preschool infrastructure development using the K-Means clustering algorithm implemented through RapidMiner. Regional clustering is based on the number of students, number of TK schools, Human Development Index (HDI), poverty rate, population size, and unemployment rate. The CRISP-DM methodology is applied, involving stages of understanding, preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment. Data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and the Ministry of Education's Dapodik system are utilized, incorporating Z-transformation normalization and data cleansing. The clustering results reveal three main clusters with the lowest Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI) at K=3, scoring 0.205. With a total of 514 districts/cities in Indonesia, the results of the needs of each cluster were obtained, namely Cluster 0 consisting of 402 districts/cities requiring increased participation, Cluster 1 covering 49 districts/cities requiring educational facilities, Cluster 2 covering 63 districts/cities requiring the construction of new schools. This study provides valuable insights into addressing disparities in preschool education access and offers guidance for better resource allocation and policy decisions aimed at improving early childhood education infrastructure.

Abstract

Pelatihan pemahaman literasi digital berbasis teknologi informasi di Desa Sungai Pinang, Kecamatan Rambutan, Kabupaten Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan, merupakan langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di era digital. Kegiatan ini berfokus pada pemberdayaan masyarakat umum dan aparat desa melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sebagai alat untuk mendukung transparansi administrasi, efisiensi pelayanan publik, dan penguatan ekonomi lokal. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dasar dalam menggunakan perangkat teknologi, aplikasi digital, serta memanfaatkan media daring untuk aktivitas sehari-hari dan pengelolaan administrasi desa. Pendekatan kegiatan dilakukan dengan partisipatif, interaktif, dan berkelanjutan. Aparat desa dibekali kemampuan khusus dalam pengelolaan data, administrasi digital, serta strategi komunikasi yang efektif melalui platform digital. Khalayak yang ikut dalam kegiatan berjumlah 25 orang. Kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat dilaksanakan di balai desa. Hasil dari pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan masyarakat yang lebih melek teknologi dan meningkatkan kapasitas aparat desa dalam memberikan layanan yang lebih cepat, tepat, dan transparan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini mendukung transformasi digital di tingkat pedesaan sebagai bagian dari agenda pembangunan berkelanjutan Kata Kunci : literasi digital; teknologi informasi; pemberdayaan masyarakat; transformasi digital.

Abstract

The agricultural sector in Indonesia heavily depends on optimal environmental conditions. This study proposes a smart farming system based on the Internet of Things (IoT), utilizing RESTful web services as a more flexible and efficient IoT platform alternative. The system is designed for real-time monitoring of various environmental parameters such as temperature, air humidity, and soil conditions, including nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), electrical conductivity (EC), pH, and soil moisture—captured through a network of sensor nodes. Test results show that the developed RESTful API architecture successfully facilitates effective communication between hardware and software components, enabling flexible data access and analysis through a web-based monitoring interface. This system is expected to assist farmers in making more informed decisions regarding land management, improve agricultural productivity, and support sustainable farming practices.

Abstract

The purpose of the Abdimas activity with the title "Understanding of the Financial Management of Masjid Al-Ikhlas Blok VI Griya Martubung" is to provide new insights for mosque managers regarding mosque financial management to be better both in terms of management or use of the money as well as reporting. . In addition, this abdimas is also expected to be able to help mosque managers to be able to compile mosque financial reports so that financial management runs optimally and transparently. The benefits obtained from this activity are expected to add insight to the managers of the Al-Ikhlas mosque on how to manage and manage the mosque's finances well. v Alternative problem solving is carried out by direct training on the management of mosque operational activities during the construction of the Al-Ikhlas mosque. With direct training to mosque managers, they can immediately apply the knowledge gained when the abdimas material is explained, and from that it can also be seen and measured whether the goal of this abdimas is achieved or not. In the process of building the Al-Ikhlas Mosque which is still ongoing, of course, good financial management must be applied to mosque administrators or mosque BKM. This is because the funds currently in the mosque treasury are joint funds which are a form of infaq and alms for the residents who live in Block VI Griya Martbung and there is also a grant from the Medan City Government. So what is the money used for, it must be reported clearly and correctly and the mosque administrator must be able to manage the use of the finance properly according to the needs of the mosque construction so that it can be completed quickly. At first the abdimas participants who were mosque managers did not understand how to properly manage or manage finances for the mosque construction process. However, after this abdimas was implemented, some of the problems that arose in the formulation of the problem could be resolved, namely the mosque managers became more proficient in managing the mosque's finances for the operational activities of mosque construction.Keywords: Understanding, Management, Mosque Financial Management

Abstract

This study aims to determine the suitability of the implementation of environmental accounting in PTPN IV Unit Bah Butong with the basic framework of PSAK 1 of 2013 and to determine the obstacles of environmental accounting as a form of social responsibility to the community, especially in waste management and the environment. Data collection techniques are carried out through direct observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis method used in this study is descriptive comparative, meaning that researchers describe the findings of the data obtained. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) PTPN IV Unit Bah Butong is in accordance with PSAK No. 1 of 2013 paragraphs 82 and 94, correctly recognized for waste management cost items and waste processing cost measurements in accordance with PSAK No. 1 of 2013 paragraphs 99 and 101 where in the presentation of waste processing costs PTPN IV Unit Bah Butong is in accordance with a clear presentation in the financial position. PTPN IV Bah Butong Unit should create its own account for all activities related to waste management costs, so that the company knows how much the costs are covered for the waste management.

Abstract

Pencatatan persediaan di Instansi Pemerintah saat ini sudah menggunakan aplikasi persediaan yang bersifat stand alone, namun aplikasi ini hanya memfasilitasi proses distribusi barang dan kontrol melalui kartu stok, belum memenuhi kebutuhan akan proses pengendalian pengadaan barang persediaan yang efektif dan efisien. Di dalam proses distribusi barang sangat diperlukan pengendalian untuk menjaga stok barang agar selalu tersedia, untuk itu dibutuhkan sistem yang dapat mengontrol kondisi stok barang untuk mengetahui kebutuhan pengadaan yang tepat dan akurat. Untuk itu perlu dikembangkan suatu Sistem Informasi Pengendalian Barang Persediaan dengan menerapkan metode FAST (Framework for the Application of System Thinking) berbasis android yang bertujuan agar Instansi Pemerintah dapat meminimalisir terjadinya stok berlebih pada barang persediaan yang menjadi penyebab pemborosan dan kekuarangan stok barang persediaan yang dapat menghambat kelancaran kegiatan operasional. Sistem yang akan dikembangan ini juga menerapkan metode Min-Max Stock sehingga aliran pendistribusian barang masuk dan barang keluar akan lebih teratur serta pemesanan lebih terencana. Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi persediaan barang yang dapat membantu mempercepat pengolahan data barang, mengurangi kesalahan jika ada data yang terduplikasi, meminimalisir keterlambatan dalam penyampaian laporan bulanan dan mempercepat proses distribusi barang kebutuhan di lingkungan instansi pemerintah.

Abstract

This systematic literature review comprehensively examines usability evaluation in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The study explores the importance of usability evaluation, common usability issues, and the role of usability evaluations in GIS design and development. The review reveals a critical need for more scientific publications of up-to-date GIS usability evaluations. It highlights the importance of usability evaluations in developing more user-friendly GIS applications. The findings underscore the need for improved user guidance and more intuitive design of GIS applications, particularly for novice users. The review also identifies several opportunities for future research, including developing usability guidelines for GIS, exploring new methods for analyzing GIS interactions and workflows, and considering GIS use over more extended periods. The findings have significant implications for GIS developers, users, and researchers, emphasizing the importance of conducting usability evaluations to enhance user satisfaction and improve task performance.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the procedures for calculating and collecting, paying and reporting as well as implementing PPh Article 22 accounting and knowing the application of PPh Article 22 accounting at PT. Ayu Bumi Sejati Labuhan Deli. The benefit of this research is to increase researchers' insight into the procedures for calculating and collecting, paying and reporting as well as the application of PPh Article 22 accounting. This research uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach. Qualitative descriptive research is aimed at describing and illustrating existing phenomena, both natural and human engineered, which pays more attention to the characteristics, quality, and interrelationships between activities. This research was conducted at PT. Ayu Bumi Sejati Labuhan Deli. Data collection techniques use interviews. The advice I gave in research on the company PT. Ayu Bumi Sejati Labuhan Deli Improves the strategy or motivation system, especially related to the export of manufactured goods in order to increase exports every month or year.

Abstract

Pelnellitian ini belrtujuan untuk melnganalisis dan melngeltahui at acara pelmotongan PPh pasal 23 pada jasa pelngiriman barang, selrta Upaya yang dilakukan PT. Suksels Lintas Samudra dalam pelmotongan PPh Passal 23. Telkhnik Pelngumpulan data dalam pelnellitian ini adalah wawancara, obselrvasi dan dokumelntasi. Telkhnik Analisis data yang digunakan dalam pelnellitian ini adalah Analisis data melnggunakan aplikasi Nvivo delngan Softwarel Nvivo 12 plus. Dari Hasil Pelnellitian ditelmukan masih telrdapat belbelrapa pelmotongan PPh Pasal 23 yang tidak selsuai delngan Undang – Undang No. 36 Tahun 2008 yaitu selbelsar 2%. Kelndala yang dihadapi PT. Suksels Lintas Samudra dalam pelmotongan PPh Pasal 23 adalah tidak adanya komunikasi anatara fi8nnacel dan pellanggan saat melntransfelr komisi pelnjualan yang tellah dipotong PPh pasal 23. Selhingga Upaya yang harus dilakukan PT. Suksels Lintas Samudra dalam melngatasi kelndala dalam prosels pelmotongan PPh Pasal 23 adalah delngan sellalu melmbelrikan infromasi kelpada pellanggan dalam mellakukan transaski komisi pelnjulan yang tellah dipotong PPh pasal 23 Agar pellanggan tidak sellalu mellakukan komplain
